Super place to camp. Clean, professionally ran, friendly, courteous staff, great facilities. Off the road far enough to be quiet but close enough to not have to search for. Beautiful river running right behind the camp and a peaceful “Woodsy” area to stroll in. One of the nicest KOA’s we have stayed at.

This was a beautiful campground with a gorgeous river running right beside it. Located next to all the wilderness that a person could possible want while at the same time have good dining and shopping 5 minutes away in Murphy. The casino is literally right around the corner if that’s your thing. The people are super nice. Campground is clean and very pet friendly.

We brought our two dogs with us. The cabin was clean and well stocked and the safe was wonderful. We were only planning on staying the weekend. But ended up staying one more night because we loved it so much the kids where begging to stay again!

We had a great time at Peace Valley KOA. I reserved 4 nights but we added 2 additional nights because we didn't want to leave. The campground is beautiful, tall trees with manicured sites surrounded by the Valley River. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The playground and dog park make it a family fun place to stay. We can't wait to return!

As we drove in we could see the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were met at the entrance, escorted to our campsite, and assisted in backing the camper onto the level area. Since everything had been handled online before our arrival, there was no close contact with the staff. We had a quiet spot on the river and loved it. All amenities worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay, we rented one of the cabins and it was very cleaned and had everywe needed also the staff is very friendly

The owner was so very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was constantly cleaning and raking the sites to make a spotless campground. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Greeted nicely, friendly and helpful staff. Add more washers and dryers, especially for staff and cabin linen use. Have dry fire wood available.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and apologize for the inconvenience. We have tried for months to purchase additional coin operated washers and dryers, but they are not available. They are not being manufactured because Covid caused an increased demand for residential machines.

This was our 5th or 6th stay here, we’ve lost count. We always reserve a beautiful back in site right on the river. Originally it was for a three night stay but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended it to nine nights. Matt, Jenni and Kat are super gracious and welcoming. The park is clean, extremely well maintained and the sites are generous in size. Nice super large dog runs as well.

The cabin overlooking the river was nice. The pillows in the cabin were covered in black hairs, like a dog had laid on them. We had to purchase pillows since we could not use the ones in the cabin. The coffee pot basket was still dirty. We could not use the grill, it did not look like it had been cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Road is flat and gravel. No central heat or air.

Easy to check in, immaculate grounds, huge area for dogs to run and a beautiful river to enjoy the sound of rushing water. RV sites well spaced and gravel parking area.

Matt (owner) is one the best in the industry. He should be proud of his hard work because it shows. His campground was clean and peaceful to enjoy and his crew was very helpful when needed. 2 thumbs up and a definite recommendation for anyone wanting to check out the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This was our very first camping trip in our new travel trailer. Jenni greeted us with a big smile and offered help if we needed anything. Matt showed us to our camp site and offered help too. Everyone was friendly and we met some new friends. The site was clean and we booked right on the River which was beautiful.

Staff amazingly friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms spic and span and good shower pressure! Love the dog park here, it's enormous. I stay here often and will continue to do so.

We have been coming here for a few years. Matt the owner truly cares about his campground and it's evident in the amenities and the changes he makes from one visit to the next. Well the setting and ambiance are breathtaking and I can truly come here to relax and decompress.

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. We had a spot right on the river which was absolutely gorgeous. Matt & Jenni were wonderful hosts and super friendly. Matt was constantly working picking up garbage, delivering propane tanks and firewood and taking care of the grounds. Campground is well taken care of; clean and beautiful. One of the best things about this campground to us was that their doggie area was over an acre of land. Most campgrounds either have a tiny little run or nothing at all. This was a huge fenced in piece of land where our dogs could run off leash and play. We stayed there during Thanksgiving. Matt & Jenni hosted Thanksgiving dinner for all the campers staying there during the holiday. They provided the turkeys, stuffing, gravy, sweet tea and paper products. Everyone who attended brought a dish to share. I made sweet potato casserole. It was such a wonderful time and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Great folks running the place. Patience, seemed to be their awesomeness! Pretty nice to great campsites. Nice set ups for power, water and cable. Looking forward to a trip back there.
