We had a great time! Facilities were clean, children’s activities and events were great! Our daughter loved the worm train! The glow pool party, band and DJs throughout the weekend were great for our daughter and even fun for us adults! Activities people were always nice. Fred at the gate the evening we arrived was incredible. Honestly one of the best vacations we have had.

Not likely to return. We spent $90 a night for a campground that did not meet its website descriptions. This resort was to offer a deluxe site pull through which was far from that. Wifi never worked reliably, called office to discuss issues but no one picked up anytime and only had the automated system over and over. Campers on either side extremely loud each night. Just an unpleasant experience!

When we arrived at the KOA, we were having problems with our door lock. I called them and told them what issues we were having. The maintenance and manager came to our site and brought us a ladder so we could escape our RV which was holding us hostage. They made phone calls trying to find us a locksmith sooner than the one we had coming. They stayed and helped us until the problem was fixed. TY.

We enjoyed our stay! This was our first time staying at a KOA. The staff was super friendly and helpful as we are new campers. The campground is well-kept we enjoyed the activities and really enjoyed our stay. Great memories were made

I was escorted into the campground and to my site by Burt, who by his very own demeanor and actions, was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. In the office, all those at the front desk were very welcoming as well. Sarah even helped me navigate through the Uber app as I was attempting to solicite ride. Before departing, I met both Paige & AJ who summoned Joe to quickly fix my cable. Thank you!

The site and staff were great! We were disappointed that Buoys was never open and the store had very limited hours. Also, not KOA’s fault, but the ants were horrendous! Otherwise, a great stay at a great campground!! Great job, KOA staff!

Me and my wife were so thankful to have been able to get a site on such short notice . We had a bad experience at another campground which we shall leave nameless but we needed to move ASAP!!!! We needed accommodations for 9 days and were able to get just what we needed. The staff is friendly and sweet, the feeling of security knowing someone is watch the gate at all times is the true value!

I wasn’t especially impressed with the site in the tent area. My site wasn’t leveled, and there were tree roots above ground that tripped me. There wasn’t any rain during my stay for which I was thankful, because there was so much dirt that I would’ve had a huge muddy mess to clean up. The pool area has plenty of shaded areas and I appreciated that we could smoke, eat, drink.

Nice campground that has a lot of potential. Some very rude/unprofessional staff (especially the person in housekeeping Kari), bathrooms have mold and don't get cleaned daily, pool dingy/dirty. Bikes stolen, homeless people using facilities. No management available on weekends. No one enforces after hour noise.

We had a very nice stay at the Myrtle Beach KOA. It’s close to lots of fun places, it’s kept clean and the staff was friendly, Especially Fred Miller jr. Why are your office hours only until 4pm? That makes little sense when there are 4-5 in the office all day but nobody past 4pm.

The outside staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dan and Gina. One lady In the store wasn’t very hospitable.

Our experience was exceptional! All of the staff (office, grounds keepers, etc) were extremely friendly and very helpful and accomodating. They all went out of their way to provide us info and recommendations about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The grounds were well maintained, the staff was very friendly, this koa was clean throughout the entire campground. I would definitely recommend this campground to another camper. We actually changed our reservation from another campground near by and I'm so glad we did. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Nice quiet little spot staff was awesome everyone was nice campground wasn't so great far from a resort but great location pool was dirty needed some work as side cement was falling off yellow slimy and very hot I definitely wasn't impressed it was just a regular campground rustic but close to everything downtown and staff was awesome just not worth what I paid

WE loved our stay! Clean and beautiful campground. Loved that we were able to bring our dog. Check in was easy. The staff was great helping us find places to visit. So helpful! We will be back!

The people where friendly but that’s about all. The bathrooms where nasty and the camp site was covered with 2 inch thick coating of pine needles like you think that would have been cleaned before hand. Got woken up in the middle of the night with security guy being loud and there where creepy guys hanging out by the girls room in the middle of the night

We had a great time even though it rained on us. Beautiful location, nicely placed in the city. Only issue we had (and preventing a 10 rating) is the fact that the showers were dirty. Hair was everywhere and the showers themselves didn't look like they have been wiped down in a while.

Very nice campground. Site was neat,clean and easy in and out. (SUPER SITE pull thru). Table with umbrella and Adirondack chairs. Fire pit and gas grill provided.

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
