My son and I had a great time. There's a lot to do so we were never bored. The staff was great, and the campsites were nice and clean. We are definitely going back.

Originally were supposed to stay in our tent camper but because the lyft system failed you guys were able to switch our spots and we stayed in a regular tent although little bit cold we had an awesome time the facility was clean the staff was friendly and our six yr. granddaughter who was her 1st time camping had A-blast Look forward to coming back next year with the tent camper

The park was not great, maybe ok but lacking, bought two bundles of firewood and they were never delivered to my site, was towing a boat, we were in a tent, and was charge extra for having it, although it could be parked in the extra car area for free

Booked last minute and Sharon Johnson set us all up in a jiffy. We were just 30 minutes away. Check in was easy, fast and the people were just amazing. Once we saw our campsite, we asked Sharon Johnson if we could have one with more grass and she was super accommodating and let us choose between several other sites. We will stay with South Minneapolis KOA again.

KOA Holiday SW remains my best camping experience I've had in my short time as a camper! The staff is friendly, lively and eager is help. The grounds are always clean and spacious. Even the little dog play area smelled fresh. I almost don't want to camp anywhere other than a KOA. Get value card, so worth it! Many thanks to the awesome Host!

Clean, safe, convenient, home away from home. The indoor pool is a lifesaver when it rains and the beautiful well kept grounds are amazing on the bright sunshiny days! The staff are ALWAYS welcoming and willing to help!

This was our first stay at a KOA. The grounds were okay — less rustic than expected. Nice to have dog park and playground on site. Grocery area was well stocked with essentials. Worst part of stay was being placed right next to swimming pool with motor running all night (many other tent sites available!), and nearby tent playing music from 3am on. Did not sleep more than an hour. Friendly staff.

It was our first time coming to the koa in jordan and it was very relaxing and fun and the staff was very nice and always had a smile and took the time to chat with you they made us feel welcomed and the guys that delivered wood and stuff was very nice also some joked around which was nice the place was clean and well taken care of we will definitely be back

Office staff was wonderful. Pool and other amenities were great. Tent campsites are too small and close together and "security" was a bit too intense. This is a family campground not boot camp.

We had stayed here in the fall in one of the cabins and the kids really enjoyed it. This time we stayed in our tent, the kids LOVED that we were right across from the big playground and that it only took a minute to walk to the pool! They loved that we could be at the pool for as long as we wanted! We will definitely be back!

very nice people but i wish whey would let you know when you make reservations that things will be closed. kids wanted to play mini gulf but when we went to pay for it, it was closed. Also i believe having to pay for a 2nd car is stupid. there was hardly anyone in the park and we had to have 2 cars as 1 person was leaving early. yes we will stay again because the kids like the pool

The only down side was the campsites are close together. Otherwise, great stay. The customer service was amazing! Very well done.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We loved playing in the pool. Our campsite was not ideal especially for hot days. Would have preferred a site with more trees. Road noise from 169 and a loud group at another site at 1:00 am were disappointing.

The only problem was that our plug didn't work right. We plugged our extension cord in and it kept going in and out of working/having power to it and the power outlet was making a weird popping noise that made us feeling unsafe to keep ours plugged in so we had no power all night.

Every one of the staff was hospitable and friendly! That made our stay a great one. The pool was very nice as well.

We had a lovely site. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the amenities, like the hayride, playground, indoor pool and mini golf. It was a great weekend getaway for us, since it wasn't too far from home. The one thing I did notice is that the mini golf wasn't in the best repair, but it was still fun.
