Nice cabins along the stream and the owners are great people. Also reasonably priced and clean, I would definitely visit this KOA again.

Owners were very welcoming. The only thing I would say is that the women’s restroom was a little stinky like urine. And showers could have been cleaner but really enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here for the past couple of years. This year was very disappointed how the campground has gone downhill. The weeds are ridicuous. When they even are growing past your ankles its time to do something. We stayed on our way up north and stopped again on our way home. Had hoped that on the return trip we would see a difference sadly there wasn't.

we used to love this koa but the new onwers do not take as good care of it like the others bathrooms we're very dirty and no toilet paper the grounds are full of weeds and grass is dead trails are overgrown can't even walk them not sure we will go back

Loved the staff and the nature trail. Good facilities but property needs a little update on the landscaping. We loved the place.

Lovely property. We had a cabin on the river. The pool is very nice. Clean & functioning washrooms. Immaculate & everything seems very new.

Very nice, particularly enjoyed the nature trail. Found the new dog park very skimpy in size (there was a ton of room!) but it was clean and mowed.

This KOA is over priced by at least $15 per night. The property needs to be weeded and mowed. It lacks the daily care of most KOA’S. It was very quiet which we like. Did not use any facilities.

We always enjoy our stay here. The RV sites are shaded and the grounds nicely maintained. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and they checked them often since the campground was full. The camp hosts are attentive and friendly. We highly recommend this campground and will be back.

The campground was great, Montpelier itself is a boring town with nothing worth visiting for.

Overbooked with 15-25 screaming children & teens in play area, unsupervised, for 7 hours. Most unpleasant KOA visit ever. Bathrooms not sufficient for # of people camping. Traffic in & out so noisy

Grounds have gone down hill since last year. Weeds growing in, no trimming or edging as 2 years ago when here last. Bath rooms not clean like before.

I am always happy with KOA parks but this one needs some help!!! Weeds everywhere, thorns and stickers are really bad. It's hard to tell the the roadway from the weeds. Picnic tables covered in bird poop. Laundry needs cleaning, almost didn't do any. We never saw anyone cleaning anything!!! We won't stay here again.

Since we have a small 5th wheel, the bathrooms are important. The showers were very nice. Everything was clean and neat

When we arrived at the campground it was not as well maintained or as appealing as it appeared on your site. The staff are friendly but we were disappointed in the campground. It's weed ridden, the tables are covered in bird mess and overall the campground appeared poorly maintained.

The campground needs a bit of attention there are way to many goat heads (prickely weeds) they need to be cleaned up the destroy bike tires, dogs feet when we where there some seem to be dying which is the worst some still green so they will be much worse. Picnic tables were really dirty with bird poop....I will say the bathrooms, shower areas looked very clean.

We stayed in cabin 5 right on the creek. Gorgeous! We also went to the Minnetonka cave, which was very nice as well. The camp host made sure that we were comfortable and treated us very well.

We could only stay one night. They were very helpful with things do while at the cabin, and also in town. The museum was very interesting and worth it. This was all told to us when we checked in, we didn't have to ask, and our questions were answered.

We only stayed the night as we passed through, but the owners were very helpful and very nice. The park was clean and my kids loved playing on the playground. I definitely would recommend this location and am considering staying there again in the future.

Ground maintenance is needed and kids were all over screaming. My husband had to ask nicely twice. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Under new ownership and not as nice. Wonderful location but the grounds aren’t kept as nice as they used to be. Seemed like the owners had friends and family staying there and they were more interested in giving them special treatment. The women’s restroom smelt like a septic tank all weekend. They used to have a TV playing with weather and news in the restrooms and those were never turned on.

We have been going to this campground for years, but this year things have changed. The new owners do not keep up the grounds like the previous owners did. The grass needs to be mowed the weeds need to be sprayed or pulled and the trash needs to be picked up. The owner looks like he is over burdened and really needs help. We like the area and the campground and truly hope things turnaround.

We were very satisfied. We are tenters and there were no other tenters there, so it was quiet and private. Bathrooms, pool, laundry area well maintained. Seems like a nice place for RVs as well. This property is off the beaten path, which is what it's value is. It's value is the fact that it is for those looking to get away from suburbia….But with all the amenities for “getting away” comfortably.

Pulled in late and slept in the car so it was short but they had a nice little store, wifi worked, and the bathrooms were clean. The service was great, the nice guy behind the desk walked us around and let us pick out our spot, he also gave information about the surrounding area.
