This is a fantastic KOA. The saltwater pool is a favorite with my kids and they also have a great menu on weekends with delicious pizza and chicken fingers. Best food I have ever had on vacation! We love this KOA and highly recommend it. It is super clean with lots to do for kids - including a dirt pit for racing remote control trucks.

Amenities good, certain things too pricey (firewood, bike rentals). Rented an RV which was not clean at all. Bugs all over, rotting wood under the main bed and mouse droppings, nearly making us sick. Definitely disappointing and put us off trying this again.

Very clean site, fancy RV and the renovated heated pool is the best for family. Staffs are super friendly. Mallory town KOA is the best camping site in my experience!

Within 30 minutes of arrival, my son was saying "I LOVE IT HERE!" The staff was friendly and helpful (especially when my aforementioned son locked us out of our cabin). The site was clean and welcoming.

We had a great time and went on many day trips to Brockville, Charleston Lake and Gananoque. The hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes but we made due. Staff were friendly and courteous.

It was okay Very disappointed about the pool Understand about covid restrictions but it was dumb not allowing to use the pool again when time slot was not filled or being used Kids were very upset about that Not much to do for kids

Lovely and responsive staff, clean. nice pool. Very quiet. Was disappointed there was only one organized activity that wasn't 'buy food from KOA', on the weekend. During COVID there are a lot of outdoor and socially distanced activities that can be organized. For that reason, I probably won't be back, if that is not something that interests you or your family this would be a great place to stay.

This was our very first RV/camping experience and we had a wonderful time. We stayed for 3 nights in one of the RV rentals. There was so much to keep the kids entertained, they especially enjoyed the bouncy pillow and the pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again!

Was pleasant & great Halloween activity for kids. Would have appreciated a microwave in cabin. Ripped curtains & huge dust webs above counter & fridge. A disappointment that cabins & sites have no privacy. All open concept & no trees, fencing, bushes, stone walls or barrier to allow for more private setting. Even picnic tables very close together. Pool is small but nice & new. Love 45min swimmin

We wanted the camping experience, but because we were short on time, didn't want the camping set up and take down. The camp cabin was a perfect solution. Our hosts were supportive and communicative from the time of booking until the moment we departed. The COVID policies were clearly communicated and followed by staff and guests alike, so we had an added sense of safety during this unusual time.

We felt very welcomed at the campground and enjoyed our stay in the heated cabin. The campground was very clean and the pool was amazing. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We'll definitely go back!

Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin for two nights. It was clean and included everything we needed. The Keurig is a nice touch. Owners are friendly, informative and accommodating. Grounds are immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
