We arrived in late afternoon and everything was ready for us to set up and enjoy our stay. PJ was amazing. The site had a small problem with the electric hook-up. PJ came and helped us right out. All was up and running within minutes.

Staff was prepared for our arrival and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. The roads were very dusty as were many of the campsites. Thankfully we could run the air conditioning and keep the windows closed. Only there one night.

Please update your late arrival directions. I arrived at 5:45 and the closed sign was up over the sign that says open until 6. Late arrival info says look for the white envelope on the white table to my left. No white table and I finally found my information in a black wire rack no where near a table and not in any envelope. A bit frustrating.

Efficient, used web site to book. Quiet bathrooms reasonably clean given high volume, nice counter person at store.

I made a reservation earlier on the day, I show up and after hours and find that my reservation was never honored. I was forced to drive down the road and stay at a truck stop very unhappy with the service at this place and yet I was still charged for my stay. When I arrived I attempted to call the campground with no response I've emailed the campground with zero response.

Park was nice. Site very unlevel. Every other site in our row was backward for the power box. Had an issue the first night with our entire row being without power. The next night a cabin had a very loud party. No after hours # to call. No one on site.

Our site, believe it was #37,was DIRT. Seemed to have a stable base but there was at least 1/2" of fine powdered dirt over the entire pad. There was no way to keep the RV clean as we drug dirt in every time. I can't imagine what the mess would have been if it had rained. Nice campground otherwise, but unless they put rock on the pads we won't be back.

The stay was fine once we were able to move to a nicer spot. The original spot was small and the pop out from the next RV cam right up to our camp table. Once we moved, life was good.

The tent site we stayed at was positioned in between some beautiful big red oaks. I was surprised how picturesque the campground is. The bathrooms and showers were nice and convenient but a little dirty. Not enough to warrant a complaint about though. The only real complaint was the train a few times a night but that’s not the parks fault. Overall a good first KOA experience. 4/5.

We were in site #25 which has no shade and the services are in the rear of the site, not convenient for hook-up to our trailer. I wouldn't choose that site again, We were given the wrong code for the restroom at check-in. The location is great and the staff very friendly and helpful but we're noticing that the park doesn't seem as well maintained as in the past.

We had a great spot! We really enjoyed the lot we got. The showers in the bathrooms are incredibly tiny and the shower head shoots straight at your face.

This is the dirtiest campground ever. You roll up into a soft fine dirt and that's where you get to camp. You would think they'd put some gravel down to get rid of that problem, especially when the wind picks up you can't even sit outside because the dirt is blowing everywhere. This place doesn't qualify to be a KOA. Per the woman in the office, the wifi doesn't reach the campsites. So not true.

Very nice tree shaded campsites, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great camp site, walking distance to town with some great shops, food, market.... 15 minutes to the lake and any hiking and just an incredible experience to escape

Pool closed early and only one set of bathrooms for the whole campground. May want to look into building another set of bathrooms on the other end of the campground

My brother and I booked 2 sites for one night online. When we booked the campsites we did not get to choose where we stayed. Once on site we tried to get his switched to the empty site next to me but the lady at the office said she couldn't. I'm not sure why when no one knows where their site is before they get there. That site was still empty the next morning.

Happened to pick some hot days to stay, but there was nice shade. Bathrooms were clean. They had a problem with the WiFi, but fixed it after two days.

Experienced racism and "Karen" behavior by the staff. My girlfriend was asked if she was homeless and followed in the camp by 2 staff members. Very upsetting experience. You really need to train your staff on unconscious bias.

It was very disappointing that we were not able to use the pool when we got there at 6:00 P.M. The temperature out was in the 80s. We were told it was because no one was working after 6:00. In the summer? The place was full, and we were not the only ones frustrated.

We rented two sites 19 & 36. 19 was nice, but 36 was pretty nasty and had apparently been without power for some time.

Great shaded tent area in the midst of heat wave -greatly appreciated. Not overly crowded although “full”. Camp manager friendly capable competent.

It was a great location, close to My Shasta for biking or hiking. The frustration was all the dust that was constantly kicked up by staff as they rode around on their 4-wheelers. It was a nice stay and we will be back.

We have stayed here several times, and there is nearly always something that doesn’t work. Once the pool was closed. Another time the WiFi was out, and they were waiting for a tech (actually, that’s happened more than once), another time the cable had been removed from our site. It’s a lovely area and we like it a lot, but there’s not a lot of attention paid to the details.

Staff was a little rude. Cabin wasn’t cleaned very well, grill had no propane, and couldn’t get more towels when we asked at the front. Stayed 5 days in deluxe cabin with family. Been coming here since I was a kid, but I think I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Small park but very friendly staff. Our 63 foot fifth wheel and truck had no problems. The ground was very wet from storms so we had to take care on corners. The view was unbelievable!! We will be back.

This was a great place to park our road home for three nights. Access to area sites and on the edge of town made it even better. Great staff.
