I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean the cabins were when we first came. The cabins were also new and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and there were many things for our kids to do all week. All of the other campers were very friendly and respectful. No one was playing loud music or having loud parties. This is my first time at a KOA, and it won't be my last!!

Park was very big and we enjoyed the creek and pool. Site was very tight and WiFi was not strong at all. I think I would have enjoyed our stay more if there wasn’t an endless golf kart parade going past our site especially with teens behind the wheel that didn’t really know how to drive and whipping around corners.

Everything was great but you pack to many people into the campground. If it wasn't for the fact I was in a tent in one of your wooded lots I would not have enjoyed my stay

Was supposed to be around $15 to dump but was charged 80 and staff was incompetent and rude. $80 for 15 min. Will never go to KOA again.

We stayed here Mon - Fri which was cheaper than our original plan of Wed - Sat (saved over $20 & added a day). The pond is great, our son caught over 20 fish a day. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek. The activities we good. Downside was the sewer hook ups. The hookup was over a foot above grade, water (and solids) don't like to flow uphill, plus the pipe came above grade through site

I really enjoyed all the activities that koa has for the kids to do. I'm glad your pet friendly. We all enjoyed our stay. Plan on coming back again even the Rosenbecks who has never been there, enjoyed themselves.

Our family stayed for 5 days: one daughter and family in one cabin, another daughter and family in a different cabin and we were at a campsite. We all had a great time.

We were charged for guests we paid for Tried to order food and could never get ahold of front desk area during stay had to walk to front to speak to anyone. Did not enforce social distancing in pool area and no one sanitizing boars or chairs in pool area

Had a great time, bathrooms are amazingly clean.Only problem is we felt we were being harassed by an employee in a golf cart all weekend. I did not get his name unfortunately. He was spotted right near our campsite with his lights off like he was watching us.

We love everything about Medina Wildwood KOA! The sites and facilities are nice, the staff is helpful and friendly, and there’s always plenty to do there!

The family had a fun time at the campgrounds. Between the fishing and walking down the creek we couldnt get the kids to leave. I would have put 5 stars but I feel if you are at a campground thr price of fire would shouldnt be the same price or higher than the closest grocery store. I think people would buy more especially for the amount you get.

I enjoyed the cottage, but was disappointed in things. I was surprised to find that you couldn’t swim in the lake from the cottage, but at least you had two pools, which being next to it never saw you wipe down or clean the pool bathroom, chairs, tables, or have any wipes or hand sanitizer available for 5 days. Wasn’t clean for a pandemic. Wood was cheap/overpriced. No tracing for COVID-19

Absolutely awesome!! Great place, lots to do. We booked to come back for halloween weekend in October. Very clean, perfect get away during covid- felt very safe!! Loved the onsite winery ! Great staff all around!

Everything was amazing everyone had a ton of fun everyday even in a monsoon we had one day. The only issue I had was our site says it can hold a 40’ tt we have a 34’ tt and it was very tight and uneven but a few extra blocks and and jacks we got the tt level. But besides that we had no issues at all

we always have a great time and your campground is top-notch. We would REALLY like to be seasonal campers there. I left a message for Jeff when I checked out on Sunday to call us to discuss.....PLEASE we want to be part of the "family" at Wildwood for many, many years to come!! The check in time was long. And i pre oaid a year in advance and at check in i was told i could not use my koa discount on the cabins i rented and was charged extra. Then the cabins i booked 2 were lake side and the 3rd log was filled with flies when we entered we had to get spray and a fly strip.

It was good but we had some issues with campers walking though our site. Our site was a little uneven and soft and muddy. Some of your seasonal have aggressive dogs that bark a lot. Other then that it’s always a good time. P.s. see you soon

We have tent camped here for many years and keep coming back. I'm getting older now and it was getting to be too much work, so we decided on a cabin on Jeddo creek. It was clean and well kept. The picnic tables were in good shape and it was nice to have the two plastic chairs provided. If I could make a couple of suggestions....an exhaust fan in the bathroom and a shelf for toiletries.

Very clean! Super nice staff! Great amenities! The only thing we didn't care for was our site. It was tiny, not level & super close to our neighbors. The sewer taps are very high; for a wkd stay no big deal but longer stays would be an issue. We are stuck in the P section for Labor Day too but locked in a better site in the section. We will be back in 2021 just will utilize the site lock ability.

Stayed during COVID 19 and weather in high 80's. Everyone stayed 6 feet apart. Pool was always busy, hard to get in due to distancing

We stayed by the creek and that was nice, but there was no water pressure, had to fill our fresh water tank and use the on board water pump to take a shower, and the wifi didn't work, neither did the cable tv

I would have preferred a sinknin the cabin more than a microwave. I did appreciate the complimentary coffee though!

This was our first stay at a KOA or any campgrounds. It was recommended by local friends of ours, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay cation. The only bummer was the lake water level was super low and muddy by our cabin so we were not able to enjoy fishing from our cabin area, but i do not think this is something there could have been any control over. Clean facilities!

We had a great time! Everything exceeded our expectations. We were shocked to see Santa appear at the pool! You guys made some children extremely happy!

Very nice facility. It was easy to entertain the kids while staying socially distant, for the most part. There were a couple things broken/nonfunctional at the cabin, but they didn’t hinder our stay.

I thought it was a mini lake in pictures and it was a pond that was pretty nasty. Flys inside deluxe cabin completely overwhelming. I killed at least 25 flys in 36 hrs and there’s a couple still alive.

We had an awesome time camping for the Christmas in July weekend! Already booked for next year! The staff is excellent, the campsite was perfect and we can not wait to come back!

Had a great time and it was a much needed break from all the covid stuff. Never even turned on a radio or TV, just got away from it all. Our cabin was very clean and accommodating.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
