It was absolutely lovely. Two very minor things, the coax connection didn't screw on securely and the picture was fussy (#32). The bathroom/shower could have used a bit more heat in the room, the water was perfectly hot. I love the attention Alex gave to the one camper with the annoying carbon monoxide alarm, she was diligent and sincerely understood how bothersome it was for other campers.

Generally enjoy this spot, we've stayed multiple times before. The property is tight, entrance dip/rise is difficult. Issue we had this stay was there was a (known/posted) inoperative 30amp power receptical at our site. We were able to make do with 20amp service for our 1 night stay, longer stay wouldn't work. Clean, and manager ran our late arrival packet out to us in the rain. Nice!

Very nice, small park. Excellently maintained. The ladies that run the park are very attentive, polite and helpful. My wife and I will certainly be back.

We loved our time here and will be back in 2022! We love being able to walk every where and we’re able to explore all of the Moss Landing area on foot! Helen and Alex are awesome camp hosts and made sure our stay was great!

Alex & Martha are great! Alex came over to assist with the guiding our trailer and Martha suggested a different site for us as it had become available due to a cancelario. They keep the park clean, including the facilites, and made sure there were always plenty of doggie bags! But above all else, these two ladies were pleasant, courteous, and helpful! Great customer service! Thank you ladies!

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas! The team was wonderful. The property was so clean and quiet. The smell and sounds of the harbor filled the entire trip.a welcome relief for me the wife and our fur baby’s! Already booked two weekends in 2022.

Liz in the office is the BEST. She always saves the day for us when we are in need. The campground is a perfect spot for us to use as a base camp for visiting family, but the staff make it an extra special stop.

Small rv park. Very friendly and helpful staff! It would just be so much nicer to have a view of one of the waterways that surround the park instead of fencing. However, the fencing did make the park feel small, safe, and very private.

Moss Landing KOA is the best place to stay. Staff are very helpful and easy to talk to about answering RV park questions or questions about the area. The RV park is always clean and well maintained.

We love this place! It’s quiet, close to Monterey and Santa Cruz. It’s wonderful to go to sleep hearing the sea lions barking and having a good time!

This was our second time here this year. I love the location! I also love that it’s clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I can hear seals barking inside my camper! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Definitely will be back.

Campsite is very clean and well maintained. Very nice and knowledgeable office staff. There is always a maintenance nice guy to help if there is a problem, and to help you getting in to your site. We have stayed here many times and we will be back. Great quite location

We have stayed at three of your four parks, Watsonville, Moss Landing, and Avila. We enjoyed our three days with you a lot. As a couple of older RVers, we enjoyed the quiet park and this is our second stay with you. Keep up the good work. As a side comment, Moss Landing roads are in terrible repair. We ride our bikes from the park to various local places.

Excellent staff, with a warm welcome! The destination is perfect for a quiet clean get away! The park is smaller and quaint with many things to do and the calmness to do nothing!

Very friendly staff. Nicely maintained park. Convenient to the beach and Elkhorn Slough. They went as far as to provide everyone in the park on Thanksgiving with a turkey and ham dinner. The campers brought lots of side dishes to share. It couldn’t have been nicer.

We loved the experience. Clean bathroom and park, nice cemented pads for parking. Excellent location for beach access and Phil's Fish Market. There is a fire pit for the campground but they will allow your own propane or wood firepit so long as it is off the ground.
