Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Gnds are pretty and spacious. I rated 4/5 stars because I experienced low voltage problems that caused our power mgt.sys. on our MH to turn off the AC to the MH and thus stop the A/C. The voltage looked okay to start but would then drop after the A/C got going to around 103-104 volts AC. Staff mv'd us to new site which helped. Next morning happened again.

This is a well kept and clean campground. Great facilities/amenities, convenient to shops, stores and downtown Montreal. Highly recommended to all.

To the management: there is a genuine issue with the power. We reported that our surge protector kept cutting out and were told to disconnect it. This we did. However, with our cats inside the RV and the air con on in temperatures of near 100 degrees the power tripped the fuse and our poor pets suffered almost intolerable heat for three hours while we were out. We left the next day.

Our children loved the park and the pool. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are the nicest I have ever seen at a campground. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Stayed 3 nights in a 38 ‘ motorhome.Everything was good,nice big site,good water pressure and no trouble with 50 amp plug in,ran both air cons and everything else that I used.Only issue was internet which was basically none existent.Staff were excellent and spoke good English,I am from BC and cannot speak French.Would recommend to stay at this resort.I would stay again.

Great stay tourers we’re great two days in a row very reasonable. We don’t have little ones at this time . It is great to get in and out of Montreal with no hassle.

Very impressed with the girl that helped us at check in with local shopping and getting to the downtown area. The bathrooms were nice and and sites were clean.

This KOA campground is well maintained and very clean. The staff are nice and friendly and can speak both english and french. The checkin and check out processes were very quick and efficient. Bathrooms are kept clean and the pool is nice and refreshing. Our Kabin was clean and ready for our stay. The fan within the room is useless, I would recommend you bring a fan. Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Montreal South KOA! We LOVE the improvements that have been made recently - play area for the kids upgraded, pot holes in driveways gone, new electrical panels are awesome, updated sewer, same friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for everything! We hope to be back sooner, rather than later!

7 days in a pull through. Nice location and clean. Only regrets was with my site, they were the narrow spaces between sites and the alignment towards the south thus the sun hitting until late on my right side. I Would recommend the kamp anyway. Not all sites had the same issue.

Stay was great. However I believe you should remove the charges per person. You should have one flat rate where it is a family campground. It is almost punishing you for having each additional child.

Nice and clean. Pleasant staff. We drive a motorhome without a tow. Picked this koa because it was close to town. Not so. We tried to get an Uber or taxi or private pickup but 45 min away so no service. One would take us to town for $60 one way. Too much. We left without seeing Montréal Next time we will ask about local transportation. We always use Uber. First time no service. Very disappoi

Bathrooms were amazing! The pool and play area was really great! The Cabin smelled like cigarette smoke and triggered my asthma. For the most expensive KOA on our 2 week trip, the cabin had piles of dead bugs in the corners and didn't feel like it had been cleaned. The mattresses were worn and old. Signage behind the desk about the pool table was misleading & the staff didn't take feedback well.

Spaces are too tight. Neighbor had a dining tent on their that was less than a foot from our RV. The park should be realigned for more room. I am writing this while camped at the Quebec KOA where the spaces are several feet wider.

We had booked a spot with a patio and it cost extra, it disappointed. There wasn’t anything deluxe about it just a slab of concrete. We were hoping it was a bit more, other KOA’s were much nicer for the same kind of spot. Consistent through out all KOA’ s would be great!

This is one of the nicest Koa's my family has ever been to. Extremely clean and well kept, friendly service and great amenities. My only complaint is that they charge $20.00 a night to leave your trailer there during the week when you book consecutive weekends. Another KOA nearby only charges $10.00. If they were the same price, we would have left our trailer there and returned next weekend.

This is a clean and well kept campground, close to the downtown core. The sites are a decent size (for a KOA - I've stayed at some with smaller sites). I've stayed here 4 times over the years, I recommend staying here.
