Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our 1000/Islands Mallorytown KOA Holiday campground where same family kids* under 18 and pets stay free! See you soon!

Deposit and cancellation follow the KOA National policy, EXCEPT for the long weekends and groups where full deposit is required and cancellation differs. Site requests are $20 plus taxes per reservation. Cancellations for Long Weekends (May 15-19, Jun 27-Jul 1, Jul 31-Aug 4, Aug 28-Sep 1, Oct 9-13) require 14 days notice for RV or Tent sites and 21 days notice for Accommodations. Cancellations for Group reservations require 6 weeks notice. If you cancel after the deadlines there will be no refund on your deposit. 

Checkin:  Sites 2:00 pm, Accommodations: 4:00 pm

Checkout on all:  11:00am

 *Rates are for a single family unit of 2 adults and their own children under 18 in one unit. Each 1 room cabin is for a same family unit of 2 adults and their own 2 children under 18. The smallest trailer rental unit is for 2 people.  All other accommodations and sites are for for a single family unit of 2 adults and their own 4 children under 18. Pets left unattended in all accommodations must be in their crated 'hotel'.

DUE TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING INVASIVE PESTS, IT IS PROHIBITED TO BRING FIREWOOD TO THIS CAMPGROUND. WOOD WITH NAILS/ STAPLES/SCREWS OR PAINT/PRESSURE TREATING IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED. $150 CHARGED FOR CONTRAVENTION 

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are a presumptive case or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or is a presumptive case, please stay home until you have been cleared by your local health department and/or you have finished your self-isolation of 14 days. If you are returning from travel from outside of Canada, do not visit the campground for 14 days.

For registered campers:  Washrooms open 24 hours. Showers closed 10pm - 7am (For campers without self-contained units please)

Loud music at Rec Hall to 11:00 pm on some dates.

Due to various GPS systems, our street name of 1477 'County Road 2' may be CR-2, CTY-2, Highway 2, Hwy 2 or Leeds & Grenville 2.   The village of Mallorytown may also be referred to as Front of Yonge. 

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
