Horrible traffic noise from the interstate. The site was so narrow, no room. The price was way too high, we only wanted to rent a space for the night, not buy the place. Geeze.

The staff and managers were terrific. The grounds were well maintained and very cleaned. We were disappointed that the pool was closed most of our vacation however most of the time it was to chilly so we were fine. To iyr delight the weather was perfect for the pool and it was open out last week. Yay!!!

Our family goes to KOA’s all over the southeast and this is one of the best we’ve stayed at so far! It was clean and there were many thoughtful details in the cabin, like linens provided and lots of hooks! Our cabin was close to the woods so there was minimal road noise. The staff was friendly and the kids had fun swimming and playing all the games available. We’d come back for sure!

Sorry but the highway noise was loud. Showers shouldn't have black mold grout on the floor. Free coffee was great & staff very helpful & friendly.

Stayed in F4 luxury site. Broken down cement pad and no grass. Sand brought into coach every time. Barbeque filthy. Smaller site than regular gravel sites that cost less. Staff in office friendly. Maintenance man (dark long hair) who escorted us to site left us in the dust and when we pulled in to site he immediately left. Bad impression from him and appearance of site. Fix up the site.

Great staff! Friendly and always seem to have dog treats. Nice layout (except buddy sites seem tight) A little noisy w interstate bordering and navy guys practicing helos. Little pricey compared to a dozen other KOAs I visited the last 4 months.

Paid $90+ for a pull through with patio, expected more than sand and a picnic table. Ranger arranged for us to move to another site on gravel with a small “shared” deck. This place is way overpriced. Dog park is an after thought in trees with dirt. KOA standards are definitely not what they used to be.

Staff not helpful or even friendly. Facility not maintained to "KOA Holiday standards. Showers moldy, appeared unclean. Shower handle fell off in my hand. WAY overpriced at $95 per nite for rock, mud, unleveled site. Manager refused to apply my reward points to save me some $! I will not return to this KOA and I'm spreading the word regarding my experience.

Late check in process was super easy. Cabin was exactly as advertised and perfect. Staff at checkout were awesome.

One night only in a 5th wheel. Staff were happy and efficient. Grounds were clean and guest services were always out and about and friendly.

We stayed for three days in a cabin and had the best time! Will definitely recommend KOA to our family that lives out of town to come stay when they visit! Staff was friendly and helpful as well!

The worst koa I ever stay mud med very little crush rock Rude people in office liars regarding the satellite having reception also the golf car escort to the site also liars regarding the satellite No you never see us at that KOA

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Milton KOA. As snowbirds our original FEB/MAR 2022 reservations at a different RV Park were no longer viable. After making a 27 day reservation using the app Beverly from Milton KOA called to ask if it was okay to extend the reservation to a monthly rate to save us money. We readily agreed and stayed for March also. Thank you Beverly and Milton KOA.

Stay here whenever traveling to Florida from Texas. Nice facility, lots of people but still peaceful. Nice Shower, clean park, friendly staff. Office helpful with questions, easy late night arrival. Nice pool and Put Putt golf. Nice place for dogs based on what we saw.

We had been to another one near Pensacola and this one was lovely. If we had more time and schedule it right, we might get to see the Blue Angels practice next time and go to their museum.

We have stayed here every Jan. through March for 7 years. Jan and Feb. can be very cold but we just know this and dress accordingly. Last of Feb. and into March the weather warms and is very pleasant. The only disappointment this year was that the pool was not able to be opened.

We literally needed a place to shelter in a time of storm and they were able to accommodate us. Very clean and well kept!!

We are very disappointed about that KOA . They charge to us the double price $91.00 for a site the closest the hyway 10 it very very noisy. We not recommence that KOA we thing they abuse of us. Usually we have paid more or less $50.00 in the Koa during our trip

Pool had not been working for a month but we were not told. Our parking was on an unlevel gravel site with a concrete pad for a rotten picnic table. No internet, poor quality cable & for all this we paid over $90 a night. Will stay in a Walmart parking lot before I spend another penny in this overpriced spot. Yes they are 1/10th of a mile from the highway & yes you hear every vehicle day & nigh

Close to I 10. Had battery problems, staff was quick to help. Covered in large trees, pleasant place. Highly recommend.

We stayed in cabin 1 for two nights. It was clean, quiet, and well-kept. The restrooms were immaculate and everyone seemed friendly. I will definitely consider this site in the future. My only "complaint" is that the microwave and coffee pot listed as amenities are not actually in the cabin or available during most of the day. These were only available from 8 to 11 am in a common area. No way to heat up the dinner I had prepared ahead of time to save us some cash meals. Overall, it wasn't a huge deal and we enjoyed the stay anyway.
