We had a very nice stay and Jim and Brenda were great host. Campground is relatively small but very enjoyable. Having never been to the area before we did explore it fairly well. We enjoyed the rasberry festive being held in Garden City, UT. Fabulous raspberry milkshakes. Bear Lake is beautiful and it’s understandable why it attracts boaters and other related activity seekers from all directions

Friendly, helpful owners who welcomed us and made sure we enjoyed out stay. As well as holding onto a floating arms deal that was left in the bathroom and belonged to our granddaughter. We were relieved to find it. Thank you

Wifi is terrable. Not only we had no cell reception the wifi was spotty to non existant. The whole koa looks like it has bark on top of concrete. Where's the grass........ trees are good. Bugs are tolerable.

There were weeds everywhere. We have stayed here previously and when we came back this time the difference was night and day. The employees wore stained clothes. The owners were friendly, but the grass was dead, no weed control, trash bag left by the female owner by the side of the road and it was still there 4 days later when we left. This KOA is not up to your standards.

We have used this campground for years for our family reunions. The hosts couldn't be nicer, but the campground itself is really getting rundown, weeds everywhere and dead grass. The bathroom/showers are not kept as well as it was in the past. This was our first time back since 2016.

We have been to this location multile times over the past 10 years and we were very disappointed this time in the condition of the property. The owners previous worked so hard to maintain a beautiful place. Now all the grass is pretty much dead, weeds everywhere, just didn't feel like the same place that we have been coming to many times. I don't know if we will make a reservation to come again

We checked in, but the space was so awful, we opted to go back into town and find a hotel room instead. There was not enough room for our vehicle and our tent in the spot identified. The place was so full of RVs that we could hardly see any ground at all. Didn't have a chance to use the facilities so no clue what the showers, bathrooms or "pool" were like. Waste of money and time!

The couple that managed this property was very helpful and kind, going the extra mile when our camp trailer was having electrical issues. They provided us with a battery charger to keep us up and running during our stay, very sweet to help us the way they did.

My family of four stayed here and we really enjoyed it nice trees for shade, clean facilities, nice pool, fun little creek with a walking trail by it, and the people who run this KOA were very kind and helpful. There were a bunch of things for guests to do. The bathroom and showers were nice. Store has a lot of good stuff. All in all, a great place to stay.

Great campground, clean, hosts are awesome. Could use some water on the grass and some weeding though. The tent sights are full of nettle weeds. These can cause serious allergic reactions. But they can be killed by weed spray fairly easily.

This koa park is a discrace to the brand. No maintenance. Weeds everywhere.grass all dead not watered. Trees overgrown enough that we had to trim them back to get fofth wheel into site. Sand burrs in dogs feet. Not worth half the high orice paid. Will not reccomend nor would i return.

We had a luxury cabin and enjoyed it very much. The pool was nice, but not open in the morning until 11:00 so the children were very disappointed. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. It did need a thorough cleaning though. The campground had a nice stream running through it, but it was still dry and had too many thistles. All in all, it was a great place for our family reunion.

Nice place. Intereactive employee. Needs trimmed & weed control. One guy there putting in 15 hour days each day we were there. Poor guy.

One of our favorite KOA's. The sites were clean with grass and shade. We stayed at #29 and we had plenty of room for our trailer, a tent, and places for the kids to play. Plenty of space for each site. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Hosts were very friendly!

We had some trouble with the camper and they were so helpful and so friendly and nice didn't hesitate to help us out of our predicament a very nice people I would recommend this to anyone

Unfortunately, this KOA is in very poor condition. I never once saw a yellow shirt walking around. I wasn't greeted or escorted to my site. There are weeds and dead grass everywhere. The pool was dirty. It is so sad to see this campground in such poor condition because I was here many times when it was in much better condition! The value is no longer there. I will pass on coming back here.

Campground was dirty, bags of trash left at our site were not cleaned up (and we checked in late afternoon). Noticed small trash scattered throughout the CG. Grass was dead, lots of weeds all over the campground. Pool was unappealing. Our picnic table top was full of bird droppings. Did not look to be well maintained. No pride of ownership evident. Office staff were pleasant and professional.

Nice KOA tucked off the highway. Our cabin sat right on the edge of a pretty creek. The staff gave us a recommendation for breakfast in the morning. The ride to the location coming south from Jackson was beautiful. I would put this on my ride route again.

Friendly and helpful hosts....Nice pool and spacious tenting areas. Close to town and good bathrooms but not enough toilets or showers.

showers/bathrooms were clean.......wifi was sketchy,,,,,,,,nice and quiet,,,,,,,,,,,, though we are not dog owners, we were placed near a pet "waste" disposal area. Office personnel were friendly and accommodating,,,,

The sites were long enough for our 45' coach with toad and the power was stable. That's where the good news ends. Tight turns, weeds all over including throughout what was left of the gravel, and the biggest sand burrs I have ever seen. Our poor dogs all ended up with sore paws. We were very disappointed and grateful we were only staying two nights. Stay at the Bear Lake KOA - much nicer.

We stayed at this campground 4 years ago. It’s a Journey so it’s not fancy, but when we stayed there before it was well maintained and we liked it. Thought the was a cute little Koa. Now, it is overgrown with weeds and just looked very unkept. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. It was very sad to see it in such a state. I hope they start taking better care of it.

This is a nice KOA, and most of time very quiet. A good place to stay. Amenities (bathrooms and showers) could be a little bit better.

Nice facilities, beautiful Creek to take walks by, friendly staff. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was cold in July!

It was horrible , my first experience with KOA and I thought I made a big mistake. The Mens restroom was a disaster The urinal was bagged, but that did not stop it from being used. One Toilet was backed up and over flowing when using the the one next to it water of unknown source running on the floor soaking my pant leg, (couldn't wait to take a shower) It just makes me sick to think what may have

The hosts we're very kind and accommodating, but the condition of the camp was in serious need of maintenance. Bugs in the pool, grass needed mowing, garbage in the fire pits, bathrooms dirty and out of order, dead grass.

Road Trip 2018 - Day 3: Stayed just one night & I must say I was disappointed. Unlike the pictures listed for this KOA, a lot of work is required to regain it's past beauty. The owners are very nice, but can not maintain this KOA by themselves. Dead trees, weeds & overgrowth have taken over & grass is hard to find. The sites are unlevel & the hookups need repair. The bathrooms are adequate.

We were very satisfied. We are tenters and there were no other tenters there, so it was quiet and private. Bathrooms, pool, laundry area well maintained. Seems like a nice place for RVs as well. This property is off the beaten path, which is what it's value is. It's value is the fact that it is for those looking to get away from suburbia….But with all the amenities for “getting away” comfortably.

Pulled in late and slept in the car so it was short but they had a nice little store, wifi worked, and the bathrooms were clean. The service was great, the nice guy behind the desk walked us around and let us pick out our spot, he also gave information about the surrounding area.
