Awesome property - everything was spotless and top notch. We have travelled extensively and never considered a campground because we do not have an RV. This was an eye opener - the kids had a blast “camping” in our well outfitted cabin. Thanks for a great weekend!

We have loved coming in the past and raves about it but this year was different. The staff in the office/store were rude and snappy on multiple occasions and made the stay feel uncomfortable:(

Medina KOA, was the best camping experience my family has ever had. The cabins were immaculate, the staff was friendly and the amenities kept our kids busy. Most importantly, the whole campground was well maintained and clean! We would definitely recommend Medina KOA to friends and family. We look forward to future camping trips there!

We enjoyed our stay from Friday to Thursday. Lots to do. Friendly staff. clean. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you for the fun times!

The stay was alright Had a family emergency and had to leave early mentioned this to the girl working up front and was not offered refund for the last day very disappointing! Unsure if we will return due to this, but the kids loved it while it lasted. Would appreciate the last night compensated as we had to rush out. Unsure who to speak with about this.

It was a great vacation. Very sad that the trees are diseased and have to be cut down. Trees and so much to a campground.

Normally a nice place but with extreme weather and flooding the park did nothing to assist campers. We actually left and got a pump to remove water from our site. Many remained flooded with no straw or wood chips being offered. The gate was also left unattended with people ringing the bell 5 and 6 times with no response. Incredibly too expensive. State parks treat their guests better

We had a blast there. We felt very safe letting the kids ride with walkie talkies. They had a lot of activities to help keep the kids busy. The park was extremely clean and the employees were helpful.

We visit Medina KOA regularly, a few times each season. The kids love playing in the pools, digging up sand on the beach, climbing through one of the many playgrounds, taking a ride on the fire truck, and this year they even tried the mega water slide. This KOA is never short of fun activities for the kids! We can’t wait to go back.

Unfortunately our site was dirty upon arrival ; old food cigarettes all over. The sewer set up in P section is inconvenient

I love it here. Please fill the tickets and fix the games in the game room. My son loves it but always gets shorted on tickets and looses money. Otherwise the grounds are amazing and all the updates are excellent. Very clean as well!

Great option for kids as far as jump pad, pools and fire truck rides. Fire truck rides could have been explained better. I was first one there with my kiddos and many people jumped ahead of us for rides.

Stayed GT03 for one night. And the difference between Glamping (Glamour camping) and what you have Glenting (new term for glorified tenting) is HUGE. The Tent was wonderful but we had nothing for camping so it was uncomfortable that night (and cold) without linen. Thank goodness someone left a fan. It would be nice to be able to rent linens if needed. All in all nice set up once you work out kinks

While I very much enjoyed the activities and amenities, there was a staff person who made my staff less than perfect. While I unfortunately did not catch her name, she was working in the camp store and seemed to have some sort of leadership role. She was snippy and short with the customers, talked down to them, and "quoted" policies that I was unable to find in any of the registration information

Stayed at the Medina KOA last minute and they meant all our accommodations! From the beautiful cabin to the nice golf cart and all the activities for the kids to do. Definitely gonna be staying here next year!

Rented a pull threw patio site. Very clean nice furniture, fire pit. It was Christmas in July weekend. We did not participate as we did not have our gulf cart with us. Really enjoyed the gulf cart parade and the kids having fun. Had booked this 2 years ago and canceled due to Covid. Thanks for honoring our booking at no further cost. Plenty of things available for recreation at this campground.

The staff are very helpful, and a lot of things for kids to do. The Deluxe cabins had plenty of room and clean. TV was nice in the cabin and AC also. Fire pit‘s are big and clean.

The park is great we enjoyed our time there would have been nice to have the boat kayak rental included with the stay . The weeds in the lake also made it very hard to fish . All the employees were very friendly and always willing to help out

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
