I have never been to this KOA before. It was absolutely lovely, even with the COVID-19 restrictions! The Deluxe Cabin was amazing. Everything in it was just perfect. However, the top bunk matters could be changed. It has a sunken middle. Not comfy! The pool was fantastic the nature/pet walk could be marked out better for new comers. Thank you for having such an amazing staff.

Not enough shade areas when you have limited access to the pool. No other activities are being done like other KOAs are doing. Ideas such as bingo at sites with prizes, delivered to winners, activity/craft bags created and brought to sites for the children To do. There are ways to do activities and be “socially distanced.” It would make a more enjoyable stay for your guests.

Great time! We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was really nice. Lots of things for the children to do! They loved the pool! The owners were super friendly and always helpful. We will come back next year for sure!

The entire site was very clean and open. The staff were all amazing. It truly felt like east coast hospitality here in the beautiful thousand islands area. It was very convenient, close to highway exits but just far enough away that you don’t hear it much. We can’t wait to go back. To the owners, you guys are amazing. Thank you for everything.

Very nice 4 days. Very clean, friendly and organized. I would recommend more staff. Everyone was overwhelmed with Covid situation. Mattress need replacing and the sofa bed wasn’t very clean. Otherwise everything else was great!

2 nights. Facility very clean. Staff very good. Only thing mini putt was in TERRIBLE state and shocked that we had to pay to use it in the state it was in. Should hv been free based on condition

Staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. From check in to check out, finding missing items, answering questions to granting special requests, we had a positive experience.

Our first time at that KOA and we quite enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and facilities were extremely clean. There is definitely a pride of ownership! We will return.

My family and I happened to find this campsite while looking for ice In the area & decided to stay for 2 nights. The prices are fairly decent for tent sites & the staff were very welcoming and informative As Well. We were very pleased with our site chosen by staff & the cleanliness of the park. We Very much enjoyed Our stay at the Mallorytown KOA & will most definitely be returning very soon!

Camp site 141 was a huge lot size well away from the next campers. Shaded with kept grounds for you to set up your tent on level ground. We have stayed here on numerous visits to the St. Lawrence for diving. Amenities are fantastic, pool area well controlled and I see new sand in the kids play area.

Park has always been friendly however this stay saw a little more tension. Although there can be expected challenges due to Covid, I would not expect “grumpy” like we experienced this visit. The owner (gentleman) is normally easy going however this visit he seemed stressed and a little unapproachable; as it’s not the norm we chalked it up to Covid. All good and we hope everything’s okay

We were a quick stay for just the night. We were just travelling thru. Staff helped us to our campsite in the evening. Good level pull thru site easy to get into and out.

Staff, owners took care of our needs via texting or emails thus limiting the social distancing time were living at the moment .Great location, good size lot ,no issues at all ,planning next visit soon.

Very nice campground with typical KOA amenities. COVID protocols were well thought out. Just need some shade trees planted in the area for the larger RVs.

This was our 3rd stay at Mallorytown KOA and was a great get away as always! The owners are great and our site was the best!! We look forward to our next visit!!

The cabin was spotless! Included a very modern AC unit.The pool was fantastic, although busier than expected on a few occasions despite the implementation of a prebooking system. Themed weekend activities cancelled, so would have appreciated free minigolf or use of carts from a value for money perspective. In light of current covid-19 restrictions, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
