Staff was friendly and professional grounds were kept clean. I had a lakeside site had a great view. During my stay had the opportunity to watch a young fellow build a rock formation by the bridge while I was sitting in creek hope Koa will post pictures of the formation was very interesting.

We stayed at campsite T8. Our campsite was full of old stumps like it was the dumping ground for old stumps. It would also be nice if some of the low spits were filled in the back and more gravel on top of that. My sister camped in T7 and her site was a lot nicer and bigger. For $63 a night I expected a little nicer of a campsite. I did enjoy the amenities the facility offers.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Grounds were very clean. Only problem is that shady area was not shady as the trees that were there were unfortunately dead ash trees.

While there were a few things that needed to be fixed at the cabin the manager was wonderful and was right on it. I love the Medina Koa and we will come back again next year.

We had an amazing time! The food options are varied and well priced in case we need a backup, and the activities are perfect for little kids. Everything is easy to get to. The only thing I think would be nice is a shelf in the cabin bathroom for clothes that you're changing into (maybe a shelf above the toilet) and maybe a few more hooks on the wall for towels. Love the new cabin furniture!

We went there with our whole family. There were 6 adults and 4 children. The kids had a great time. Always something for them to do. The adults enjoyed the experience too. The place was so clean and quiet. We couldn’t get 3 cabins together. So having a golf cart was a big plus. The carts also cut down on auto traffic, safer for the kids. The downside was the uncomfortable beds, like all KOA’s

Cabins are beautiful! Wish the pool stayed open later than 8pm. Would like to see more activities for the kids during the week. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and clean.

The customer service was great from the moment you walked in. It’s great to see people smiling at you from the other end of the counter. Don’t always receive that type of welcome. The campground was clean and the staff seemed on their game always.

Your pools were very dirty the black grim was disgusting. I chose P section and did not lock my site thinking I would not be sent to the back of the campground but just meaning I wouldn’t get to choose my P #. Very sad for the high price we paid.

This was a convenient place for us to stay on our way to Bar Harbor. Friendly staff. Helpful! Gave advice on where to hike and see the sights.

We live within another state, which means it takes us multiple days to arrive. We received the email about the rabies requirement after we arrived and weeks after our reservation confirmation. We understand why the rabies requirement exists because there were numerous dogs with no leash, but the communication needs to occur earlier. We would suggest the rabies requirement email be sent immediatel.

Had a fun time. Pools were crowded at times,it was in the 80's with high humidity. We were at one of the sites with a private pavilion, site in direct sunlight would be nice to have a screen on pavilion to provide shade part of the day.

I rented a cabin close to the pool, store and other front activities. The staff was amazing and we had a great time! Thank you!! We will be back for sure!

We love Medina and everything you have to offer. The only bad experience we had was the flies. They were everywhere!!!! We killed about 20 flies every night inside our camper. Our neighbors had the same problem. They were also all over the bathrooms at the pool.

the owner came out to yell and scream and my husband about being parked in front of the pools when the pools were closed. No one can see the no parking signs on the pool fence. They really need to put the signs on the road. Maybe he should have been at the pools during the day then he could have yelled at the person parked between the 2 pools backing out and almost hit children and parents

Sites where great but kids on golf carts where out of control staff didn’t care and when you complain about excessive noise nothing was done by staff again… lost my business

The campsite was littered with garbage when we arrived. The campground was noisy and golf carts speed around all day and night. It was by far the worst experience we have had at any campground. We will never stay at this campground again and encourage others to stay away.

We have stay at Wildwood a number of times now and have never had a bad experience. It is sad to see all the trees that have dies and are going to need to come down. Only room for improvement I can give you is to maybe expand the pools hours to 9pm.or at least try it on the weekends

We always enjoy staying at this KOA! There are numerous activities for the kids, and all the employees are friendly. Our kids especially enjoy the giant water slide they have on Saturdays. Always a fun time here! Thank you.

there was always something for the kids to do. restrooms and showers were always clean no matter witch you go to throughout the campground. The staff at the store was always helpful.

The campground is fantastic as is but with a few small touches could be best in WNY in my opinion. 1. Guide to through gate to site. 2. Pool area could use sun umbrellas at tables with music playing and the lake needs to dyed with algae cleaned out. ( really was a unappealing attraction expect to fish).

Everything that the campground did was fine, it was with some of the patrons. There were a bunch of tent campers, and they constantly would cut through our camping spot to go to the bathrooms. This was constant all day long, even when we parked our vehicles close together to try to deter it. That did not as they walked through our canopy area. I would never stay in the A20-23 area again.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
