Very convenient location to see sights in Monterey and Carmel. Small KOA run by friendly people that keep it clean. It’s right near a marina and you can hear the seals and birds. There’s also a busy road not too far away. There’s really no where for kids to play, so I wouldn’t recommend this KOA if you’re looking for that.

Everything about it was good. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, provided me with bike locks for the two bikes we brought (because there isn't a problem, but we don't want one), and guided us into our spot. The location is great -- walk to beach, restaurant, kayaking, etc. The only thing one might not like is the loud sea gulls and sea lions waking them up in the morning.

A very sweet boutique sized park. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful coastal critters just around the bend and a quaint little town to wander about as well.

Very nice, no frills campground. Very clean, well maintained & LOVE that there is an employee to direct you into your site. I’m sure this feature not only saves drivers headaches but property as well! Great location too.

Very clean and very quiet during the night. Moss Landing is a very little town and has a great restaurant called. Phil's Fish Market.

You've got a great park here. Clean, orderly, pricey but worth it. You really ought to do something about the bathrooms. Having people waiting to take a shower or go to the bathroom for long periods of time is a downer. Besides, they're only being two bathrooms, they're getting pretty worn.

This is a very nicely kept KOA and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is the perfect location for exploring the Monterey area and is walking distance to the beach and harbor. It is quiet except for the occasional car leaving the harbor parking lot and a good home base for people working on the road. The sites are nicely spaced and the whole atmosphere is really pleasant.

Friendly and accommodating to my request. Always a wonderful place to stay. Concerned and care about our bikes and give us locks to secure them. Go over and beyond to their guests.

We come every year for the Moss landing antique faire and even tho it was cancelled this year we decided to come stay here and had a wonderful time - the office staff was friendly and efficient and we love coming every year and recommend it to everybody - Thank you!!

All 4 Camp Hosts are awesome, helpful, patient, friendly, and present! We have been coming here for six years and the park is always clean and well maintained! Location is perfect with multiple dining opportunities within walking distance. Thank you

We had perfect weather. Very nice facilities and environment. Staff was so nice and helpful. It was nice to just see people relaxing and enjoying the area. Take a short walk to the beach, it’s a must.

We loved the experience. Clean bathroom and park, nice cemented pads for parking. Excellent location for beach access and Phil's Fish Market. There is a fire pit for the campground but they will allow your own propane or wood firepit so long as it is off the ground.
