All areas were clean. Pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. We loved our first time at your KOA! Only thing that 'could' have been better is running the big water slide everyday....Thank you!

Great time at Wildwood, lots of activities for the kids, open spaces to roam and great fire pit for marshmallows roasting. We already booked our return trip for next year.

We all had a marvelous time. There were plenty of activities for the kids to participate in for chocolate weekend. They had a blast. We additionally made use of the pool and game room. The winery kiosk is also very convenient. The owners and employees are all friendly and detail oriented. Thank you!

Racist comments were made toward my son by workers named Larry and Gabe. My son was told that Albion and Medina people are all ignorant and that they were grateful they went to Lundonville school where there was only one black kid. We have always loved wildwood but not after this I am sorry to say. We are very upset by these comments as we are from Albion and my husband and son are black.

Our cabin was leaning terribly, dirty, and the bed was extremely loud and hard. When told to the kid at the desk she just said sorry. I was hoping to speak to someone about it so I assume they really don’t care about how people’s stay really is as they are always busy. Paying that much money for a cabin I expect more.

loved it, stayed in kt5 cabin which was nice as there were nobody to south of us but looking at other cabins I'm thinking cabin 9 and 10 deluxe models would be better but they were booked already when I was looking...gonna have to contack medina wildwood management to inquire about when I could book for next year... pretty much everyone abided by quite time...heard a few people but not really b

The process was great from start to finish with booking and checking in. The staff are very friendly and the campground is very clean and extremely well maintained. We stayed in Cabin #7. There are many pro's to this site but the one con is that because of where it is situated, our view was of a bunch of parked cars of other campers. At times, I felt like I was camping in a parking lot.

It is a big park which is nice, the deluxe cabin was very clean, pools were clean and pond was well stocked for kids. I did notice last day that the air conditioner where the air blows out was all black mold. That should be addressed for the health of campers. Other wise we were very happy with the cabin and the campground.

Really enjoy the cabin amenities, renting a golf cart and participating in the golf cart flag day parade was so fun. The seasonal folks are so friendly, we will be back.

We absolutely love staying at this KOA, I would have rated 10/10, 5/5 however, somehow there was a mix up and one of our cabins was cancelled and we only had one cabin for 4 adults and 3 kids, it was a bit too cramped but we made it work. Had our other cabin not been cancelled I would have rated higher.

Very rude staff, close together sites when I asked about them was told they were distanced from one another . Need golf cart for injured family member.snd was told didn’t need to reserve. Turns out I did do nine available

I like to go camping a lot in the summer one of the best places I have ever been the people were so nice the cabin was very clean just a very nice experience I'll be looking forward to booking my next camping trip with KOA I was very impressed with the employees they have there very nice especially the girls in the store and very helpful and nice looking forward to coming back thank you again

I stayed in a deluxe cabin, cabins are beautifully equipped and the amenities at Medina/Wildwood are wonderful. Water sports are reasonably priced and they do not price gouge you at the camp store. I will definitely return.

Cabin was clean. I wish there was a “What to bring” section on your website. I definitely brought stuff you provided so it would have been nice to leave that stuff at home. Everyone was super nice. One complaint would be that blow up water slide. The water at the bottom was absolutely disgusting. It was essentially a mud puddle. Other than that and the proximity to other groups it was enjoyabl

What a beautiful campsite. We came with a school group and we had such a wonderful experience. We are already booking for next year. We may be back on our own later this summer. Excellent place!

Had a great time. Stayed in one of the cabins. The boys enjoyed the jump pad and playground. The beach area is small but my boys enjoyed thoroughly especially the fish

Very much enjoyed our stay- the cottage we rented was clean, comfortable and came with just the right amount of extras so I didn't have to pack the whole house to go. Lots of filled sites but we didn't feel like we were on top of anyone else. The staff- especially the young man who checked us in on Friday- was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to a future visit!

I booked a cabin and it was the last one available back when I booked months ago. I got bumped because I didn’t pay the extra $20. Time of booking should play into whether or not someone gets bumped. The bed next to the bathroom had garbage that wasn’t ours under it and the shower floor was dirty. Also sign in laundry says soap $0.75 it’s actually $0.99

We had a portable hot water tank fall at 230 in the morning with water spraying all over the place. Then the water was shut off till 1030 the next morning till they were done fixing it. And they offered us pizza chips and pop for the inconvenience..... don't plan on returning with that kind of costumer service.

This KOA was huge with tons of activities. On the downside...once there, we realized that it was nearly impossible to get around to all of the kids' activites without a golf cart...$100. Also had to pay extra at checkin because there were additional charges not disclosed upon booking. The cabin did not have a second TV as advertised and the cupboard doors were missing, bathroom door in rough shape

Staff were friendly and helpful, cabin was comfortable, clean and spacious. Did not like the shelves in the kitchen. They were way to high and out of reach. Who puts the coffee maker and toaster on the top shelf? WIFI was Terrible and never available.

The cabin was great, the prices of rental boating was great. The kids loved the bounce pillow and playing in the sand at the beach. They loved the sluice but all we very let down by the arcade. First the coin machine was down. Then we found out that all but one game was out of order or off. The kids grumbled but played the one game anyway. Then we find that the ticket counting machine was out too.

I love it there I think that everyone that wants to go camping should go there. There activities are amazing and fun. There Halloween is the best. But the weekenders need to stop leaving messes and being rude with everyone

Very nice, well organized campground. We had a great large site (S01). The weekend was crazy and our site was located on a main road between the front and back section of the campground. The traffic, vehicles and golf carts, was non-stop, but it was back to a quiet spot by Sunday evening. There was a great live band on Saturday night. The campground was selling wine slushies!! Yum!! We would definitely return!
