Very pleasant place and food location. We had trouble with electricity when we first arrived. It was after hours and no maintenance number to call. Never got the cable TV working. Overall, a nice place for a stopover when traveling. We’ll be back.

Pretty primitive. Lots of cedar trees around. Camp site was dirt and gravel. Lots of dirt areas. Dog area was pretty small and dirt all around it on the outside. Was ok just for a night. Went to town, lots of nice restaurants, pretty yuppy though but a nice town and very close.

Park was clean and well-maintained. Sites could use more grass and shade. Office hours could be extended. Overall staff was helpful and nice. Beautiful location

We overnighted on our way from Phoenix to Cougar WA. Even with lots of trees, this park was easy for a big rig to navigate. We just took it slow! The premium sites are wide and long. We have. 41’ fifth wheel towed by a dually log bed truck and we’re able to stay connected overnight for a faster departure the next morning. The site was. Or level front to back. We made it work.

Loved the park and our site. Only complaint is the train sounding like is was right next to our campsite and blowing its horn during the middle of the night. This happed 3 times! I know you can’t do anything about that.

If the grounds were graveled it would have been much nicer. As it is, it is only dirt.

Was amazed the office/store closed at 4 pm on a Friday night.

Beautiful park, friendly people, well-maintained, sites nicely equipped.. The trees at the entrance need to be trimmed because the pverhead branches hit the top of our rig,

We love staying at this KOA, however this time we requested that we have 2 sites next to each other and when we got there we were at opposite ends of the camp grounds.

We were there for a 1 night stop but would definitely come back for a stay- the campground is surrounded with trees & has some great amenities- pool, playground, store & game room. Close to activities in Mt Shasta city.

This is NOT a big rig friendly campground. Many, many low hanging branches, close set trees at the entrance leave just inches of clearance on either side as you drive in. The sights just barely long enough to hold a 37 foot motorhome.The campground is fine for small campers, but that's it.

This was a nice convenient place for one night on our way home from a trip. Check in was easy and we appreciated the pull through site. Nice and quiet except for the trains.

Gorgeous camp ground! I would totally stay here again- loved it. Lots of trees and nice pull thru spots. The pool and store are nice. I was surprised to see they sold alcohol in store- convenience and close to everything.

Nice hot showers, although they were small and I couldn't move the showerhead, so I had to stand on my tiptoes and move around awkwardly to get all rinsed off. The grounds are lovely and shady. It was nice to have the dog area fenced in so I could let my dog off her leash for a bit. The woman who checked us in was very nice. I would come back if I was in the area.

The woman at the front desk was rude and the campsites were so basic. No fire pit and we were directly in the sun.

Only one night, easy access from freeway, clean but rustic campground. Nothing spectacular except the great outdoors at this KOA. Besides RV sites there are cabins and tents. Very poor internet service. Staff less than friendly.

Our request for 2 campsites next to each other was not picked up thru online reservation. Had 1 & 4. 2&3 not able to trade. Manager Mike was able to get us 2 together w/o sewer or patio and we did receive credit for downgrade. He was very helpful as this was our maiden experience with new TT. Clean, a little dusty, playground, friendly crew. Would go again. Freeway and train nearby.

One of the managers cancelled our booking and charged our card for the full reservation. The very nice female staff member sorted out the reservation and took good care of us when we checked in. The pull through sites are very uneven and the sites are small compared to other KOA’s and RV parks. We are not likely to stay here again.

On the plus side the staff was incredibly helpful when I locked myself out of my RV. On the downside none of them wore masks inside or outside. They say they “ don’t believe in them.” Although I have stayed here many times in the past I probably will not stay there again. I certainly won’t as long as Covid is a problem because I don’t want to get infected. I don’t feel safe.

No water PSI only 20 psi. Had to use my water and water pump to get water pressure. RV sites were not cleaned when an RV left and before the sites was used again.

Great campsite in the redwoods. Quiet. Showers had hot water and heaters but bathrooms not very clean.

The only good thing about Mount Shasta campground is the location and pine tree area to take our dogs. Not impressed with the campground. The pool was a third full of water with a goose to nesting in it therefore it was a mess. Our site was just dirt with no grass at all. Other sites had grass, but not ours. The dog run was just dirt. Little up keep and some sites had loose wires on ground

This is the first KOA we have stayed at where the office was closed all day. We have full timed for 2 years. We arrived at 12:30 PM and no one answered the phone and the door was locked. We finally found our site assignment in the late arrival area! The site was fine, very unlevel, our nose was almost touching the ground. It’s a good location for Lava Beds & Lake Siskiyou.

Small park but very friendly staff. Our 63 foot fifth wheel and truck had no problems. The ground was very wet from storms so we had to take care on corners. The view was unbelievable!! We will be back.

This was a great place to park our road home for three nights. Access to area sites and on the edge of town made it even better. Great staff.
