Stayed in cabin 6 for 2 nights. The office staff were wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. Our family stayed in cabins 5 and 6. It was an awesome stay and was able to attend a local festival too!

Beautiful cabin really enjoyed it however felt like a can of sardines.... campers were VERY close together and very close to the cabins so had to listen to doors slamming all day, night and early morning long

It proved to be a very cozy stay over Labor Day weekend 2020, with a well-furnished deluxe cabin that everyone in our family approved and a great set up for campfires at night with the fire pit right outside our front steps. We look forward to future KOA visits, especially now being KOA Value Card holders!

Staff was great, the grounds and the cabins we used were very clean and all performed as advertised. The pool, restrooms and showers were also clean and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience.

We had a great time. Clean facility. Helpful staff with prompt service. Dog friendly. Only suggestion is to build a better Off leash dog area. The one available was mostly dirt and too small for large dogs. Very nice large grass area adjacent to it for dog walking on leash.

While we had a fine time at the KOA, I really don't care for how crowded the campground was. There were so many people and the campsites are so close together that it didn't really feel like camping at all. I know now that we need to stick to state or regional parks. I did appreciate the size and cleanliness of the pool.

My trip at KOA SW was the nicest camping trip I have ever had. The staff was friendly personable and fun. Even as i checked in i was told that if something wasn't right to not hesitate to call. They'll even bring firewood to your site. The cabin was clean and cool (air conditioning on)on my arrival. The setting and grounds were emaculent my entire stay. I CAN NOTwait to get back there.

We had a deluxe cabin that was great. Our weekend was hot and wish the 2 deluxe cabins had shade to enjoy the awesome concrete patio.

The shower curtain in the cabin we stayed in was filthy. The mildew was terrible. I had to clean it myself. I let the staff know and asked for a new curtain, but no one ever came and addressed the issue. The staff stated that that was an owner decision. Other than that the KOA is in a nice location.

Very clean grounds and rest/shower rooms. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was essential as it was in the 90s throughout our stay. The camping 2 room cabin was clean and a wonderful way to stay. Our grill was rusted out but we made a temporary repair with a disposable aluminum pan.

Had a great stay. Managers allowed us to move to a different camper cabin that suited our needs better, which was greatly appreciated. Bathrooms were spotless and the grounds were well groomed and maintained. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice campground. Too bad about all the rain we had! We enjoyed the deluxe cabin very much. The light/fan above the bed was very dusty....kind of gross. I washed all the dishes before we left, then hubby said he spoke to the cleaning person and she sai we didn't need to do that because she would be doing them anyway. Very nice ladies at check-in. The pool was wonderful after days of driving - very clean, well maintained. Quiet grounds. Very nice - if we're in that area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We stay here as a group every year to attend the Renaissance Festival and we couldn’t be happier. Outstanding, friendly customer service, nice pool for the kids to play in after they get back, and easy to get to and from. Can’t wait to come back. Ext year!

The cabin was a little dusty (but that is to be expected) otherwise very clean! The screen door slams closed, so it would be nice if a spring or something could be attached so it closes quieter. The showers and bathrooms were clean and well lite. And I appreciated there being lights on outside of the building at night. It made it easy to see.

Love the campgrounds. The deluxe cabins are not as kept up as I would have thought they would be. Stayed in them few years ago they were very clean then, now not so much. Still good quality though.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and really enjoyed it.. There are areas of the campground that need updating. Examples would the Mini Golf Course, pool area (especially the windows), water and sewer hookups could be better located closer to the sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
