Richard (the RV guy) and Susan were lovely people to deal with. The lots were very clean, huge and level. Pool was very clean. The owners were diligent in maintaining covid rules. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

We have been to this KOA a number of times and have given high ratings. This visit, we were disappointed. Because of Covid, many special activities were cancelled and only the pool (45 minutes/day), and a couple of other amenities were available, . For the price we paid, I felt that they should have thought, outside the box to social distance the themed activities, similar to other KOAs.

It’s a nice KOA but I’d love for it to feel a bit more in sync with the 1000 isle. If it can feel less like a big field it would have none stop demand. Beautiful pool and great service and staff

It was enjoyable. Things went well and I loved the swimming pool and the hand made pizza. The only thing I noticed is the staff were a bit short with some of the customers. They seemed like they were lacking a bit of patience. Otherwise they were nice. Maybe they were just having an off day. I also loved how the firewood was delivered to my site.

Grounds were nice& large. Couldn't bring wood in. What you had too buy was way over priced for what you got. Pedal carts were also pricey.

All staff worked tireless many hours in different job challenges. Social distancing was respected wherever possible. Courtesy and respect given to all campers. well done.

l'acceuil est bien, bon service, toilette et douche propre, mais pour les prix c'est élevé comparé aux autres sites semblables.

We had a great relaxing stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion...maybe some calcium on the entrance into the park to keep the dust down a bit. Cleaning large rigs is a big job!

Susan came to our campsite at night and started talking to us about politics. Also we were some of the only people of colour on the grounds, and she said "all lives matter." Clearly she doesn't know what shes talking about. Nor did we pay to talk to you.

Our stay was very good, we were happy to have a tree on our lot so we had shade. The Covid rules were followed with mask and sanitation, we could see employee sanitizing pool area after each 45 min. use. Well done

We've always stayed at KOA Mallorytown when our 4 children were kids. Fast forward almost 20 years, they still enjoyed their stay --- and our 2 year old granddaughter did too ;0)

Susan and Richard are awesome owners who focus their attention on clients. They went out of their way to accommodate us on the long weekend. Our stay was very pleasant and not to mention the excellent pizza they prepare and sell on site. Will be back. Charles and family

It’s nice and clean. Nice people working there. My grandson had a blast with the play ground. Cabin was nice an clean was comfortable to stay in. We coming back in September. See you soon. �

I rented a 2 room cabin with my friends. I am a regular camper at this KOA and love to bring my friends for swimming and activities. It was a cute cabin. A bbq and mini fridge are provided which was super convenient,

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
