We usually have a great time at Medina. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 this stay was due to a reservation issue. When I booked (online) back in January, we requested a golf cart for the weekend. I realized I had never received an electronic confirmation for the cart so I called a few weeks ago to confirm. I was told we were all set. When we got there, they did not have a cart for us.

Very rude campers, people walking around our tents and in between them. Also I was not told on which side to place our tents we were right next to the electrical outlet and site t02 told us we had to move our tents that we had just finished unpacking our belongings into. Mind you it was rain and thundering so yeah perhaps let campers know where to place tents. Not the best way to start a stay.

The Owner, Rachel was super helpful, professional and accommodating. Thank you did making our stay great! Cabin was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. The site was beautiful and there was so much for the kids to do at this campground! Our group already booked for next year, 3 cabins and 3 trailer sites!

Stay was great. I tried to change my site, but was told I would still be charged the higher rate. I wanted a non patio site which was cheaper, but had to stay with patio site. The patio site is more expensive, but I understand. Not many people there, wanted to make as much as possible. Not very customer service friendly.

All areas were clean. Pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. We loved our first time at your KOA! Only thing that 'could' have been better is running the big water slide everyday....Thank you!

That was our first time at any KOA and we had a lot of fun and the kids had a blast. Defiantly on our list of campgrounds we would return to.

Great time at Wildwood, lots of activities for the kids, open spaces to roam and great fire pit for marshmallows roasting. We already booked our return trip for next year.

There were a lot of dogs, lots of poop to dodge and the of carts are way too much. The credit card machine was broken in the store which made it very inconviemiet as well.

Even though we thought we’d have our grandkids with us when we made the reservations, we went alone and still enjoyed ourselves.. we enjoyed talking with our neighbors.. we’ll be back for sure!!

Our site was nice, but we were unable to eat outside as there was no picnic table on our site. When we asked about it the first time we were told none of these sites had one . untrue. Second ask didn't get us one either. Quite disappointing. Hope they get their act together. We were told it shouldn't have upset us when we mentioned it again.

There were plenty of things to do to stay busy and have fun, but be careful what site you book. We ended up at a site that was a “buddy” site and we were very close to each other and facing each other. The other campers were friendly and it was ok, but we would’ve liked a little more space.

We all had a marvelous time. There were plenty of activities for the kids to participate in for chocolate weekend. They had a blast. We additionally made use of the pool and game room. The winery kiosk is also very convenient. The owners and employees are all friendly and detail oriented. Thank you!

Had a fantastic time— my kids love all the different activities there is to do there for them. We were near the playground which was great for my kids but kids and adults were not nice when they would walk between ours and someone else’s RV, or even drive their golf cart near our picnic table— it was a busy weekend. Overall, we had a great time!

Our stay started off horribly with limited parking to check in once we got to our site no picnic table trash leftover from previous people not picked up our campfire ring was so bent like it was ran over so we couldnt build a proper fire all weekend....the front gate is a pain sat for 15 mins hitting the call button. nothing talked to staff waited 5 more mins all in all no1 helped our complaints

I liked this place! The services were great, the facilities were clean and well-kept. The wireless was terrible and even though this is camping, we have a couple of daily check-ins that require internet, so we had to leave the campground. Most importantly, the leash rule is NOT enforced and my reactive and leashed dogs were approached by several off-leash or long-leash dogs.

Was a good stay 2 of the workers had a very poor manner towards us and a few other guest which is funny cause usually every one there is usually friendly over all was a decent stay other then the A loop was kinda crowded

Racist comments were made toward my son by workers named Larry and Gabe. My son was told that Albion and Medina people are all ignorant and that they were grateful they went to Lundonville school where there was only one black kid. We have always loved wildwood but not after this I am sorry to say. We are very upset by these comments as we are from Albion and my husband and son are black.

Great place, very friendly staff, but spaces were very close. A lot of people did not abide by quiet hours. Overall we had a great time and would look at coming back (but maybe not on a weekend)

Our cabin was leaning terribly, dirty, and the bed was extremely loud and hard. When told to the kid at the desk she just said sorry. I was hoping to speak to someone about it so I assume they really don’t care about how people’s stay really is as they are always busy. Paying that much money for a cabin I expect more.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
