Lots of driving that day and we weren’t sure what to expect having never stayed in the area before., but figured it was only one night we could handle it. The woman that checked us in was very nice and the park was well kept, quiet and wooded. Would stay there again!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. We arrived too early and our campsite was still occupied. We were directed to a shady location called the Boondocks and within 45 minutes We received a call to let us know our site was ready. The camp store is full of snacks and fun items.

Very dirty lots of dirt, pool was filthy and very cold, the camp site was very difficult to get in, lots of tree stumps and water cords sticking up out of the grounds.

These people are sitting on a gold mine but are to lazy to work it. they are letting the camp run down> I was there 4 days and never saw them clean or add chemicals to the pool

I booked arrive July 12 depart July 13. The morning of July 12th I was charged the fee and I also got a “check in” email. When we got there we were told our reservation was for July 11. The woman just kept saying you booked July 11. End of story. I showed a different guy the confirmation email. Finally he found us a spot but it was a bit of a struggle. Reservation #8561213.

The space heater was replaced in the men's restroom, and the basketball court net was no longer dangling. Urinal deodorizers weren't propped in the windows for the men's bathroom. There was still a light fixture over a shower stall that was empty with dangling wires. The campsites were dry and dusty with sparse grass, and in need of regravelling. Cigarette butts and bits of trash on the ground.

Camp ground needs an upgrade. Could not keep up with the electrical needs of motor homes. Had to run my generator in order to run AC. Left 2 days early for next camp ground. They did refund me for the 2 days

The bathrooms were disgusting! The toilette in the men’s room backed up. There was literally sh.. all over the floor, that hadn’t even been cleaned up by the next morning. Very poor management.

We booked at this KOA for week.This was the worst KOA. We were at a 30 amp site but could not have two electrical items running at the same time. So we couldn't have AC and the fridge or the fridge and a coffee maker. We were told that is all the power we get. Most of our food was spoiled. The office staff was very rude and the facilities were not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. Seemed as though it was more of a quick stop for most campers. We had a different person next to us each day.

Campground was ok. Location was great to town but the campground itself was just ok. Bathrooms were rough with grime on the floor, soap dispensers out. Dog park was sad looking. The site we were in had a wooden picnic table that was splintering a lot. We might stay here again if passing through but not for a length of time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms clean. Office/store well stocked. Shady. A bit overpriced. No TV hookups or off the air possible. Internet was weak and had to use personal phone network.

Campground was fair, would have rated a 3 except that our spot (and probably everyone elses) had poor power. I monitored the voltage, it ranged from a hi of 125 at dawn to 89V at 5PM on the last evening. Never was the power stable and sufficient for us to run one A/C on our 30A hookup, even with everything else shut off. Unacceptable.

The site assigned to me was way too small. 10 ft between two trees when our rig is 8ft wide with slides retracted. It was supposed to be a pull through but there was a tree at the top of the site forcing us to angle our tow vehicle. The site next us was huge and was assigned to a camper with 21 foot rig with no slides. Staff refused to help. This was not a last minute reservation.

Reserved/paid for pull through. Told on arrival due to power issues camp had prior needed to be moved. DIFFICULT back in between trees, avoiding LARGE pothole. Gravel pad needed to be replaced a long time ago, left place extremely dusty. Concrete table was splintered wooden table. Otherwise Man at counter was very nice, pretty quiet place. Site 42

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice selection of groceries and other goods at store on site. Shady campsite among cedar and pine trees. Pool looked inviting though we didn't swim.

We were told to turn our generator off on our second day there. When I made res. I was told that we could use it since we had a no hookup site and the rules about its use were in the packet given to us. Because of the extreme heat, we were forced to leave. According to the rules the gen. would have been turned off in 3 hrs. anyway. This was contrary to the literaturepbwe were given.988@! I ewe PO

Possible the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Restrooms were gross, mold in the showers, floors were filthy, and it stunk. Swimming pool water was hazy. Office staff was rude and not helpful. Once I walked in and was told if I was there to complain, she wasn't listening. Very little gravel left on roads and sites and they are very dusty. The place is run down. We will not return.

Older park, clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Power at park went out and we were without power for 12 plus hours. Happened during high temps, no AC because of no power. Had to cut stay short.

Friendly staff. It was a little strange for me to share the electrical and water it’s our neighbors. Had to run my cord and hose under my RV. Something I have never had to do at a koa. Luckily I had enough cord and hose to hook up. But overall experience was great.

Overnighter 30 amp plug had an open neutral. NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Attendant said he had no one to fix it. Told me if I wanted to I should feel free to. NOT

We had a quick one night stay, so we can’t attest to staying for a long time. It’s a quiet and very clean and nice campground. We will be going back on our way back through Mt Shasta. Our only gripe was our site was extremely dusty and the dog park was very dusty as well. Many of the other sites had gravel and grass, but we didn’t get so lucky.

Some TLC is needed at this location. The pool was very worn and really cloudy and most of the arcade games were broken. After $2.50 worth of drying time my clothes were still not dry (medium load, but not a packed load). Thus, are they really a holiday level KOA if the services are broken.

We had no electric told front office the 30 amp socket was bad they didn’t come look at our problem.no air conditioning in 100 plus weather it was kinda miserable. Also no WiFi you only get it around the office they told us. Real dirty bathrooms looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. On the plus side very nice office lady she was very sympathetic and so nice.

The power kept going out in our row. I suspect the owners knew of the issue as they reset the circuit breaker several times. The site we were in also had a broken power station. There is not much they can do about the dust due to the dryness, but it was really dusty. I will not stay at this KOA again...question the standards.

There was a large motor home next to our small trailer with a very loud generator on. We travel to be in nature & to have peace & quiet. I called the office to ask about their policy. The manager said generators weren’t allowed due to noise & fire danger, a fire was currently 30 miles away. The manager spoke to the owner who was very nasty. The manager asked him to leave. I was grateful.

The site was fair. Dusty, dry, and partly shaded. The staff lady I dealt with should work in prison staff- blunt, cold, and care less. Can not understand why people with this personality type want to work in a position with public service.

Pros: Easy Check-in, Friendly on-line staff, bathroom and laundry areas clean. Needing Improvement: Full Hook ups other than sites 1,2,3,4 seem outdated (power poles, RV dump connection are not gravity friendly, many sites in need of being re-leveled. Granted they all seem to work and the improvement items I've listed are expensive and this is our opinion.

Small park but very friendly staff. Our 63 foot fifth wheel and truck had no problems. The ground was very wet from storms so we had to take care on corners. The view was unbelievable!! We will be back.

This was a great place to park our road home for three nights. Access to area sites and on the edge of town made it even better. Great staff.
