Generally, a nice place to stay. The pool needs maintenance and the sole bathroom/showers need updating. The pull-through sites are extremely convenient. Just loved the over-abundant plum tree.

This KOA has almost everything. Spots for tents, RVs, cabins etc. Showers clean. Coffee in the morning. Owners bottles his own wine and it was very good. We bought a Char and a Pinot.

People great, but park needs major clean up of vegetation, lots of low hanging trees, narrow lanes, dirt sites ok but not really level, Hit many branches wth my Class A, tight maneuvering, nice pool. ok for 1 night if you have to stop in this area.

I was only in the park for 16 hours. I arrived at 7 pm to an envelope telling me where to park. The garbage bins were overflowing. There was no hot water, no showers, and no laundry. The neighbors sewage dump was less than 10 feet from my picnic table making it unusable. I needed bread and the store didn’t have any. I’m very glad this wasn’t a long stay.

Flat site. Didn't have to level. Cable TV was out, hopefully will be fixed soon. Nice pool

Came in there after a long drive. My granddaughter threw up all over the back of my camper. I was relieved Two see a laundry facility. To my surprise and disappointment the change machine Was out of order. When I went into the desk two ask for change to run My bedding through the machines The girl behind the desk is very rude no help 2 me.I had to go into town find another laundromat. will yelp u

The staff are friendly, the campground is pleasant and well maintained. The cabin we rented was aesthetically appealing, comfortable, clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced. Mt Shasta City and area has a ton to do and is a great vacation spot.

Great stay! Nice sites and really appreciate that the staff found a site for us after we had to evacuate another campground and return because of an aggressive bear. Thank you KOA!!

We didn’t know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! The staff were extremely friendly, they had a pizza shack, pool, horseshoe pits, playground, basketball court and grass volleyball. They had an ice cream social ($3 for a giant “single” scoop) of locally made ice cream with unlimited toppings. The only issue was that the hookups for our site were on the wrong side.

We enjoyed amour stay. Convenient, clean, great friendly folks who manage the campground. We’ll definitely plan to stay with them again in future travels!

Everyone that works here is very friendly! It’s a nice area. Our complaint is that this park is very run down. The sites are dirt not even gravel. The dog park is also all dirt. We wouldn’t stay here again.

We were leaving early the next morning and would have loved to stay hitched. The site assigned was a pull through but to short, 2:30 pm. The two sites next to us were empty and long enough, but the lady wouldn’t allow us to relocate. Both rigs that came in were much shorter than us and would have fit find in our site. Not accommodating at all, our welcome back to Ca.

We had a birthday celebration for a 13 yr old. Ages present was a 2 yr old to 70 year olds. We loved all the activities and games available for all ages.

Space was level paved, but no tree for shade. Dog area was full of poop, no water hook up though there was a hose. Personnel friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I found out that the KOA's that I been to are a lot cleaner and nicer then the Thousands Trails I been too. KOA Shasta is one of my favorite places now to stay.

Wouldn't stay there ever again. When I did go there they messed up my reservation. I didn't even go there July 28th but did reserve a spot July 10th through 12th which should have been a full hookup and they tried putting me in a dry location. Then threatened me when I asked for a spot with hook-ups. Never go there.

Mostly quiet thruout the afternoon and evening. Easy reservation and check-in. Receptionist helpful and nice.

As soon as we arrived to the office/store we were greeted. We arrived with no reservation and were able to stay at a cabin. The whole place was clean, from the parking lot to the bathrooms. KOA never disappoints.

Our stay was for the most part great. The showers could use a little more attention as there was a lot of hair in the drains. There seemed to be lots of tension between staff. We were also told we could use a propane fire pit, used it one night and were told to turn it down because it was making a camp host “nervous” she was afraid the flames could jump out……of a propane fire pit.

Friendly staff but we were put in a site that was too short for our RV. Ended up having to unhook in order to get out of it and avoid hitting the motorhome across from us and a huge bush on the right side of our space. Also it’s very dusty. But it sure is pretty up there!!

The lady that hosted the kampground was way to rough around the edges for our taste….from vaping marijuana while sitting in front of office..to personal calls that were more important than us,..to the filthy cabin …spider webs everywhere…dirty toilet…just an awful place with a lot of deferred maintenance

We stayed in a tent site with w/e. It was beautiful to begin with - then the people in the next site arrived with their pot and cigarettes. I am allergic to both and 24 hours later, I am still struggling to take a full, clear breath. The showers were the dirtiest we have seen in 5 KOAs this trip (20 days). The man at the counter was rude and pompous. Loved the town, but not the camp.

My reservation was for no hookups due to my late effort to obtain a reservation. However, when we arrived the temperature was elevated and the smoke was visible so we asked for a full hookup. Unfortunately when we initially asked for the upgrade they were fully booked. But the alert office staff had a late cancellation and called my cell. I thanked them profusely and moved.

Would never stay here again! Bathrooms were beyond filthy, it was absolutely disgusting. I have absolutely no idea how this got any 5 star ratings. The young girl at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly. The only positive about this KOA is that the Kamping Kabins included linens which most KOA's do not. I'd rather have clean bathrooms, though.

Better than I expected. Small cabin has everything that we needed. Only thing is coffee maker didn’t work or I couldn’t make it work. Will definitely stay again.

Your campground is very nice,however the people that work there are in a real need of customer service service training.Employees should not be heard swearing and complaining about their job in hear shot of customers. Also when the campground is dusty your employees should be considerate of the guest and drive the service vehicles slow and not dust people out when they are trying to cook !

lack of cleanliness . I took one shower and the shower was not that clean and the water pooled at the bottom , was gross ,not clean. Also my campsite the table was really dirty, I couldn’t use it , it would be nice to clean it with some water once in a while. And the last thing I didn’t like , my campsite was full of dog poop, it smelled and it was everywhere . Not KOAs fault, but keep it cle

The campground is not easy to get to. Also the dump port was on the high side of our site which made it difficult to dump the black/gray tank. There is plenty of shade but the dry summer made for a dusty environment.

Small park but very friendly staff. Our 63 foot fifth wheel and truck had no problems. The ground was very wet from storms so we had to take care on corners. The view was unbelievable!! We will be back.

This was a great place to park our road home for three nights. Access to area sites and on the edge of town made it even better. Great staff.
