We went there with our whole family. There were 6 adults and 4 children. The kids had a great time. Always something for them to do. The adults enjoyed the experience too. The place was so clean and quiet. We couldn’t get 3 cabins together. So having a golf cart was a big plus. The carts also cut down on auto traffic, safer for the kids. The downside was the uncomfortable beds, like all KOA’s

Cabins are beautiful! Wish the pool stayed open later than 8pm. Would like to see more activities for the kids during the week. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and clean.

I rented a cabin close to the pool, store and other front activities. The staff was amazing and we had a great time! Thank you!! We will be back for sure!

We always enjoy staying at this KOA! There are numerous activities for the kids, and all the employees are friendly. Our kids especially enjoy the giant water slide they have on Saturdays. Always a fun time here! Thank you.

Awesome property - everything was spotless and top notch. We have travelled extensively and never considered a campground because we do not have an RV. This was an eye opener - the kids had a blast “camping” in our well outfitted cabin. Thanks for a great weekend!

We have loved coming in the past and raves about it but this year was different. The staff in the office/store were rude and snappy on multiple occasions and made the stay feel uncomfortable:(

Medina KOA, was the best camping experience my family has ever had. The cabins were immaculate, the staff was friendly and the amenities kept our kids busy. Most importantly, the whole campground was well maintained and clean! We would definitely recommend Medina KOA to friends and family. We look forward to future camping trips there!

The stay was alright Had a family emergency and had to leave early mentioned this to the girl working up front and was not offered refund for the last day very disappointing! Unsure if we will return due to this, but the kids loved it while it lasted. Would appreciate the last night compensated as we had to rush out. Unsure who to speak with about this.

Stayed GT03 for one night. And the difference between Glamping (Glamour camping) and what you have Glenting (new term for glorified tenting) is HUGE. The Tent was wonderful but we had nothing for camping so it was uncomfortable that night (and cold) without linen. Thank goodness someone left a fan. It would be nice to be able to rent linens if needed. All in all nice set up once you work out kinks

While I very much enjoyed the activities and amenities, there was a staff person who made my staff less than perfect. While I unfortunately did not catch her name, she was working in the camp store and seemed to have some sort of leadership role. She was snippy and short with the customers, talked down to them, and "quoted" policies that I was unable to find in any of the registration information

Stayed at the Medina KOA last minute and they meant all our accommodations! From the beautiful cabin to the nice golf cart and all the activities for the kids to do. Definitely gonna be staying here next year!

The staff are very helpful, and a lot of things for kids to do. The Deluxe cabins had plenty of room and clean. TV was nice in the cabin and AC also. Fire pit‘s are big and clean.

The park is great we enjoyed our time there would have been nice to have the boat kayak rental included with the stay . The weeds in the lake also made it very hard to fish . All the employees were very friendly and always willing to help out

Stayed in KL02 and the air conditioner was blowing out warm air. Brought it to the attention of someone in the office and nothing was done about it. I feel we should have been given some kind of compensation for having to deal with a hot cabin for the weekend with 2 small children, when we pay $142 a night and have been coming for 3 years now. Love this place but might not return next year

Always super relaxing...everything has convenient hours ... Even midweek. Staff is extremely friendly. Overall the site is clean and well maintained. Stayed five days, relaxed, and never was at a loss for something to do.

Very nice place my cabin needed some updates though. Blinds were broken, bed was uncomfortable and there was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like it was taped over.

Stayed for two nights ia deluxe cabin. Everything about our stay was amazing. The super friendly staff and the organization of activities were amazing. My only complaint was the cleanliness or lack of in our cabin. Toilet was not cleaned prior to our stay and there were a lot of tiny ants in the kitchenette. Floor was also very dirty. Everything else was amazing. Loved the genl. store & staff

We were pleasantly surprised to see the improvements made in the cabins by the creek. The arcade was disappointing as so many games were out of service. Overall pleasant experience.

Our stay was wonderful. We had 1 travel trailer spot and 2 cabins. Cabins very cleans site was very nice. Employees very helpful with all our needs.

Great time! Only complaint is somewhat limited parking but this could have been solved by people respecting that they aren’t the only ones using the parking lots

Lovely kampground, had lots of fun even though it rained most of our stay! The ladies in the store on Friday morning were lovely and very helpful. The young woman that checked us in is maybe new? She didn’t know anything about the campground - I.e where the laundry facility was, if you carried some cleaning supplies in the store and forgot to give us our kabin keys. Someone nicely delivered them

The Owner, Rachel was super helpful, professional and accommodating. Thank you did making our stay great! Cabin was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. The site was beautiful and there was so much for the kids to do at this campground! Our group already booked for next year, 3 cabins and 3 trailer sites!

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
