Very unhappy. I sched my site a year in adv for a pull thru prem deluxe. This was to celebrate husb’s completion on radiation. On arrival, was informed our trlr wouldn’t fit and put into lesser site. We were chgd addl instead of less. Mgr not accommodating and refunded the addl amt but still chgd for prem site. We were tired not willing to move. Site was dirty w/cig butts. Still feel cheated

Pros - Nice people, shade. Cons - A week later, we are still trying to get rid of ants - thousands. KOA sprayed when we asked, said they’d come back but did not. People on both sides had them. BAD part of town. A man at a gas station came toward us; backed away due to our dog. Prostitute nearby. Security guards at grocery store. Will not be back.

My stay was great. My cabin was very clean and on the water made it great. The workers very nice and helpful. It was our second time there,the kids had a great time. Close to beach and everything.

We had an amazing time! The staff was great and we enjoyed painting pumpkins, haunted hayride and the worm train! One of our favorite places to visit any time of year!

This is by far the cleanest and friendliest campground we’ve visited in Myrtle Beach. It was so peaceful. I can’t wait to visit again!

IT WAS SUPER EASY TO BOOK AND OUR SITE WAS GREAT,VERY EASY TO GET IN WITH THE CAMPER AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HAD THINGS TO DO FOR THE KIDS AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STAY.

Our cabin had several issues such as roaches and the fridge didn’t work. Gina immediately switched us to a different cabin. It was an Inconvenience to have to move everything but once we got it all moved and resettled into this cabin we could start enjoying our stay.

Campground was clean,sites were short &roads narrow.Fred(security) was very nice other staff not friendly.Teenagers from the resident section were always crowding the jumping pillow & game room.For the hay ride & barrel train the teenagers jumped in line right in front of my little girl. The ladies working the lines at train rides were always smoking & talking with teenagers.Felt campers came 2nd.

Why would you start bathroom renovations during bike week? Only one bathroom - shower on the far side of the campground.

The staff has always been very pleasant and reply to any problems or concerns. Had a great time during my stay. Cabin was clean upon arrival. Will definitely return to this location.

I stayed 5 days to be told after I made the third reservation why I'm on vacation that my type is not welcome there whatever that means I have no idea then because I made a reservation it messed up my card which means I'll probably be on the street in a storm tonight when I called to ask why my money was not back in my car I was cursed out and told I told you that it would take 48 not true

Everything was good. Only thing that could be improved on is the condition of the cabin. The floorboard heater was missing part of the cover. Someone could scrape themselves pretty bad if they weren't careful. This is on the side of the bed farthest from the door. Room with a queen bed.

This was my first stay at Myrtle Beach KOA & my first stay in my new RV trailer. It was a great experience all around. It seems that KOA continues making improvements at this location with many new concrete patios with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables with an umbrella & 4 chairs as well as a gas grill. Everything was clean & relaxing & quiet. I look forward to visiting again.

beautiful campground. Not too far from the beach. The setting is nice. We came in October but the weather was great and the pool was still open. 24 hour laundry was nice. The grounds had a large shower bath house and some private shower bathrooms also. The grounds were kept super clean. It had a cute dog run area for our dogs. The folks working were all super nice.

I would never stay again during bike week, unless some rules in place about noise from bikes, time frame no late night and no early morning.

It was great. The best camp site my wife and I have stayed at so far. Surprisingly close to the beach area within walking distance. The staff were amazing can't say enough about them. Made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The camp site is very clean and well maintained. Can't wait to visit again.

We really liked our site. It was very near a shower house. However, it was closed and we were unable to use it. Since I have serious back issues I could not walk to the next closest. That is the only part of our stay that we didn’t like.

We are noobs, having only stayed at nine destinations total. That said, this was best of all of them hands down. The first day we had a noisy neighbor but their music was our kind of music so we didn’t complain. On the second day it was quiet so I am guessing someone did. We didn’t try the cable tv as our coax was too short and I didn’t want to move the rig after it was set up. WiFi worked

nearest bathhouse was out of order. And the other one I could only get a cold shower. Store hours were not accurately posted.

Security into park was poor, wi-fi was slow and dropped often, sites close and overpriced! Moved to another campground that was quieter, on a concrete pad (gravel at KOA) with same amenities and super fast wi-fi only 5 miles away for $30 less a night.

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
