Irritated with recent stay at one of my favorite KOA's Having booked online, pd for pull-through deluxe patio site, arrvd. Friday & given a site in an area I dislike. Other sites I could have been given lay empty until Saturday nt! I paid for a site just like those for three nites. I am upset as I wasn't given what I pd for as I was there first and had paid it. KOA Memberships don't mean much!

The grill at our campsite didn’t work. Only one burner would light and you couldn’t control the temperature.

Great campground and they're mit better! Very clean and well maintained. Off season rates were very reasonable. We got blindsided by the wifi not being available, assumabley do to the site reconstruction going on. We did have a good time there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Check in process was easy. The folks on staff were all very friendly. I had someone traveling with me and he loved the park and the city in general. Thanks for a great stay . We’ll definitely be back.

It was our second time here. Great campground and love the improvements you’re making. If we pass through Myrtle Beach again, we will definitely stay here again.

Due to the ongo8ng construction and renovations it was pretty loud during the day. It is good for the upgrades and the future of park Burt a kind warning before we booked ourcsitecwould have been nice. We would have still stayed but would have like to know beforehand. The ladies at the check in were great, very friendly & welcoming. Folks in park also were very friendly & welcoming

Was charged a $7 Resort Fee to watch major construction which was on-going on right in front of us. Resort fee not on website. Had we not already had packages being delivered we would have left. Awful experience and we left a day early to escape the construction noise and equipment beeping all day

What a great campground! Check in was easy. Had a really nice campsite. table with umbrella and chairs, Adirondack chairs and a gas grille. Definitely a great campground.

We enjoyed our stay. A little noisy and busy with the construction work but understandable. Staff were very helpful and courteous.. We will return.

The price quoted on my reservation was not honored. I was charged a pan additional 7$ per night for a “resort fee”. This should haven on the original quote. Ridiculous to pay this fee in January when all amenities were not available. Would never stay here again.

We had initially booked for 3 days.. However with the weather being such that it was coming in freezing rains we left early.. We reached out to the KOA in Myrtle Beach and they were very very accommodating at allowing us an additional 3 nights... The staff and all workers were wonderful.

I’ll start off by saying that I have stayed at many wonderful places, but this was not one of them. We were with out water for three of our days at the camp, with out any prior notice. My wife had some choice words when the water was shut off while taking a shower. You would think that water shut downs would be scheduled with notification. Campsite was one step above a homeless encampment

Some of the staff were not as helpful as other KOA's, Was not happy with site. Had to keep moving trailer to fit under tree to extend my awning. In addition, there were a lot of visible wires, posts, electrical boxes, etc around site. It was simply unattractive. Although there were decent amenities, many services had closed; too early in my opinion since it was still warm and plenty of campers.

Friendly staff. Dan is always great! Water did get shut off on check out day without notice, but that's understandable with renovations.

What a difference a year makes. Last year even with covid the staff was much more helpful. The little extras that make a stay more pleasant such as coffee cups with lids, breakfast snacks and a staff willing to help out in any way. Not so this year. I felt like I was a bother more than a guest.

Everyone that worked here was very friendly and helpful. The childrens areas were great for kids. The campsites gave you enough privacy and they were well maintained

Great place to stay. Great location in myrtle beach. This is what I expect when I go camping. Everyone on staff was great, they just let you camp and don’t hound you. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back.

We loved every minute! Staff and puppy mascot were so friendly! The site we had was so spacious with lots of trees and felt our space was better than the RV spots. We loved the Christmas decorations and we enjoyed the golf cart drive at night to see them all throughout the campground. We really loved the golf cart. So much fun! We enjoyed all the amenities. And, the Angel oaks were just incredible

This was our first extended stay at a campground, and it was awesome. We watch the Adventure Bandits on YouTube, and their video of the MB KOA influenced our decision to stay. We've already booked our next stay.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay. The only thing I would say that was bothersome was one of our neighbors had 5 big dogs that barked a lot during our stay. It looked like they were residents at the campground.

I understand the necessity to close and remodel the bathhouse. But to expect campers to walk to the other side of the campground to use the bathroom is ridiculous. You had a simple solution of putting a temporary portapotty in its place, but either couldn’t be bothered or didn’t want to incur the expense. Either way we won’t be staying with you again. Just wish that when friends and I are camping, you would allow us to reserve spots so we could all be together. Nothing worse than having to be separated from each friend that I am camping with.

Truly enjoyed the whole area.. Just wished we were told when making reservations, that the toilets and showers of building 2 bathhouse were being redone and closed We were 50 ft from it, it would have been nice But I'm sure itl be done fir our next visit.

This is a particularly nice place not far from anything we stopped here to rest while we were on our way to Florida the people are friendly the sites are nice and everything you need is there I would recommend this place if you're in the area
