We had a blast at your campground already rebooked for next year.,but our accommodations where absolutely disgusting. We were in a cabin,broken window ,dirty,broken screens,and roaches.Will be sending pictures with my complaint. But lived the campground,need to upkeep a lot better.

The cabin had mechanical and cleaning issues. First, the bunkroom heater was ON and couldn't be turned off-I had to shut off that circuit in the breaker box. AC was fighting against the heater. Second, a LOT of dust in the cabin caused my allergies to kick into high gear. After cleaning, turning off heat (and some benadryl), I could breathe. They need to clean the cabins bettter. Mold in bathroom.

There was no TV in our cabin you could clearly see someone took it and there was no bench or anything else to put our stuff on which my sister had the cabin right beside us the same exact one and she had a TV and a bench inside and outside. Then there was no water hook up and our air conditioner stopped working the second night

Everything was perfect except how dirty the cabin we stayed in was. Would still stay here again!

Rocky start/smooth finish...Couldn't enjoy the campfire I think there is a bat roost in the roof pitch of DC10. Only one burner would work on the stove and electric griddle. The grill wouldn't work and we couldn't get anyone on the phone that night. The next day they made everything right and were very apologetic. Nevertheless, we loved our stay and plan to come back.

We got there a little late but the guy working was super friendly, patient, and helpful with us. I love the campground in general, it was very clean (as were the bathrooms) and just good energy all around. I also love that they had the pool, water sprinklers, and a bouncy jump. It was so close to the beach as well, which is always a plus. Im happy to say I chose a great place to stay! Thank you!

This was our first time staying at the Myrtle Beach KOA and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it! We stayed in a small deluxe cabin. It was very nice. The campground is very nice, well kept, and we enjoyed meeting the workers and campers. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We will be back!

It was great! All front store employees were awesome! I think it was Melanie, Natasha, Sarah an Pat! They made us feel right at home from checking in to ! The grounds guys were very hospitable making sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful park with exceptional staff an amenities. We will be back for sure! The big trampoline was awesome! It was a big hit with our kids. Love it here.

I was really upset I've been going to this KOA for over 15 years , this trip no hot water in the single bathouse, the cabin always ask for was dirty under beds never swept under the refrigerator froze up dead bugs all over floors , I know you are building new cabins that people like me can't afford, but I think you need to at less try to upgrade the cabins 27 thru 32 on the far back In.

Great place to stay, near alot of attractions, affordable even during a holiday weekend. New bath houses and improved cabins are great for those who may not like everything about the typical camping experience.

Registration ladies were super nice, our cabin was great. Lots of amenities and although you are in the heart of the action, the campground is nice and quiet. The showers/restrooms were clean. We will be back!

There was dust all over the beds I was supposed to go to TV and didn't everything you touch you got dirt on you they need to do a good spray off and all of those old cabins they need to be pressure washed inside and out the KOA and Statesville there's nothing like that the cabins is awesome you got a TV cable and all that other than that everything was great good okay

The best was the service and attention giving by the staff. Accommodations where better then expected. Areas where very well kept up! A little hiccup with key not working for the cabin. Just a great place to stay! Yes I recommend this to anyone camping to staying in cabins! Kids loved it as well as the adults! Thanks Myrtle Beach KOA!!!

As always we had a great trip ... myrtle beach koa employees are friendly and helpful! They are close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. They have entertainment by the pool in the evenings, and they have a bucket train that's fun for kids and adults!

The customer service I received from the security guards during my late night check in was wonderful. Everything about my cabin was ruined by it being filthy and not cleaned upon my check in. The cabin had clearly not been checked after the person who stayed prior to me left. There was sand and sea shells all over the floor and shelves. Sand in the beds. Trash under the beds. Leaking trash bag....

We love the Myrtle Beach KOA. This was our 3rd stay in the deluxe cabins. Our only dislike was the mattress in the 08 and 11 cabins. They are horrible!! Please replace them. Other than that we loved our stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

Ants and palmetto bugs in cabin. Let the office know about , they said another cabin wasn’t an option and someone came and sprayed which took care of about half the problem

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
