All was great other than the website said that the cabin would have a refrigerator and I think a microwave, this caused me to have to buy ice I wasn't planning on for the weekend.

The campground itself and the staff were truly fantastic. It was quiet and had lots to offer. The cabin it's self left little to desire. Dead bugs under the beds , floors disgusting. Wall in cabin rotting away. Black mold on air conditioner. We were not looking for anything fancy we knew when we booked but definitely would not have choose here had we know the mood and shape of the wall.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Got a cabin close to the bath house and they were clean.

Usually the stays at Myrtle Beach KOA are wonderful but this last stay was terrible we had to take cold showers the bathhouses were dirty most of the time usually they are clean the pool had dirt in the bottom also the water in some of the pools were cloudy and dirty with leaves in them. The rustic cabins are priced way too high also. Campground needs some renovations. Staff was nice as usual.

The campground was nice, however the cabin we rented had roaches, that was the only negative about our experience. We had to deal with roaches every day of our stay and try to get rid of them

The internet and tv did not work entire stay. There was hot water in the shower gor just few moments. I would not call it deluxe cabin ..

The bathrooms were not clean, one shower house didn’t have hot water. the cabin we stayed in had carvings in the wood walls, and the wood floors needed redone. We didn’t let it affect our vacation. I’m sure a lot of guests leave a mess when checking out and people obviously don’t care when leaving a mess in the bathrooms either. It’s hard for janitors to keep up with other peoples messes

When I arrived at 3:30 pm I was informed my cabin was given to someone else and my family had been moved to the bunk house when we arrived at the bunk house there was no power and I have four small children so we had to sit in our car and wait for them to fix it than we checked out Sunday by 9:30 and they charge my card for another night and I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone since Sunday

Been coming for years, so everything’s a little different each time. It’s still our Myrtle Beach go-to spot. This time around: Pros- front desk staff was fantastic, extended pool hours were great, cabins were clean and nice as always. Cons- Dan at the gate it a little heavy handed. No activities at all for the kids. Miss those. And why even have a creek side cantina if it’s never open. Silly

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin, everything you need is there for you. Beautiful place to stay. Employees were helpful and very friendly. Definitely will stay again.

Stayed here years ago but this time IT WAS NOT as good. The Cabin we rented was supposed to be next to a grass area according to the map, but KOA had added camping sites right up to the cabins side. Was not Clean! Kids pool needed cleaned and repaired, and creekside was littered with garbage. Our cabin was infested with thousands of ants every night and Wifi was not good. was really disappointed.

Everything was great, we loved our stay. We only had 1 small issue when someone took our daughters new unicorn camping chair off of our porch Thursday or friday.

Beautiful place, tons of shade which was nice at the beach! Park was spotless in all areas and one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen!

My son and his friend had a wonderful time meeting other kids and having fun. It was nice wish the cabin was cleaner when we arrived but we had a amazing time.

Everything was perfect. We were so grateful to be able to book a last minute family vacation. Renting a cabin for the family felt incredibly more safe than a hotel during Covid times. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

Staff was overwhelmed with the volume of people. We wish there were more bikes to rent/use. Also consider hourly golf cart rentals. Overall it was a clean and affordable stay.

I stayed with KOA because I have never been let down in the past. Even though my experience was not horrible I was very surprised. First there were zero kids activities, no movies or anything. Second there was no hot water in the showers, no matter if I showered in the morning, afternoon or evening, there was no hot water. The bathrooms were clean.

I generally don't do reviews because I normally receive fair service with most transactions. Myrtle Beach KOA staff was awesome. They have the most welcoming, helpful, and accommodating staff / facility. They went out of the way to make sure our vacation was a memorable one. We had stayed 15 years ago and definitely won't wait that long to come back. Hope to see everyone soon! Thank you

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
