very nice people but i wish whey would let you know when you make reservations that things will be closed. kids wanted to play mini gulf but when we went to pay for it, it was closed. Also i believe having to pay for a 2nd car is stupid. there was hardly anyone in the park and we had to have 2 cars as 1 person was leaving early. yes we will stay again because the kids like the pool

Ok campground. Need work on the gravel on the sites...very uneven...won't go there again.

Very nice/clean showers. Kids enjoyed the playground and pool. Only complaint is noisy neighbors into early morning. Quiet hours aren't enforced.

the check in staff we very polite and helpful, nice touch was they take you to your site and guide you in if need be. they deliver your wood to your site.they keep the park very clean. we didnt use the indoor pool but that looked nice as well. our weekend was pretty low key because it was very hot but we had a very good and relaxing weekend. thank so much.

Sites are large with well placed connections for full hook up. Good to have KOA location near the Cities.

Camp seemed tired. Is In need of a makeover. Entry into check-in office has more weeds than flowers in the beds. Sidewalk area leading to showers/laundry & pool is weed infested as well. Camp sites are worn out, timbers broken & old, pea gravel needs to be filled in, weeds have taken over, grass is mowed but not trimmed. Staff was ok.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay!! Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. Could see that during normal season, they offer a lot of fun activities. The pool looked awesome but i didn't want to dip my toes because of covid. Thank you KOA SW staff! You rock!

I gave this 2 stars only because the office staff were friendly and efficient. There was no TV reception of ANY kind (air, cable or satellite), spaces were crammed together, and no enforcement of quiet times (I was listening to my neighbors at 1:00 AM out by their campfire.) For $66 a night, I expect better.

Very clean grounds and rest/shower rooms. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was essential as it was in the 90s throughout our stay. The camping 2 room cabin was clean and a wonderful way to stay. Our grill was rusted out but we made a temporary repair with a disposable aluminum pan.

People were very friendly. Pool was very clean. Restrooms were very clean. Campground very clean. Some sites very tight. Neighbors fire pit was within a few feet of my rv. My fire pit was under my awning.

Always enjoy staying here. We stayed over the 4th of July. Not too many fireworks shot off in the park, but they did wait till it was late so disturbed sleep. Some of the people that camp with dogs are good. However, there were a few campers that let their dogs bark, even when they were standing right next to the dogs. I LOVE dogs, but I absolutely HATE their barking. In all, it is a great.

Great location and very clean. I appreciate the camp staff driving around throughout the day and evening with firewood supplies. The pool area was crazy busy and during this time in the world I would have thought capacity would have been substantially lower.

We stayed 3 nights In very hot weather during the pandemic. I appreciated that office displayed a bear with a mask! Yay! We had an acceptable site but wished we’d registered earlier for a 50 amp Site and more trees. Area was clean and staff friendly. Actually Most sites had trees and even the tent sites were pretty nice. Close to bike trails and many parks.

Office workers were very helpful and friendly. We loved being escorted to our site. We liked the firewood delivery too. Very Clean bathrooms and pool. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you. We'll be back.

Campground is very clean, quiet and well laid out. The pool is huge and enjoyable. All staff was very friendly. We would still be there if our job didn’t move us, but we’ll be back. Thank you for a great month.

With being right next to a major highway its bound to be loud, but there is a building next door or a trucking company that was working all night and all day, with semis coming in and out. Couldn't relax with all the noise. Sites are way small, with not much to do there for kids. They have a big pool and a small playground. That's it. I'd drive to a nicer koa personally. The staff was friendly tho

Difficult getting to the park, difficult getting into camp site, camp sites small, over all not convenient.

We stayed at this KOA because it was the closest option to our daughter’s house. The sites are very close to each other and rather pricey. We will probably stay again because the options are so limited.

We booked an impromptu trip with our new camper to make sure everything worked properly. The compound was clean, amenities were great. We had a great time. Check in was easy
