Our experience was exceptional! All of the staff (office, grounds keepers, etc) were extremely friendly and very helpful and accomodating. They all went out of their way to provide us info and recommendations about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

As always we had a great trip ... myrtle beach koa employees are friendly and helpful! They are close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. They have entertainment by the pool in the evenings, and they have a bucket train that's fun for kids and adults!

The customer service I received from the security guards during my late night check in was wonderful. Everything about my cabin was ruined by it being filthy and not cleaned upon my check in. The cabin had clearly not been checked after the person who stayed prior to me left. There was sand and sea shells all over the floor and shelves. Sand in the beds. Trash under the beds. Leaking trash bag....

The grounds were well maintained, the staff was very friendly, this koa was clean throughout the entire campground. I would definitely recommend this campground to another camper. We actually changed our reservation from another campground near by and I'm so glad we did. Thanks for a great vacation!!

It was fantastic!!!! Melanie, Patty an Sarah are all awesome an made our stay great!!!! We can’t say enough good things about this KOA! From the maintenance area Fred, Burt an Josh who are good guys an great worker bees! Love this KOA

Nice quiet little spot staff was awesome everyone was nice campground wasn't so great far from a resort but great location pool was dirty needed some work as side cement was falling off yellow slimy and very hot I definitely wasn't impressed it was just a regular campground rustic but close to everything downtown and staff was awesome just not worth what I paid

WE loved our stay! Clean and beautiful campground. Loved that we were able to bring our dog. Check in was easy. The staff was great helping us find places to visit. So helpful! We will be back!

The people where friendly but that’s about all. The bathrooms where nasty and the camp site was covered with 2 inch thick coating of pine needles like you think that would have been cleaned before hand. Got woken up in the middle of the night with security guy being loud and there where creepy guys hanging out by the girls room in the middle of the night

We love the Myrtle Beach KOA. This was our 3rd stay in the deluxe cabins. Our only dislike was the mattress in the 08 and 11 cabins. They are horrible!! Please replace them. Other than that we loved our stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

Ants and palmetto bugs in cabin. Let the office know about , they said another cabin wasn’t an option and someone came and sprayed which took care of about half the problem

We had a great time even though it rained on us. Beautiful location, nicely placed in the city. Only issue we had (and preventing a 10 rating) is the fact that the showers were dirty. Hair was everywhere and the showers themselves didn't look like they have been wiped down in a while.

All was great other than the website said that the cabin would have a refrigerator and I think a microwave, this caused me to have to buy ice I wasn't planning on for the weekend.

Very nice campground. Site was neat,clean and easy in and out. (SUPER SITE pull thru). Table with umbrella and Adirondack chairs. Fire pit and gas grill provided.

The campground itself and the staff were truly fantastic. It was quiet and had lots to offer. The cabin it's self left little to desire. Dead bugs under the beds , floors disgusting. Wall in cabin rotting away. Black mold on air conditioner. We were not looking for anything fancy we knew when we booked but definitely would not have choose here had we know the mood and shape of the wall.

My two toddlers were attacked by fire ants and have dozens of bites each. I was calling the front desk and gate numerous times to get first aid but no one answered. Eventually, someone answered but they didn’t have anything that would have helped them. My older kids ran to the store down the street. Employee ended up getting us some benedryl from the residence.

The ants are terrible have never had a problem with ants before and when we told the office they acted like they could care less and just said it was because it was a campground.

Nice site except the restrooms to far away and not very nice. Camp site was very expensive for not have updated restrooms.

We have always camped at KOAs, and we have camped here years ago numerous times and have always enjoyed it. This stay was ok for the most part. A little disappointing. My husband went to shower at the bathrooms and he said they were a disgusting mess, and were that way all week. Things seemed a little run down. I think they were understaffed, just like everywhere else.

Staff was super friendly. Park was nice the roads a little narrow, but what ya going a do??? Sites were fairly nice size, could always use more room. The pool was nice and they did have a golf cart shuttle to the beach, although you could walk it is only about 5 blocks away. If we are ever in Myrtle Beach again we would stay again.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful!! We had a wonderful site on concrete complete with gas grill, fire pit and furniture!! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping!! Highly recommend this campground!!

Lovely KOA would have been perfect if I didn’t have to tell them about standing water on site 86. Considering I had to Move my truck as it was sticking out and recommended parking it in the grass on other side as puddles around back of site. Paying for a deluxe site was Only site that had standing water on site. Next time I reserve I will put in request not to have site 86 or will not stay at KO

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the 3rd year in a row with our children. I went on a midnight walk around the campground and the security guard checked on me a few times. Made me feel super safe. Also had to call an ambulance early in the morning for my husband who was sick and they helped them find our campground. Will definitely return year after year!

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
