Great place to stay

I enjoyed that the pool number was limited and timed. Understand it's covid but pleasant to have room for our 3 yr old grandson to build comfort and confidence. Water slide was more of a rocket launch than a gentle slide. Very very friendly staff, pleasant environment. Our 8 yr old grandson LOVED the "jump pillow"!

Mallorytown KOA is always a great place to stay! Susan and Richard are amazing hosts and go out of their way to help you! Definitely recommend Mallorytown KOA

Even though pool times were restricted due to Covid 19 rules, it was managed well by staff all considered. Staff very friendly and helpful. Yay accidentally left my purse on the ground behind a tree. Jim the staff engineer found it and Susan contacted me. I returned and everything in purse was intact!!! I offered Jim a small reward which he then donated it to Children’s cancer fundraiser!!

This is by far the best and cleanest KOA we stayed at. Staff was very kind, fun and professional and the sites are very big and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Eli.

Within 30 minutes of arrival, my son was saying "I LOVE IT HERE!" The staff was friendly and helpful (especially when my aforementioned son locked us out of our cabin). The site was clean and welcoming.

The owners Susan and Richard are friendly, dedicated and caring. We truly enjoyed the Canada Day fireworks and the scavenger hunt activities.

The owners of this KOA are so friendly and accomdation. Their park is super clean with nice big sites.

We had a great time and went on many day trips to Brockville, Charleston Lake and Gananoque. The hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes but we made due. Staff were friendly and courteous.

We love the KOA at Mallorytown. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. There are lots of things for our kids to do. The sites are a good size and many are well shaded. The campground is well maintained and very clean.

My husband and 2 sons spent our Canada Day weekend there this year! We had such a great time. I loved how many different activities and fun things they had planned each day for us to do. The park is also beautiful and clean.

Overall I enjoyed the experience. However, I would have liked to have been warned in advance that we could only use the pool once a day for 45 minutes this would definitely have made a difference to my plans. The pool is very small, I camp a lot in Ontario's provincial parks, and I've never seen as many mosquitoes and scissor bugs in any of those parks as I did at the Mallorytown. But I liked the

The campground is kept clean. Canteen service is not well organized. They seem to be short staffed.

We found the site with patio was excellent. The only thing we did not like, they charge $11.50 for my daughter who came to pick up her daughter .she arrived at 4hr30 and left at 6h30…. Too much! They told us the day before that the price was $5.00. Therese Lebrun

My family and I had a great time at the KOA mallory town! Everyone was super friendly and everyone super easy to navigate! Would gladly plan another trip there

It was okay Very disappointed about the pool Understand about covid restrictions but it was dumb not allowing to use the pool again when time slot was not filled or being used Kids were very upset about that Not much to do for kids

Spacious sites and very well maintained grounds! Richard, Susan and their team are extremely accommodating no matter what your needs are. This was our third stay at this park and we've already reserved a site for a fourth!

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
