The grounds are kept clean. The sites are great. The recreation, swimming, game room, store are great. I always tell people how nice this campground is.

Super nice place to stay in the area we needed to be. Only downside was mattress in deluxe cabin was super uncomfortable

loved it, stayed in kt5 cabin which was nice as there were nobody to south of us but looking at other cabins I'm thinking cabin 9 and 10 deluxe models would be better but they were booked already when I was looking...gonna have to contack medina wildwood management to inquire about when I could book for next year... pretty much everyone abided by quite time...heard a few people but not really b

We love camping at Wildwood Lake! Love the variety of things to do. If I had to find one thing that could use some improvement, I would have to say the friendliness of the staff. Other than the boy at check-in, almost every person there seemed miserable. It didn't ruin our stay, but just giving some constructive criticism. We will be back again in October!

I grew up camping there as a child and now I’m bringing my grandchildren there it’s a great family place.

The only issue was our site #P21 was so small we could not enjoy a fire as we had nowhere to park our vehicle had had to park it in the area where my firepit should have been. The campfire is a major aspect of camping.

we don't normally stay on a weeked but we know we miss so much. It was flag day weekend and we had a great time. Weather was good. Just had a great time.

Little expensive on the tent sites with no power. Very nice facilities. However the attitude of the employees need to be changed. I’ve had a run in with the young gentleman blonde hair and a seriously bad attitude and then his friend joined in a young gentleman with dark hair and a Scruffy beard.And those are just two to be singled out. Very noisy. no quite hours observed. I did not feel like I was camping but rather at a big concert tailgate.

The process was great from start to finish with booking and checking in. The staff are very friendly and the campground is very clean and extremely well maintained. We stayed in Cabin #7. There are many pro's to this site but the one con is that because of where it is situated, our view was of a bunch of parked cars of other campers. At times, I felt like I was camping in a parking lot.

I don't like your policy of charging extra to get a site next to friends. We booked in advance asking to be close to friends. No such luck, there was a creek separating our campers. No email to tell us to bring our waders to get to our friends. Also we called to ask if we can bring our own kakay we could. Then we had to sign a paper requiring a fee of $10. No one had a reason why.

It is a big park which is nice, the deluxe cabin was very clean, pools were clean and pond was well stocked for kids. I did notice last day that the air conditioner where the air blows out was all black mold. That should be addressed for the health of campers. Other wise we were very happy with the cabin and the campground.

You should be ashamed of the picnic table at my site! The one side wasn't safe to sit on. The site was small. There was nothing special about your campground for it to be worth $72 per night. I will say Stacey the manager was extremely helpful and nice when we had problems in the arcade, which most of the games were out of order. The pools are small and over crowded with not enough seating.

Really enjoy the cabin amenities, renting a golf cart and participating in the golf cart flag day parade was so fun. The seasonal folks are so friendly, we will be back.

stayed at sight 111 and my breaker kept tripping on low power so I couldn't use much power appliances. This specific sight is really hard to maneuver our 30 foot travel trailer in to and the sight is mostly dirt not much grass at all. As far as the campsite over all...its beautiful, very clean, priced right and very family oriented. i will definitely try this KOA one more time.

We absolutely love staying at this KOA, I would have rated 10/10, 5/5 however, somehow there was a mix up and one of our cabins was cancelled and we only had one cabin for 4 adults and 3 kids, it was a bit too cramped but we made it work. Had our other cabin not been cancelled I would have rated higher.

We liked the resort, but where we stayed in the Pines area the campsites were too close to each other. It would have been nice to have more space between campsites.

Beautiful and well kept large sites. Friendly staff. Would like to see a few more kids activities, we are used to Jellystone which has things every hour but we did thoroughly enjoy our stay and look forward to being back at Medina Wildwood!

We arrived right around 7pm and were given a keyfob. We weren’t given any instructions with it so I assumed it would be self explanatory. It was not. I had to flag down another camper to show me how to get in. Once we got in the campground was great. Flat everywhere so riding bikes was great. Both pools were clean and warm. Winery had great slushees. Plan on going back next year!

Loved the site. And fire pit was perfect. The restrooms were very clean and the winery. Is a nice amenity to the park. Will stay again.

Facilities are outstanding but the campground feels very crowded because of the seasonal members. Way too many golf carts are driving around all day, and the entire weekend I had to hear camper owners mowing their lawn, power washing their campers, etc.

I like to go camping a lot in the summer one of the best places I have ever been the people were so nice the cabin was very clean just a very nice experience I'll be looking forward to booking my next camping trip with KOA I was very impressed with the employees they have there very nice especially the girls in the store and very helpful and nice looking forward to coming back thank you again

We had a problem with a soft tire on our camper and the staff was very helpful. They helped us with our tire and we were on our way in no time

I stayed in a deluxe cabin, cabins are beautifully equipped and the amenities at Medina/Wildwood are wonderful. Water sports are reasonably priced and they do not price gouge you at the camp store. I will definitely return.

Everything was great. The staff was wonderful. So friendly and informative. The only thing I thought needed much improvement was the Wi-Fi was terrible.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
