Supposed to have electricity. They gave my spot away (Shaw on 6/29) It was 100 degrees and we had a plug in cooler for the tent. Never again and credit my account as we left right away Dave Shaw 360-426-0123

Great stay in a lovely grove of trees on a flat soft pad (tent camp). Quiet at night and no unnecessary lighting. The kids have lots to do and the general appreance of the campground is very nice. Couldn’t give it the fifth star as the bathroom (men’s) was not five star clean. Dirt on walls, ceiling, and floor. The vent was coated in dirt which was obviously not cleaned for a long time.

I had truck problems while I was there. Management was very helpful . They provided transportion to the service shop . Great camp hosts!

Only stayed one night. When I arrived there was no one in office and the site sheets didn't all have wifi codes on them. I was told they were having staffing issues? They didn't seem to care guests had their dogs running loose as workers didn't say anything to people. Can hear the highway. Bathrooms were very clean. Cute town, I would stay again to check area out.

Upon arrival the front office appeared to be closed and this was at 1:30 in the afternoon. I was able to check in however the staff member was very upset and unfriendly. She had mentioned that she was very stressed and ready to go home. This was due to the fact lots of staff calling in and not coming to work. I feel this type of behavior is totally unprofessional.

When I made the original reservation I chose an electric/water only site. Candice was able to help us move to a site that had water, electric and sewer even though the campground was fully booked. I appreciate the extra effort of this host.

Couldn't find a spot when I first tried, as my friends were staying there. They helped me get the same spot for the whole week. All the staff went out of their way to help - very personable & professional. Very efficient and on top of every detail. Clean, well organized, lots of shady spots. Only criticism is I wish the dog park had some grass or some ground cover - it was dusty. Loved it!

This KOA is very poorly tended to: dirty, dusty, old, not well maintained. The attendant (Candace) was inhospitable and admittedly overworked, saying all the other employees had quit. When asked to apply my points to the fee, she said why didn't I ask before she made up the receipt. Then she said 8290 points was not enough to apply, so none were applied. Won't be back!

I liked most things about our stay, however the dust was really bad. The pool although an added bonus for the kids, was fairly dirty (cloudy, dusty, etc) I wish the areas where the RV's park there was grassy areas or paved pad to park on.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Difficult to navigate to tent sites after dark. Railroad passes close to the park. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but may be for others.

I would give this KOA a "0" if that were a choice. The main reason is the awful person named Candace at the front desk. She is a nasty, mean, angry person who has no business being in customer service.

Pool water was murky and dirty looking yet since it was over 100° It was full of people trying to cool off. Staffing was only one girl in the office very friendly and helpful but overworked. She had to close the pool and lock everything up at 6 o’clock when her shift ended.. Not well-managed. The power poles did not have enough electricity for us to run our air conditioner. We will not return

People are friendly. Tent sites are a dirt sand so feet get very black and everything can get very dirty very quickly. Pool was very dirty and dingy with a brown yellow color. And the train comes by Saturday night just about each hour all night long tootin it’s horn before town and as it enters town every single time but the campground can’t do anything about that.

I felt that the spots were slightly narrow and unfortunately ours had little to no shade during the day which caused our RV to be quite warm inside. Having the ability for full hook up was great. I also like that the trash area had separate bins for recyclables. The proximity to town was great and having a swimming pool basketball courts etc. was a good feature although we did not utilize them.

The KOA is really nice and I loved everything. The cabins are cute. The bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. It was great. I just hated the trains in the middle of the night blowing their horns excessively. At one point one of the trains blew their horn 9 times in a row. It was just too hard to sleep.

We arrived about 30 min before the office closed. The girl that checked us in seemd off. Rushed? Annoyed? Somewhat unfriendly? Not sure. I bought some firewood from you, assuming there would be a firewood. There wasn't. We looked around the office area and found some out back. The grounds were very nice. The dog area was great! We would stay again

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights at the end of a 15 night trip. We very much enjoyed the cabin we rented, and the kids loved the pool. Cooling down in the pool during this heatwave was a blessing. The staff was professional and courteous, and the facilities were clean.

We had a really shady spot which was nice. its a walkable distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were all friendly. Patrick the maintenance guy gets 5 stars as he was extremely helpful with an electric issue. The website advertises gravel sites which are really just dirt, and pretty much the same for the roads. It would be great if some type road maintenance could be done to reduce dust!

Check in was great. Camp ground needs a lot of TLC. Bathrooms were dirty. We only spent one night. By contrast, we stayed at Klamath Falls KOA a couple days before, it was very clean, we'll kept and enjoyable.

My son-in-law reserved a site for a week with us. We have been coming to the KOA since 2005 and have noticed no changes to the sites or the facilities, if anything they have gotten worst. I could go on with the problems but I would soon run out space,,,the problem are the management doesn't care and rather then fix the problems they make excuses..they will lose business.

The campsites and the facilities were clean and organized, Our neighbors tent sites were very quiet and we had a good rest except the train noise overnight.

Very nice , except our sewer hook up was right next to neighbors table. Couldn’t dump my sewer there because it would be rude. Very poor planning on that point.

Small park but very friendly staff. Our 63 foot fifth wheel and truck had no problems. The ground was very wet from storms so we had to take care on corners. The view was unbelievable!! We will be back.

This was a great place to park our road home for three nights. Access to area sites and on the edge of town made it even better. Great staff.
