Wanted to have an in-town camping weekend, KOA was great. Right in the twin cities, lots of sites, good spacing between sites.

Very clean campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff and campers observed Covid-19 rules. Enjoyed our stay.

Showers were closed because of COVID. First time we’ve encountered that in over 2,000 miles. More a result of them not wanting to make the effort to sanitize them. Besides, why would the toilets be available & not the showers?

Stayed one night. Owners very nice, very helpful. We got there later than expected. They let me use the laundry past the posted closing time. Very nice, well maintained campground.

It would have been nice to recieve a notification that the pool and mini golf was closed. I think that I should have received a refund or have been charged less.

Be aware that pull through spots may face your neighbors and your picnic table and fire pits are therefore next to each other. It wasn't full and management staggered the RVs this weekend so it was not an issue, thank you!

We had a very nice stay at this KOA. Would definitely stay here again. Check in was very pleasantly and location was very convenient.

Owners are awesome. Wish pool and golf was open. Been to other campgrounds this year and they had everything available including pool. (signed up in shifts) It said on the pamphlet Mosquito controlled sites. Couldn't tell. They were awful even at 6 pm but it is what is is. Would stay again next year! See ya then.

Very friendly hosts! The location is fantastic for using our camper at a "hotel" while in the area. Very close to shopping and interstate, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee.

Great stay - staff was vert gracious and helpful. We like "privacy" - or as much as you can get in a campground. We were on site #131 and there was really no one else around us. It was great. The grounds and facilities were clean. We were only 15 minutes from home but felt like we were up north. A great place to camp.

Stayed there for 4 nights so we could visit relatives in the area. Easy to get around the area based on the location. Had full hookups, had to make an appointment for laundry due to covid, dog run and a pool but we did not use. Would book again!

Great location near so many activities, nicely spaced campsites, and very friendly owners and staff members. Due to pandemic restrictions, some of the amenities were unavailable, but I will definitely return once things are more normal.

It’s a beautiful campground. We didn’t use the restrooms and showers because we are self-contained, but everything else looked very well-maintained. The people were very nice and we appreciated that they were taking precautions because of the coronavirus. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

you have a beautiful location with lots of trees and the grounds are well cared for. Although a few of your amenities were not available sue to covid, we would come back again.

this was a short stayover between trips and it was good as usual. We will likely be back when in the area again.

Other campgrounds across the state opened their pools and showers earlier in June, for whatever reason, this location decided to keep the showers and pool closed. The grass was getting a little long, and the mosquitoes were rather hungry.

We had a great time, just wish the pool and mini golf would have been open. We will try again next year hopefully we won’t have to deal with COVID!

We stayed one night as we were passing through. Very easy access to the KOA from I70. Checking after hours simple. Sight was gravel and mostly level. Did not use any of the amenities as we had our motorhome. We had a pull through so we did not have to disconnect our tow vehicle!! Our only negative is the train noise. The whistle blew every 30-45 minutes throughout the night. Very Little sleep.

Electric and water to far apart, if I didn't have a long hose , water would not have happened. Had to move rv closer to water .

From Michigan, just stayed the night to meet up with Minnesota family for breakfast. Very few RVs; no-contact check-in which worked well; shown to our very level pull-through W/E site. Only negative, we came away with an unwelcome passenger which left tell-tale signs. He was caught in the trap loaded with peanut butter later that day!

Although we came to Minneapolis during the Covid pandemic, we enjoyed our visit. I was very sad to find out the swimming pool was closed. I spent most of our time researching my family roots. My 2nd great grandfather was one of the founding fathers of Dayton, MN. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I are in the Color Guard from Crosslake Legion and was in the Maple Grove to do honors for Veteran who passed this past March. The park was conveniently located, very clean and employees were vey helpful.

We liked everything about the park except the mosquitos! The brochure said they spray for them but it sure didn't help.
