Great KOA, lots of amenities for the kids. We only stayed one night, but will be back if we're in the area.

I like the campground but one thing I do not like at all is all the boulders that are one the sides of the roads. They always cause a problem when trying to back into our site. It makes the backing in process much more difficult than it needs to be and it can get frustrating. Someone will have to explain the purpose of the boulders to me because I just don;t get it. Sites were super close and the campground was dated. There were a decent amount of options for activities but I would have liked to see some sort of campground supervision around the kids activities.

My family had fun and I’m glad everything was open this year. The activities need to be improved in my opinion. They had no kids shirts to tie dye and the bingo for kids was poorly run. Other then that we had a great stay.

I gave Mystic KOA a middle to low rating for the following reasons. When I booked the site I told them we were 38 ft long three slide outs and they put us in a site that we barely could fit we couldn't open one awning the fire pit was so close to the camper it was unusable and it was under our other awning. they also told me they were sold out and I had the last spot but multiple sites were open

Very nice camp ground, Very friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate grounds and facilities. Only negative, noise from highway seemed to bother some more than others.

Great & Clean!!! The staff at the Mystic KOA always go above and beyond.Their phone etiquette is proper,welcoming,and pleasant every time.When I arrived late one of my first nights the staff made sure all way ready and taken care of with the kind niceness one would expect from long-time family.A smile and a wave at every meet and pass-by.A strong willingness to assist & support wherever needed!!

It was my first time here with my family, it was awesome and we had a a great time. Facilities were always clean and or always had some one picking up.

Had a tire problem on the July 4 weekend. Staff member patiently gave me the names of 3 tire repair places & let me know which place she had personally used. She warned me to hurry up & call because many places were closing for 3 days for the long holiday weekend. I wish I had gotten her name but she helped us tremendously at 435pm on the holiday weekend!

This was our very first RV camping experience and it was a good one! You have a great staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Site was adequate - looking forward to the current improvements being made.

Umbrellas are needed at the pool. Hand rail into the pool needs repair. Nice bathrooms, overall great campground.

I thought things closed a bit early for the peak time of year - swimming pool, store, arcade, etc. We also prefer a much more wooded campground with privacy between the sites. Although we rented a rustic cabin that was in the wooded area they were still placed much to close for our liking. Our campfire ring was literally outside the next cabins window. The location was good to tourist locations.

Amenities were nice. Everything was clean. Campsites are nicely spaced out. Trash pick up is awesome. Only drawback is that we found the store, pools, and arcade closed too early for summertime. Our experience elsewhere during the summer is that those amenities close between nine and ten.

Our site was full of construction debris and trash. In fact, we were both injured by a small metal stake sticking out of the ground near the septic. Fire pit had not been cleaned out from previous visitor. Sites were very small and packed together.

We enjoyed our stay and it was relaxing. The only down side was the campsite grass was tall and should have been mowed before our checkin.

Pros: We were impressed with the Deluxe Cabin, it's features, floorplan, and included amenities. Cons: We would NOT stay at THIS KOA again. Crowded sites, poorly maintained "junky" seasonal sites. In the cabin, the queen bed was sagging in the middle and we couldn't sleep in it! My wife slept on the couch. I slept in my van outside in the humid 90 deg heat...it was better than in that bed!

Upset that the bathrooms by the recreation building were locked during the week. The cleaning said locked so they didn't have to clean as often and were only open on weekends. That means some campers have to walk all the way to the pool area to use a bathroom. Pretty poor hospitality.

Impressive, everything you need, little work. Staff were nice,pleasant and accommodating. Great cabin. Felt safe during covid. Family fun focused. 3 teenage boys all had a great time. Dog friendly. Loved it!

The campsite was very family oriented. Our cabin was very clean, and I loved how the campsite is pet friendly, and we were able to bring our dog. :)

Our spot was nice, but had a few tree stumps we had to navigate around. The kids had a great time on the bounce pillow and in the pool. Wish they were open just a little later, but everyone had a great time.

We have stayed at the mystic koa before and have loved it! this time however, we were a little disappointed in the site. the grass was overgrown and seemed to need a little sprucing up. otherwise, we loved all the amenities.

It was off season (Winter), but I needed to get away to clear my mind and relax. The KOA Mystic was perfect
