When we arrived all the windows were closed and our cabin was like an oven and it took a whole day to cool down ... other than that.... everything was great!!

We’d stayed here last year with our grandkids.. took them this year and had a blast as they did then.. wonderful friendly people and lots to do.. we will definitely be back..

the campground has a large amount of seasonal and/or permanent campers. we kind of felt like outsiders and the locals weren't especially friendly. The biggest drawback are the huge number of golf carts that are zipping around throughout the day and evening, 100's of them. Almost every site had one.That being said the campground was clean and well maintained and had all of the usual KOA amenities.

We had so much fun with our 2.5 year old! So many activities for him to do. The staff are very friendly. Our cabin was very clean. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. We enjoyed both pools especially the salt water one. We cant wait to go back!

The only negatives we had were not being told when we booked that golf carts should be reserved beforehand. When booking, we were not given very much info. The service should be trained to inform guests. Also, 3 pm checkin is a bit late. Cabins should be able to check in earlier.

The park is beautiful and very large. We had trouble finding our spot because none in our area were marked. Our water just came out as a little more than a trickle, making our showers take longer. We had much trouble getting WiFi. The workers were friendly and helpful. We loved parking near the creek. It was very peaceful.

We stayed for 2 nights though our first night is half gone of having sunny day because the next day is raining it didnt stop our kids to enjoy the place especially the pools,playground and lake.We stay in cabin and it was super nice insects come around that doesn’t bother us.We have a peaceful,relaxing days in your place.We hopefully come back next year in longer days.Thanks KOA.

Liked our site a lot . (F1). Campground was very clean and kept up. This was our 2nd stay there and there will be more.

We visited for July 4. It was HOT. The campground was about full, which really was fine. We enjoyed the wine slushies. The only issue we had was a power outage on Saturday that lasted several hours, which resulted in very high temperatures inside our camper. Eventually the power came back, thank goodness.

Rented 2 of the same type cabins. One had full size refrigerator. Other had a college dorm size refrigerator. Wish we had known before coming. Otherwise, very clean and friendly environment. Employees and staff were great.

Power outage for several ours. When power returned there wasnt enough volts to run my ac. Maintenance man was very rude to my wife and myself. There also was a constant parade of golf carts driving in front of our campsite, less than 4 feet in front of us. That got a little annoying.

Everything was Great. wish the weather was a bit better to enjoy the pool but overall experience 5 stars. Will for sure be coming back with family and friends! The only downfall was there were A LOT of dogs... I felt like i smelled dog poop everywhere I went. My little girl is scared of dogs so that was the only issue we had. Consider specific locations dog free zones? Thanks.

We stayed at KT3 cabin. I’ve stayed at many cabins and I was disappointed about not having any running water. How was I supposed to cook? Also, the pool area should have umbrellas to provide shade. Especially during heat advisory. I understand the covid and not touching, but it was extremely hot. No one would touch the umbrellas. The whole pool was packed with people. That’s not proper distan

Our Creek site was nice. Our picnic table was a disgrace with rotten wood and holes so bad you could see right down to the ground. The bathrooms near us went 2 days without toliet paper and that was even after we told an employee the bathroom was out. Showers were good and pools are very nice.

Extremely nice staff, wonderful site, great amenities and good price. The only thing we felt was priced too high was the lock in fee at $20....$10 or less would have been fairer cost.

We had a nice stay but the extreme heat made things challenging. We had a luxury tent pad however had no shade making it impossible to escape the heat . Lots of dead trees including a huge one in our section again offering no shade . The dog park is good but open sun no shade . Staff is amazing , store is amazing restrooms were clean and well maintained . Only real complaint is no shade

Loved the two pools, especially in the 90 degree week after the 4th. Did miss the table umbrellas as I guess they were taken down because of Covid-19. However, the shade would have been appreciated with 100 degree heat index. Also, more people were touching the hand rails in and out of the pool than would have touched the umbrellas. Orleans county? Crafts were great for kids and good food at cafe.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 2 nites - the same cabin that we stayed last year. . Could not use the wifi at all - it was extremely slow. Need to get a wifi with faster speed. Also the lake is not cleaned up yet at least since last year - it is full of weeds and looks ugly. But overall the unit is excellent with all the modern comforts and our stay was great except those items mentioned above.

We were in a cabin on the creek which was lovely.except on the website it states to just bring your linens.There was absolutely nothing in the cabin. The cabin came with a fan which was absolutely filthy. When we made the reservation we were told we could have a 2 man tent on the site we tried to check in an extra guest and were told we were at max capacity and tents were for kids only. disappoint

Beautiful , very well maintained with so many options of outdoor fun!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. Camp store very clean and well stocked.

The pull thru site we had-L31 was a little tight and narrow. Also there seemed to be a lot of car/truck/golf cart traffic especially at night.I couldn't leave on Sunday until the camper next to me pulled out as the seasonal campers cars were in the way even thought the cars were on their sites.

Creek site was great. We loved sitting our chairs in the creek on hot sunny days. So refreshing! The toilet paper was forever out in the bathrooms. Staff wasn't the friendliest. However, one employee named Jim provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond his duties.

The campground itself was great. Friendly staff, clean pools, & bathrooms. The gift shop was stocked with needs as well as cute souvenirs. The hours of the store gave us plenty of time to shop or order food. Unfortunately during our stay, first time out with our" new to us" camper, & brand new hitch, someone decided to steal parts off our hitch almost making it difficult to leave safely & on time.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
