It is simply not for me. I have stayed at many KOA's across the country. It does not feel like You are camping as You are in an open field no trees. It's is most expensive KOA I have stayed at Firewood at $16.00 a bag. You at not close to any attractions. You feel like You are constantly be watch by the Sargent Bilko owners. Last time here.

I want to say a huge Thank you to everyone at the campground for helping us when we arrived there. We had the door on our motorhome jam and we couldn't get in or out of the motorhome. The staff member who helped us went out of his way to help us as that really could have been a very disasterous thing. We also had some of the campers come over with tools to assist. Thank you. We arrived home safe.

Arrived late evening without a res. We were welcomed in a cheerfull organized way. Susan led us to our site, and was extremely helpful to us settling in after suffering a vehicle breakdown earlier that day on the road making us drive after dark.

Beautiful campground, close to Ganonque and a provincial park. Hospitality can be improved a lot which is something that can make the experience better. There is an arcade, air hockey, pool table, ping pong, they are all for a cost. The only free things are the jumping pillow and the pool (45 mns twice per day)

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Not sure how we could do more for you given the constraints of covid 19 regulations. Expecting games in a games room to be free is unrealistic.

We had a wonderful stay here at the KOA Mallorytown! The owners are absolutely great! Even with Covid protocols in place they make sure the kids have fun. Susan was who we dealt with most and you can feel how much she cares about each person that comes into this place! Such an amazing place to go, going back next weekend again!

The owners didn’t do anything.. asked for ice and wood and Roger the owner just handed me the key to go to the side of the building to get the ice then walk the key back to him and go get my bag of wood.. plus visitors have to pay way to much to visit the day

Sorry did not realize that getting your ice out of the freezer was such a trial. Wood is delivered to your site free of charge id ordered before 6 pm.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff were all very helpful and I was particularly impressed with the service received from Dawn. The only comment I can think of would be about the size of the showers one can hardly stand in and be able to close the door. A movable shower head and hose would be much nicer. Everything is accessible except no accessible shower.

We enjoyed our stay here and the pool was gorgeous. The park was very clean and quiet and Susan is a charm! Surprised at the lack of activities for kids, but I suppose it could have been due to Covid. Overall a nice park, but little shade on the pull through sites. Would recommend you give it a try if in the area.

It's our first time KOA staying, the site is clean and well organized. We stayed in cabin#39, all facilities are great. All staffs are very friendly. Only one thing to mention for the cabin, there is a gap in the cabin porch/patio floor like 2-3cm uneven and hard to see, my 5 years old boy tripped twice badly. Maybe someone could fix it or at least put a yellow sticker.

Many negative things about it - Fire is not allowed unless we buy their wood, wood from outside is not allowed. - the place is not busy so there is many of space for the pool but is not allowed for kids to join only 2 hours separated - it is a family business with too many restrictions.

Great stay. Pool slots were very organized in this heatwave in August during Covid. Grass is kept cut short - something not a lot of campgrounds do so we appreciate that. Thanks!

Wonderful campground. There was lots to do there. Sites are very big and you’re not crowded. Staff very friendly Owners (Susanne) are awesome. would highly recommend this place for any one who loves camping and lots of activities. Lots of fun activities for kids. Well kept grounds, excellent facilities. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! The campground was very well maintained and the pond in front of our cabin was very relaxing! I think the most positive thing about our stay was how clean our cabin was! We have stayed in a lot of KOA cabins but never have been in a cleaner cabin inside and out! Dawn was the lady that kept it so clean and inviting! She’s a keeper!

Check in was very slow, and staff in general was slow. However that did not take away from our great camping experience. We tented and had a beautiful spot with trees around us! We'd pick the same spot again! #139

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
