Excellent service. We were brought to our site and made sure we were satisfied with the site area and service connection. Wi-Fi was great. Owners and staff made us totally welcome

We had a very nice stay. Very pleased with the Covid measures in place. Really enjoyed the Saturday Pizza. Awesome. We liked the size of the site and the placement of trees around the campground. There was a very nice dog walk on the forest trail. Minutes from the 1000 Islands National Park.

The owners and staff are fabulous and so accommodating, really making a point of ensuring everyone has a great stay. Especially hard given current COVID restrictions but they get’er done! Large, wide sites with lots of room to spread out.

Nous avons bien aimer notre séjour au KOA Mallorytown. Nous avions un beau site propre et bien entretenue. Susan et Richard sont toujours accueillants et leur service au client est excellent. Nous allons y retourner de nouveau pour un autre séjour bien reposant. Merci de nous servir en Français! A bientôt!!

Under these COVID circumstances, the pool schedule and how this is set up is great!! Thank you KOA staff for all of the extra work you have to do in terms of cleaning to ensure yourselves and others are kept safe.

The campground feature very large grassed lots for tent trailers and tents. Our lot was shaded by mature trees. The pool is beautify. This is a great location with lots to do with families. Service was very friendly and the washrooms were very nice and clean. We look forward to returning later this month with friends!

Staff were friendly and efficient and took precautions to keep all safe with COVID-19. Our site and the grounds were not at pristine as in past years. Grass clippings all over the picnic table, uneven lawn maintenance. We did have a lovely stay.

Thank you for the wonderful stay and we really enjoyed the pool, by appointment (less people/kids in the pool at the same time) ! I would recommend this campground to friend and family however not sure if they would consider because of the high fees per night. Merci The Marcoux family :-)

This stay was during Covid so there were restrictions applied but the owners and staff did everything possible to make it feel like a regular camping weekend. Thank you, we will definitely return.

An absolute gem!! Richard and Susan have created an exquisite camping experience with this well-serviced and immaculately maintained KOA. We noticed something very special from the moment we reserved with Susan over the phone. Her genuine kindness and proficiency make every interaction feel so easy. We felt truly welcomed and wanted as everywhere you look there is a pride in ownership. Beautiful!

Sandra and Richard went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. As we were in quarantine at the time. They were extremely helpful in making sure all was as it was supposed to be and we will always be extremely grateful.

The sites are good, but the price is way too high, especially when the pool or all other amenities are closed. There should be a reduced price for the period when no amenities are open.

Very expensive overnight stay without water or cable. Owner was very friendly. Site level just needed a minor adjustment. We were happy that the park was open due to the necessity of returning to Canada because of the Covid-19 virus.

One of the nicer of the KOA's we've been too, great camp store and restaurant. The sites were well maintained and had full service hookups for us even last minute when we called. The wood price is reasonable as it's a good sized bag, and if you're missing anything trailer wise the camp store has tons of parts and gadgets if you want something new. The staff were so friendly and are a major part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.
