everyone was very friendly and the camp was very clean. The pool was very well kept and tested often. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and their support if I needed it was there to set up. This is out favorite place to be.

KOA Holiday SW remains my best camping experience I've had in my short time as a camper! The staff is friendly, lively and eager is help. The grounds are always clean and spacious. Even the little dog play area smelled fresh. I almost don't want to camp anywhere other than a KOA. Get value card, so worth it! Many thanks to the awesome Host!

We will not stay at KOA again! For the second time in the past year staying at a KOA, we were put on the most awful site on the property! And this after a special request for a “nice” site! I can only assume that KOA members get preferential treatment and the rest of the public get whatever! Never again!

It was nice and staff was great, however, the guy driving around on the golf cart just after ten approached our children and scolded them right in front of us! I’m sorry but please talk with the parent and we can take care of discussing and scolding our children. They weren’t being loud but we sure didn’t appreciate him scolding our kids!!!

The staff were good. What they have for the kids to do is good but, the sites were very close in my option. We are new to camping but I would like more space.

This is a beautiful campground conveniently located near many Twin Cities attractions. In the area where we stayed the camping space was pretty narrow but the bathrooms were very clean - nice showers with good water pressure.

We loved everything except for the site. The sites around #89 are VERY close together. I wish we had more room. Other than that, the pool was awesome and well maintained. Showers and bathrooms were great. Mini golf was fun. Employees were all friendly and accommodating. Would stay again in a different area.

we had a wonderful time, the only mixup was, it was a family camping trip we had 3 cabins & 2 sites booked under my name and when my daughter checked in she was put at a site to far from our group. I went to the office to explain that I had a site across from us was ours and she didnt understand what i was trying to say that, that site was theirs, anyway we got it worked out and all was fine.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Getting an escort to our campsite was great, he helped guide us in. We will definitely be back.

This was near my brother. Thank you for checking on us because we were late. It made me feel welcome. Our space needed regrading and rocks. Staff was very nice.

We were having an evening cookout on our last night there they charged my daughter and son-in-law to park at my camper for a few hours while we ate. The person at the deck said we don’t care if you come back or not.

Staff was great, the grounds and the cabins we used were very clean and all performed as advertised. The pool, restrooms and showers were also clean and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience.

We encountered a great staff to help control incoming registration traffic. Time inside to register was quick with two people at the counter. We were escorted to our site and the staff made suggestions on areas to watch for while navigating the campground roads to the site due to the size of our RV. Upon arriving at the site, the staff was helpful providing instructions to get into the site.

The campground is very clean and the playground was nice. The indoor pool was very nice. Was kind of annoying that the camp site is RIGHT next to a landscaping company and a concrete company (our site had a wood fence separating us from them. We could see their equipment over the fence). So during the day it can be quite noisy. Kind of takes away from the camping ambiance.

The staff was very nice. It was a quiet campground. The only upgrade I would recommend is the internet. We had poor internet service while on site compared to other KOA's we have stayed at in the past.

PISSED. After we set up and returned to our campsite I parked my truck at my site an older guy told me I had to move my truck immediately because 1 wheel was on the grass and I couldn't park at my site i moved it and noticed that there were 13 other vehicles parked the exact same fashion that I did some even worse he said that was the only place they had to park. many other things were wrong too

Very clean, easy access location, not sure id stay for leisure, sites were too tight for my liking, paid for a patio, not sure what that meant, fire ring was literally outside my door so it limited the use of our awning and was dangerous if you had kids. It worked as a place to stop and sleep.

Clean, safe, convenient, home away from home. The indoor pool is a lifesaver when it rains and the beautiful well kept grounds are amazing on the bright sunshiny days! The staff are ALWAYS welcoming and willing to help!

We had a great time. Clean facility. Helpful staff with prompt service. Dog friendly. Only suggestion is to build a better Off leash dog area. The one available was mostly dirt and too small for large dogs. Very nice large grass area adjacent to it for dog walking on leash.

The host were very nice. The bathrooms very clean. A great place to run your dog. The cement yard a little noisy in the AM.
