We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, and the service was fast. We received our firewood only minutes after we ordered and paid for it at the office. All our neighbors in the campground were quiet and respectful.

The only problem was that our plug didn't work right. We plugged our extension cord in and it kept going in and out of working/having power to it and the power outlet was making a weird popping noise that made us feeling unsafe to keep ours plugged in so we had no power all night.

Every one of the staff was hospitable and friendly! That made our stay a great one. The pool was very nice as well.

KOA's as a rule are usually nice, clran & well kept. Minneapolis SW KOA is certainly no exception. Highly recommended.

It was noisy and the store had very little in it and everything was way over priced. For how much it costs to stay there was disappointing!!!!!

We stay here as a group every year to attend the Renaissance Festival and we couldn’t be happier. Outstanding, friendly customer service, nice pool for the kids to play in after they get back, and easy to get to and from. Can’t wait to come back. Ext year!

The cabin was a little dusty (but that is to be expected) otherwise very clean! The screen door slams closed, so it would be nice if a spring or something could be attached so it closes quieter. The showers and bathrooms were clean and well lite. And I appreciated there being lights on outside of the building at night. It made it easy to see.

Staff was very friendly. Grounds were kept beautifully. Restrooms and showers were well maintained. Pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts and employees are great here. The pool was clean the grounds were clean, everyone was quiet by quiet time, there were lots of kids running and playing as there should be! The playground was large and kids seemed to enjoy it. Over all a nice experience. THE ONLY REASONS FOR 4 STARS is the sites were smallish and there were no grills on the fire rings to cook on.

Was very pleased for KOA to let us leave our camper for a few days while we got the camper fixed so we could drive it home The employees were very helpful.

We stayed for 13 days. This Koa is located in the country about 40 miles from downtown, but is still very accessible to amenities. The campground is kept immaculate and has the friendliest of staff. They have a huge indoor pool which is kept at a perfect temperature. Fellow campers were respectful of quiet hours. Close to Renaissance festival, Valley Fair, and Princes’ museum. Nice place!

Grounds well taken care of, staff at front desk very nice and helpful, pool was cold on first day but did warm up after that. Security guy driving around could have been friendlier. Overall I like this campground and would rent a seasonal site but have been told they are not set up to do that.

The site given to us was completely inadequate. There was no "grass" space as we were placed in a very narrow corner site which was not suitable for a 30" 5th wheel. We had to pull forward completely to the front road in order to open the slides. We were unable to use the firepit as it was partly on the side road and very dangerous. Completely unhappy with site.

Love the campgrounds. The deluxe cabins are not as kept up as I would have thought they would be. Stayed in them few years ago they were very clean then, now not so much. Still good quality though.

They have pretty small sites very close together. Everything is nice and as expected but it is just too close for comfort. I know this is getting to be the standard for KOA and it is sad.
