They were very clean and careful about the COVID rules. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the “breakfast pizza” and hard ice cream choices. They were very clean and careful in their food preparations too. Very large KOA and gated! We are seriously thinking about becoming seasonal there but availability is In high demand and so it is extremely limited.

1- tried to rent a golf cart . Got told they don’t have any. I asked to be put on a waiting list , was told that they don’t have one . Called the next day- told the same thing. Called again -told had to come to come to the camp store to request . Walked to the camp store , told that they didn’t have one but that they would “put me on the waiting list “. it would have been great if you would fix the wifi and water pressure in the back,i come 5 or 6 time a yeay and you charge for more things but you dont fix what is wrong with the place,been this way for a few years now

Our site P31 was ready and clean upon arrival. Our stay was very pleasant. Their was a odor coming from a sewer unit that was nasty!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which we absolutely loved! We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the beach making sandcastles! All of the employees were friendly and it was just an overall great weekend !

We went with a group of friends and instead of being accommodating as they have in the past they now make you pay to camp next to people you know. With covid-19 going on you would think that they would be more willing to put you with friends and family to help you feel safe but instead they charge you for a lock in site!

We always have an amazing time here! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The camp store has everything you need and is very reasonably priced. We love the activities available for families, and the amenities are great!

We took a lake site thinking we could launch our kayaks from our site, but lake was low and there was a lot of seaweed and plants that needed to be cleaned up. We couldn’t go in winery due to COVID, but order wine slushees thru a window. Two pools were packed. We would try and go back one more time just to see if any better after COVID.

Clean sites, staff visible. 5 mile an hour slows limit needs to be enforced somehow. Please have staff check electrical boxes for hornets. We had to knock down one hornet nest when arriving and another when we were to leave. Please please number sites for the L section. We could not find our site easily.

Every year since 2016 we have had a group of friends with families spend a 4 day weekend. We purposely camp in the A-section and a growing group books the same spots. Not this year, we were told that unless you pay extra there is no guarantee. We had several of our normal reserved spots taken by outside campers. Not only were they not in our group but they were told that we’re the rowdy bunch!!

We absolutely love the KOA!! So much for the family to do, everyone is so nice! We are on the waiting list for a permanent/seasonal site because we love it so much!

We stayed in the L section and our site was gorgeous. The downfall is that the traffic throughout the park is crazy and unfortunately we had a front row seat to all the drunken golf cart drivers. There was absolutely no social distancing at the pool even thou signs were posted. Beautiful new fire pits and tables/chairs! Was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of equipment available in the cabin (grill tools, serving dish, etc).

The campground was awesome. The staff did a great job making it fun and engaging for the whole family while also keeping it safe in clean for the new social distancing guidelines.

It was great! Very well kept up. Sites were good size. Creek sites were great. Showers were clean. Bathrooms could have used a cleaning more often. The Wi-Fi is not good at sites or in camper. This is the rating for the 4.

Most of the staff were very nice and the deluxe cabin was fairly clean but had issues: very slow shower drain, windows that leaked a lot when it rained. Little open space around the cabin, patio was 8 feet from an occupied back-in trailer site. Much golf cart and vehicle traffic until 10-11 at night, more than I would expect on weekdays. Overall not a bad experience but would probably not go back.

I had to visit the camp store 3 x. 1st time was to check in and the other 2 x was to let my daughter in. Each time I found customers waiting in lines by each door and staff weren’t directing customers where the line started. There should have been clear markings. I waited 15 minutes and customers kept cutting in front of me. We stayed in P section. Would definitely not stay in P. No privacy

The power issue was bad. Not having enough voltage from the Barker power substation because they didn't want to Buy it was a BAD choice! It was 93 degrees!!! 4 in my group actually blew fuses in their campers on the air conditioner circuits. That is Unacceptable! The owner had a generator on the store and pool filters to help, but loosing power during a heat wave COULD BE a disaster!

Very clean. They made accommodations to activities with covid19. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We love staying at Medina KOA!

We were at site 111. We were unable to use mostly everything in our camper due to electrical surges. We weren't able to use our air conditioning on a 90° F day. Our smoker kicked off throughout the day and our dinner didn't make it and we had to do dinner on the grill. When asked about it we were told sorry power company is working on it. Neighbors were parking on our site, moved and came back.

Third year on Jeddo Creek Sites 201-202. The staff were all very helpful. Bathrooms cleaned often! Fun celebrating my son's birthday. Suggestions for improvement: The pools both need to be open especially during this covid crisis. There three days - only one pool was open until early afternoon. The one pool was very crowded. Signs to clean at pool need to be more visible Thanks for supplies!

There was a few issues we had, on all occasions we had to ask 2 times for anything to get done! Kind of a disappointment. We are a middle class family and we choose to spend our vacation there!

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
