First time at a KOA very nice facility

It was awesome! Loved seeing all the kids and the amenities for them are great! Love the Cafe, and the paddle boats.

I was a tent camper and very disappointed in the site. I've camped at numerous KOA across the US. The sites are so packed. My tent was stuffed between 2 large campers. It was so loud and kids were biking through my site. When u are in a tent, u are more vulnerable to traffic. Most KOA's have their tent camp sites a bit separate from large campers. I slept in my truck most of the night....:(

The facility is nice and well kept up. It was nice having lots to do with an 8 year old for two days. I do like that you don't water sites, creating pot holes. But, the dust should be addressed with occasional watering of gravel roads etc. due to the current extended dry spell. Staff was courteous and prices were fair. Please monitor pool behavior/noise during quiet time by unsupervised teens

Clean, good showers, the dryers dry! The only gripe I have is no one EVER answers the phone or calls back no matter how much you try. If something happens at the campground, you have to go to the front office to get it addressed and if it's night, you're out of luck. The playground is fantastic and the little pond is so fun to fish in. Miniature golf is great. The Cafe is darling, too.

30 AMP electric only generated 100 volts. Not enough to run our air conditioner. Many others were experiencing the same issue. When discussed with management, we were offered to stay and only be charged for dry camping. After more complaints, we were offered to stay the night for free. We rejected the offer, was given a full refund and moved on. FIX this or lose more customers.

Lake is a pond not a lake, we're disappointed? Sewage dump station stunk down wind. We had to pick up three piles of dog waste before we could park are trailer. Never new about internet, until neighbor told us? We never had received any paper with codes for wi fi/internet? We left early as we were disappointed paying $66.00 a night for?

Sights not cleaned before new opponents. Pond not lake as excepted. Another camper blocked the entrance to our site, so we had issues entering it. They should have been told they were not parked in their spot, instead of inconveniencing another camper. We will not return as no 1 cleans or talks to guests when they are blocking other sites entrances. We didn't know until they ckd out.

Adult swim (1-2) was not enforced by KOA staff. It was constant chaos at the pool. WiFi was too weak to even check my mail and the store was often unstaffed. No cable TV. Not at all what I'm accustomed to while staying at a KOA

This KOA by far is the best on our Pacific Northwest trip. We had a back on site for our tent trailer right on the bank of the duck pond and it was so picturesque. The campground is well maintained and staffed. Of all the KOA’s we’ve stayed at this one is the best and we look forward to a return visit again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. The park clean for the most part (hard to keep it 100 % with all those people, but you did good). I wish that the adult time was enforced at the pool. Also there should be someone out there, not as a lifeguard, but to ensure safety. Bigger kids against the smaller ones. The one big thing…the dump, by the playground? Really? Should be elsewhere.

Always a great place to camp. We’ve been going here for years and years and at least 2-3x a year. I invited my friends to camp with us this past weekend and they had several poor interactions with a woman there. I hadn’t seen her there before and I didn’t catch her name. She was very unfriendly and demanded orders to her employees rudely in front of customers

I used the koa app to reserve our stay, we wanted to stay Sunday ngt as well, so I had to call to complete our reservation. Upon arrival we were told we would have to move spots on Sunday, sad thing you were not even full on Sunday. We lost a lot of time with family waiting to move spots. very poor communication between your workers. We also were asked to come to the office but nobody knew why?

Left 2 messages and included a note in the special request section that my reservation was for the same type of site, but did in 2 separate reservations. Never received a call back or email. Once I checked in, I was told I would need to move sites after the first night. The sites are extremely tight. The grounds were pretty clean. Have stayed at other KOA’s and this one wasn’t our favorite.

We had a great time. It was our first time at a KOA along with being the first time using our new trailer. It was great! Very clean, beautiful, very friendly staff! Can’t wait to go back!!

Was very relaxing we had a pull trough but it was alittle small for our 5th wheel to pull in had to maneuver a few times but got in neibors pretty close but we will probaly be back

The young staff was great. The only negative experience I had was the maple tree I parked under coated my motorhome and Harley with sap...UGH! It comes off easily but washing a 40 ft motorhome and detailing a Harley is a huge project. Avoid the maples if you can but the big sites are limited.

Nice set up. Plenty for people to do. Sites are a bit narrow. Would like to see the office/store open at 8 instead of 9, but that is a minor issue.

Fantastic stay. Beautifully kept grounds and very clean. My only complaint is the wifi. Internet was not accessible except early morning. We will definitely be back and have already recommended to others!

we had a 2 day reservation set and a change in dates required us to call in an switch the dates . One week prior to our arrival date we were sent a 1 night reservation. I tried and tried to call and the phone system was full. I then emailed to get a call. I received back and email stating their phone system was down. In todays world how could they not use another cell phone call me. Poor service

Tried to call in with a concern about the late night noise. Could not get in. Very disappointing. After the second night of loud nois we went to office. We’re told no camp host and mgr was not available was up in the house. Well needless to say the noise still persisted the third night. We were across the pond and noise was from the cabins. We have camped in numerous NW KOAs (i think 7). Lynden is the best! Friendliest, family friendly. Best sites. Accommodating. Have never been to a KOA with similar attitude.

Initially put in a spot that was very tight for a 40’ RV. Did some front body damage on a berm getting it parked. 30 amp service that would normally work for us. However, their system won’t handle lots of people using electricity at the same time and it causes brown outs, so the A/C and other electrical devices go on and off. Moved us to a much better spot on day two. Electric worked.

Just perfect! Great service at front desk and really nice store. The coffee shop down stairs and playroom were refreshing! Very clean campground and waste cans very convenient. Coming back soon and letting friends know!!

Very noisy spot for two adults without kids (across from pool and clubhouse). When asked (4 days before arrival and at check in) to be moved, nothing was done, and our concerns were brushed off. Very loud movie playing at the clubhouse until well past quiet hours. Our spot was also very tight for our trailer, and we could not fit our vehicle in the spot with us. Left early after one night.

We spent about nine weeks here while our house was being finished. The people are very nice and the campground is kept very clean. There seems to lots to do for the kids during the summer. I would highly recommend this KOA.

Beautiful park! Very well maintained with a wide variety of sites ranging from full hook up, water & electricity, to tent. Cabins available too. Friendly & helpful staff. Lots of stuff to explore, close to Bellingham & My. Baker. Heading back there in a week!
