Absolutely AMAZING! Check in was a breeze, the facility was always clean and maintained. The owners were so friendly it felt more like family. Plan on going back at least once a year. Blown away at how friendly and helpful everyone was.

nice little koa. I does not offer the amenities of big koa, but if your looking small peaceful koa this your place. the river walk was awesome, did not have time to catch some fish but it was fun watching other people. out of the way of everything and only 30min away from most anything. the only I had problem with personal living space(camp owner resident)was in sight which was eye sour.

Very well kept. Nice people run it. Beautiful area and right by a river that we caught many fish. The sites are roomier than most KOAs. We enjoyed our stay.

The camp hosts Jim and Brenda are friendly, kind, and most importantly VERY accommodating! They go out of their way to make sure ours needs are met. The campground is clean and I highly recommend a stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help with anything I asked for. They were also very welcoming to my children and my pet. We felt that we were wanted there and felt very welcomed. We will stay again and are looking forward to next year.

Nice place, great hosts, great kamping kabins along the creek. One of my favorite KOAs that just happens to be located in a place nobody knows about. Montpelier isn’t the most happening place but I love the area. I’ve been there 4 times and will go back again.

We loved this KOA. Reserved 2 nights. Added a day and didn’t want to leave. The big rig sites are plenty long. And there we 3 different sewer locations. Wish other parks had that option. Pretty setting with hills, creek, trees all around. Very peaceful. The owners are so friendly. Brenda is a real sweetheart. Enjoyed our conversations. We will definitely return. Best RV park on our 5K mile trip.

have been staying here for 10 years or more the last 3 years it has been going down hill weeds 12 inches tall security door on both restroom not working tvs don't work in any cabin I bring friends we use 2 or more cabins if the site doesn't change we will be looking for somewhere else I stay at koa all over the country. if I didnt know this was a koa I wouldn't think it was by its appearance .

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It has rained and snowed for weeks making it hard to cut grass. We do not advertise that we have cable but some people like to use a DVD.

Very far out of the way! The KOA website is not accurate in its discription.... No propane on site, no beer or milk. Food items in store are not offered or the are out of items. Dyer's dont work well. Cramped KOA for large, packed KOA site. Left a day early due to these issues.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Propane Company changed tank and has not hooked up dispenser. They also had regulator wrong that affected dryer but did not know this right away.

2nd time here, last was 4-5 years ago. This time campground had several pieces of garbage around, especially on nature trail-plastic bottle, fish bait bottle, beer can, empty dog bags, etc. I picked up a few. It would only take someone walking around with a garbage bag about 10 min to pick up the only 20 or so pcs litter. It made a sad impression on us and I'm not sure I would return to this KOA.

We stayed the first couple of days in May and this park had just opened for the season. This was fine with us as we like peace and quiet and there were very few other campers there.

After driving from Laramie this camp was like an oasis. Mature trees and a creek for the dog. Will definitely stay there again.

We were very satisfied. We are tenters and there were no other tenters there, so it was quiet and private. Bathrooms, pool, laundry area well maintained. Seems like a nice place for RVs as well. This property is off the beaten path, which is what it's value is. It's value is the fact that it is for those looking to get away from suburbia….But with all the amenities for “getting away” comfortably.

Pulled in late and slept in the car so it was short but they had a nice little store, wifi worked, and the bathrooms were clean. The service was great, the nice guy behind the desk walked us around and let us pick out our spot, he also gave information about the surrounding area.
