Our stay was great other than not being able to use the pool because guests had coolers&food for the day.My family went about 11 &then back again about 5 &the same people were there.With COVID they shouldn't be allowed to do that.There was kids in the pool with food&drink along with the parents not paying attention to their toddlers because there was alcohol.We visit yearly&wish to continue.

This was the second time I brought my family to this KOA this summer . Very family friendly . The staff was helpful and very pleasant. My little ones have asked when I’d bring them back!

I had a wonderful first time stay at the Medina KOA! The entire campground was well kept (loved all the beautiful flowers), the restrooms were SO clean, and most of all the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

For the most part everything was good. The deluxe cabin had a terrible odor, like mothballs. Also, the was no shade whatsoever. When we were there 3 years ago, the same dead trees were still there this year.

Stayed in lake view cabin 4. We loved the cabin and the location. 2 bad Things about our Stay... 1. Lack of privacy since it’s next to the public restrooms for the camp ground we had people driving up all throughout the night leaving their lights on their golf carts 2. People cutting through our campsite to go to the pool and restrooms. It was very rude and disrespectful.

We had a great time, thankful the parks and pools were open, loved renting the golf cart at a fair price. Definitely will be back next year! Loved the couple of activities, the winery on site offering slushees...maybe you could offer non-alcohol ones though as my kids really wanted slushees.

My family enjoyed our time the creek was wonderful and the cabins were perfect glad my sister recommended a nice family vacay here for the weekend

We love everything about this campground! So clean and fun. Everyone is nice and helpful. So many activities for kids. We love it all and hope to return for years to come!

Nice campground. It would be even nicer if more work was done cleaning up sites in between guests. Cigarette butts, bottle tops, etc are not picked up. Patios could be hosed off too. But it is a nice campground

We enjoyed our time at Wildwood Lake and our site. My only negative feedback is that at check-in, KOA staff were not wearing masks in the store. There was also a family standing and blocking the door and access to the desk both times I came into the store. Social distancing was not possible. I was thankful to be in and out at check-in quickly.

This was the extra site we had to move to, to stay another night. And we were happy to do it! Because we had so much fun! Can't wait to come back!

I think they should have giving directions to the site and not just giving a map. Also check in girl did not know hours for a winery on site.

This was my teenage children's first camping trip! We had planned to stay for 3 nights. But we ended up extending it for 2 extra nights, because we had so much fun! We even switched sites just so we could stay longer! Thank you so much to your staff for being so kind and accommodating! Maintenance was a great help also! We will definitely be back!!

We had a very good 6 night stay at this KOA. We were a bit leery because of several reviews we had read, but we had no issues and had only positive interactions with the staff, mostly at the main desk. Lots of room for our 41 ft. fifth wheel, and tow vehicle. Lots of kids around on the weekend, but well controlled by parents. Parents a bit loud on Fri. and Sat. night. Good Stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Campsites are a bit close to each other, not a whole lot of privacy. A special thanks to you maintenance man Jim. He went above and beyond in solving our problem with our TV not working, everyone we dealt with was very nice. We plan on returning before the summer is over. Thanks again for a great weekend.

I went glamping with my son. Don’t under estimate these tents. Very clean, cute set up and the bed was amazing. Highly recommended.

We love going here a few times every summer. We think the site lock in fee is ridiculous at $20. We wish they would run the barrel train ride more often( they only do it 1 during the weekend) the salt water pool could use some work as its hard to get in and out.

Our family's stay was amazing. We will be back next year. Hopefully the same cabin if we only have us if we have more come along we would need another one. We loved cabin#5

This is an annual visit for us and just an overall nice getaway from day to day life...this year more than most. It is such a nice location and the staff is always super helpful. Only wished the other pool was open to help control the crowd last week.

Bathrooms need updating, Seasonal campsites look like crap- over grown weeds and lawns not mowed. Looks like they are installing concrete pads and not taking care of the normal weekend campers.The $20 fee for selecting a certain site is outrageous. Bounce pillow and water slide were very nice The store and pools are clean. The prices are getting too high and most likely will not be going back.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
