Reservations for our hotel was messed up.We stayed at KOA before so we went back. Melanie had just closed up but let us in anyway. She is awesome. Rented us a cute cabin and we had a great time.

We stayed in a studio cabin over New Years. Very clean and a very nice patio/deck to relax on. Staff was absolutely a 10+ We arrived late and Fred got us to our cabin and even got us a bag of ice. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us out when leaving. We have stayed in about 30 KOA's across the country and this is now one of our favorites. We will stay again when in the area.

A very nice getaway . Camp ground was very clean. Customer service was awesome. Great Location, easy walking distance to the beach and many places to eat.

I can’t believe how comfortable the bed was! We had a great stay in a deluxe cabin. We had everything we needed with the charm and excitement of camping. The location was excellent and the staff was super friendly! We will go back.

My husband and I stayed in one of your deluxe cottage (DC03) this stay. At check in all the ceiling fan lights were not working at all, we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to get them fixed. We requested DC01. Reuko TV in the bedroom had no instructions and no one new how to work it, waste of a TV. Bathroom hardware broken, for what we paid everything should have been right. Disappointed!

Very nice KOA, but maintenance was lacking. Both cabin and bathrooms had issues. Staff were great. Store was "bare bones".

The staff were great, but there is a noticeable lack of upkeep & maintenance. The bathrooms were clean, but each one we used had 'something' broke/missing/falling apart. Our kabin had suffered from neglect as well. We will chalk this up to post Covid aftermath - so we will give them another go. The potential to be one of the best KOAs was clearly there. Also, the store needs more stuff.

Not good. Waiting for a call from Paige as of today no call from her. I recommend friends to KOA we rented 3 cabins 1 was the 5th wheel. Cabins 1 and 2 had cockroaches cabin 2 was moved to 24. Cabin 1 stayed at 5 with us. We had no heat after I reported that to front desk early Saturday morning the tanks were empty my husband told the maintenance guy Sunday when we were checking out. Not good

We stayed in a cabin that had insufficient heat although they did bring in heaters the next day. The bathroom light did not work. The large burner in the kitchen stove did not work and the bathroom tub faucet ran continuously. At times we paid $249 per day for this. Not good. I was not happy. I must say we enjoyed the campground but felt the cabin should be better prepared. One morning - 51%.

Staff was amazing. Beautiful campground. Super clean bathrooms. Our cabin however was filthy. Used cough drops stuck to the floor, had not been swept and had cobwebs. We cleaned it ourselves. People in cabin next door actually had a piece of cheese on their floor�Ͻ. They got a different cabin. Please clean the cabins!! Could have been exceptional if not for this.

My cabin was not cleaned. The heater stopped, I asked for another and they left 1 while u was out, It was after office closed. It didn't work either. 2 nights I was cold. 1st night was in the 30's 2nd in the lower 40's. The bath house had no heat!!!

Stayed in cabin and used facilities ie; bathhouse etc,.it was evident that maintenance / cleaning was a struggle at best Hey, It's 2021 and every business is struggling / look around and find some work ethic / good luck with that. But prices should reflect the times, avg $100/ nite 2 weeks later $75 can you say motels are less expensive ?

Bathhouse 1 was closed without notice until we called 2 days prior to arrival. We asked to move and then bathhouse 3 had no heat and barely any warm water. Camping in a rustic cabin, you’re dependent on bathhouses. The space heaters are not sufficient for 30 degree temps. The mattress is approximately 3” thick and feels about 10 years old. The only good thing - Mel in the office was very helpf

We were not informed about one of the bath houses being closed on late check in and had wood stolen BUT the staff was extremely friendly and immediately moved us to a spot closer to a bath house and replaced the wood that was stolen. Awesome place to stay especially for family and pets.

We stayed in a camping cabin. The first cabin was near a bathroom, but that bathroom was not open. Since they were not too busy on those days the staff did move us to a cabin closer to a bathroom. The campground is quiet for being so close to town. I think the camper sites look really nice. We came in November. I do wish the shower would let you set your own water temp.

Staff was very nice and gracious. Campground was well maintained. We will be back. The only issue I personally have is getting a hold of someone in case of an emergency at the cabin outside of office hours.

I've stayed at several KOA's, and the Myrtle Beach one was my least favorite. There were several issues with the cabin, it wasn't worth what I paid, and too many campsites packed together. We saw a few positives, like being close to the beach and having a secure place to stay. Overall, an average campground.

The lodge was very uncomfortable.The love seat sat terrible.The bunk beds were worse.The main bed was a full size which is two small for two.I would never recommend staying in any lodges. The campground overall was nice if you have a camper

Kabin was very dirty. Dirty dishes and glasses in the cupboard. Floors were gross. No water pressure in bath sink. Window blinds were broken and door and trim scratched up. Screens on porch full of holes.. Grounds were lovely and the deck was amazing. So good stuff but room for improvement!

WE had a good time as usual. The only bad thing was that the nearest bathroom was closed so we had to walk across the campground to get to another one. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

My cabin was dirty, dust, candy wrappers, possible mold on walls and floor. I tried to get help from the manage on staff but it turn into my problem. I took pictures of the cabin and showed to management and was told someone would come in and clean but that never happen .It was Halloween they were full, and there was nothing they could do. Cabin had no smoke alarm.

A+ all around. No fee for guests. When asked for, a maintenance man came quickly to blow leaves and debris from our patio, and while there he noticed the gas tank was empty on the grill. He went and got another one. Convenient dog walking area with poop disposal. Nicely shaded, level sites. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed all of the Halloween activities for the kids. Our Kabin was very clean and well maintained. Everyone that we encountered while at KOA were amazing and super friendly. We will definitely be going back again! The kids didn’t want to leave!

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
