Clean, quiet, close to the beach. Went to Phil's and had some wonderful food, within walking distance. We heard that the Whole Enchilada is also a great place but they were closed. Will be coming back!

The campground is very well maintained. The staff is pleasant and courteous. The campground is centrally located to all the major attractions in Monterey/Santa Cruz County. We have stayed here in the past and intend to stay again in the near future

The 4 employees that take care of this campground are excellent!!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist with anything. They keep the grounds in immaculate condition. We love coming here!

This is a nice well kept park. While it does not have any type of views, (big power plant right next to it) it's location is very convenient to so many places to go. It is a great place to park your RV, not noisy at night. I wouldn't say its not the kind of place you want to go to spend time at the campground. We were in a 40 foot motor home towing and had sufficient space for the vehicles.

Absolutely loved it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The beach only a 5 min walk away. Had a great lunch at Phil’s Fish Market. It’s only a 15 -20 min drive from Monterey. If you take the Monterey Bike Trail-use an EBike!

This KOA is one of my favorites, the location is perfect with the short walk to the beach or Phil’s Fish Market or 2 other Mexican style restaurants. It’s a small park, but it’s clean and friendly.

Will never stay again. We even left early with two days paid, we didn’t care! Dumpy area, the smallest dog walking area we have ever seen and the owners were not very friendly. Due to Covid only one restaurant was open and none of the shops around were open not that this is the fault of the campground. Anyways we will not be returning to this KOA.

Second visit to this Campground. They need to hire more people! The gentleman in the office is not at all friendly and his attitude is very curt. He got upset with my husband when he came into the store to make a purchase. He indicated he was the only one working at the time. Park is clean but the sights are SUPER TIGHT! Great place to visit with east access to the beach and great restaurants.

Location is okay, but a very small park. Too many vehicles for us to back in our 35-foot 5th wheel without having vehicles moved from across the road. No overflow parking available. Manager was more concerned about your RV being over the grass than the vehicles parking into the street.

This KOA has more restrictions due to Covid, than any other Campground in the area. This KOA may be behind in their knowledge. They need to fight this with government "if" it is enforced. CA has less than 1% positivity rate and 65% of people in area vaccinated. Gate to watet & bathrooms closed.

From checking in to parking, to the length of our five-day stay, this park and its staff were exceptional. When our neighbors had a problem because a broken sprinkle sprayed their trailer, the maintenance man immediately fixed it as soon as we notified him. The park is clean and well-maintained. We like the the entire Moss Landing are around the park.

We loved the experience. Clean bathroom and park, nice cemented pads for parking. Excellent location for beach access and Phil's Fish Market. There is a fire pit for the campground but they will allow your own propane or wood firepit so long as it is off the ground.
