It was an all around great stay. The facilities were top notch, the staff were friendly and helpful and the grounds were well maintained. This place is definitely worth a return visit.

Great stay! Check in was fast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. This campground is very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to more planned activities in the future when they are able.

The owners are always helpful and super nice. Pool is clean and so are the sites. Pizza is also very good.

The Kabin with loft was a great place to stay. The lift is very low - good for kids to sleep and play and a great place to store our extra stuff. The pool was great. A couple improvements would be a shower head in the shower. Plastic shower curtain (the fabric ones are too long and leak). Washable bath mats (towel/hotel type) and remove the toilet mat (ew). Other than that it was excellent!

We had a great stay! Would recommend this KOA. Loved the pool, mini golf and jumping pillow.

Clean and well run campground. Very spacious sites with lots of greenery and place to walk. Beautiful pool area with heated pool. There are some rules that are quite strictly enforced - but they are fair to all and it makes for a peaceful and safe environment. Would not hesitate to recommend- in fact have already done so.

things to fix: Clean the bathrooms more often/ Install a WI-Fi extender / Fix the door locks in the Cabins (we used two cabins, and both had issues) / Things we enjoyed: The pool / the quiet environment / the nice people camping

- There was no tree (NO SHADE) in the pull thru section (5 nights stay - VERY NOISY day and night - Too close to railway track and HWY (commercial train traffic - whistle several times at night) - POOR CLIENT SERVICE - focused on money (expensive firewood + charged $20 for 2 family members that came by for 45 minutes) - WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND - WILL NOT RETURN TO KOA Mallorytown

From an experienced KOA guest. Location has some great features. The service and accommodation were unacceptable. The owner behaved in a bullying, aggressive and condescending manner and he made me feel like an untrustworthy and stupid nuisance. The RV not in acceptable shape, fridge latch broken and a fire hazard (staff pointed out during tour). When I told him, he blamed me for not telling soone

Very friendly and informative staff. Very very clean cabins, bathrooms, facilities, pool(our best one so far) and park. Great security for campers. Good recreation options. Good dog park and dog trail. Staff visibly works nonstop to guide campers, maintain park, cleaning and still interact socially with such positivity. Very well maintained park, pride of ownership is very evident.

Very clean and level site. It was very easy to get in and out of the site as well. Quite spacious as pull though sites go, however very little privacy. There was a slight sound from the 401. All staff at the campground was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

As always our stay was above and beyond our expectations. Always amazing to visit and stay at this campground. Susan and Richard do an amazing job keeping everything clean and safe. We visit twice a year and are thinking of maybe three times a year for 2022. We highly recommend this campground and our adult children say it’s their favorite

Another wonderful vacation. Campground is one of the cleanest campgrounds around. Staff are very friendly and the owners are amazing. Very accommodating and always willing to go above and beyond. Looking forward to our next visit with our whole family.

I felt the park was well kept and great for families. Richard did not wear a mask when I was in the office nor did he or other staff members enforce customers to wear a mask (when I was in the office two people had their mask below their chin). I felt very uncomfortable with their lack of covid protocols in the office. Great campground but would only return when covid improves.

It was a good stay per usual.. the only feedback I'd give is based on regulations for swimming. We are only allowed 2 swim times during the day... we asked for an additional swim time at a later point in the day close to closing that is reserved for people coming in that day.. the pool was not at capacity and we were denied access which was a bummer and would have made a big difference in our stay

It was ok. I would have liked to see more activities for the kids. I also think the play area could be updated. I would have also liked to have more time in the pool. The pool was the best part about the park, and yet we were only allowed to go twice a day for 45 min. I understand that we must be vigilant due to the pandemic, but they could have been more flexible and allowed customers more time

Superb stay! SUE AND ALL STAFF MEMBERS JUST AMAZING PEOPLE! very clean organized Pool area bathrooms showers amenities very clean. What did bothered me this is no way the fault of the staff the fact people did not obey the rules of wearing a mask when inside buildings. Also a few that made fire were using lighter fluid, spray cans to light up their fires.Fire Hazzard big time! Check sites more oft

Everyone was very firendly and super helpful. my 7 year old son loved every minute of our stay here. There were so many activities avaliable for us. It was a woonderful stay and we will be back.

The campground was great, the size of sites are very good. What wasn't so great was the firewood that they're selling to campers starting with them. It's very fresh, and so very wet. I couldn't keep it going for long and our fire kept dying while we were trying to cook over it. Maybe change where you're getting your firewood from to something more seasoned.

I love this campground. The owners and staff are a delight. The property is very well maintained and great food on weekends and activities. The pool is very modern and the little tuck shop offers lots of small grocery item variety and camping hardware.

Great clean, safe campground! Would highly recommend it. The only reason I rate it as 4 out of 5 is the firewood is pricey...but it does burn long though...otherwise I would have rated it as 5 out of 5!!!

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
