Stayed 1/27; site K01. Been here before so knew what to expect. No issues at all although we were only here for about 15 hrs. I appreciate the staff waiting for us to get to the office and escorting us to the site, since we got there right at 6pm. Anyone traveling from the northern states traveling south on I-65 to Nashville , be prepared to spend a lot of time in construction traffic.

You guys have an ant problem in the deluxe cabins. We were in R4 from 1/21-1/23 and there were ants in the kitchen bathroom and bedrooms.

The bath house in row H didn’t have hot water. I had to take a cold shower. Also, when we arrived it was dark and there is almost 0 lights Throughout the park.

Place was empty but they like to stick everyone together and get pretty grumpy if you change sites. Beatuiful camp with lots of amenities. Manger is super nice great person her workers could use a few lessons in customer service and being polite from her.

Worse KOA! When we arrived the 2 front desk ladies were very rude. I understand having to close up at a certain time and having to ID senior citizens for alcohol but the additional remarks are not necessary eg “I turn off everything at 7:45 bc I want to go home”. Also the showers are disgusting. Mold and grime, need to be cleaned more often. Also no hot water over the 2 days we were there.

Cabins were clean with linens and towels, not always standard these days. Good amenities such as coffee, paper products and cookware. The pet run area was small and locked, also a non refundable pet fee of $25 is not standard in other KOA cabins, could be the area, as it is an attraction driven destination. Good restaurants nearby as well.

Everything was first class-I really appreciate that! I did find a few dog hairs on my bed,and the bottom of my socks had a few dog hairs and my room kind of smelled like dog when I got there-but I was so tired and the room was nice and warm and I could see that it was cleaned:) Next time I may request a room that a dogs or cats don’t stay in if there are any-thank you for a nice stay!

We love that there are sites with a fenced dog yard! We have stayed at Nashville KOA twice, and appreciate that it is clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again!

Arrived @ campground early couple hours (noon) and she would not let us check in or unhook camper to go eat so we cancelled our reservation and was leaving but the new manager was standing outside and we told him what had happened. He said we can get our spot now, a nice gentleman took us to our spot. We noticed of course that our spot was empty and we pulled in. Good manager, bad employee.

We were in a deluxe cabin. I was so impressed with how clean it was. The location was great. The shuttle was so convenient. The game room, outdoor games and breakfast was great. We will be back during the warmer months to do more! I really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends and family! We loved it! Thanks, The Davids Family!

Nice campground in Music Valley close to the Grand Ole Opryl. Shuttle to downtown was nice $20 round trip for two. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Playground for the kids. Nice place

We stayed in a cabin. Very nice and clean. Beautiful lounge, large television but you aren't allowed to turn on the volume( caption only). Some of the check- in staff are not very friendly.

Checkout at 11 am is way too early, especially for late arrivals. Prices have become tough to afford for full timers like us. Enjoyed our stay though.

We just stayed over night because of snow storm coming through, but I wish we could have stayed longer. We love Nashville, so much fun to be had. The staff was very nice. Nashville KOA is a great place �

We needed some propane and it was almost closing time but they accommodated us and the gentleman that filled our propane was very nice and helpful!

The cabin was so comfortable. And as a single woman traveling I felt safe there. This is my go-to place to stay when traveling through Nashville.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin as an alternative to Airbnb or hotel. We were beyond thrilled with our stay. The value for what we got was fantastic. Super comfortable bed, fully made with linens, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Seriously could not ask for more. The grounds were well kept and although we were there during off-season it looked like a great place to vacation. Close to the attractions

Very nice paved parking. Clean & roomy spaces for easy park and egress. Deli is a hidden gem. We had reasonably priced sumptuous cinnamon french toast made fresh in nice sized portions.

We went so my wife could have an early surgery that should have been done by 8am. Unfortunately there were complications and we did not arrive back to KOA until nearly 11. There was no consideration for a later checkout period. In addition that place us in a site where their outside water hookup froze over night leaving us with no morning water. Maybe I’m unlucky, but why do I always get the worst possible spot in an almost empty off-season KOA??? My spot was a weird back in. Immediately outside my camper door was a large set of electrical equipment. Very unsightly and pretty awful to get out there when almost all spots we’re available.

I cancelled my January 7 reservation less than 48 hours because of a snow storm. The first call, the person refused to refund my money. Next day, I call again. I am still waiting to see if I am being charged for a reservation on January 7. It is my understanding the roads were completely closed. Why should I pay anything for that day? I don't think I should be charged any rates or processing

We stayed in a cabin this time as we were scheduled to pick up our new camper the next day. The cabin was extremely clean & they even left some treats for our dogs.

We had snow; the staff put some type of de-icer in front of the office door. However, the showers and toilet areas had sidewalks covered in ice. Common areas should be considered when trying to reduce customers’ falls.

We had been to Vanderbilt hospital for chemo on Thursday Jan 6th when a record snow fall came to Nashville. We could not get home to IL so we rented a cabin. We had no hot water in our cabin and was unable to shower. We had to heat water in the microwave to wash our face the following morning.

Beautiful campground. Friend and super nice. Come in at night with snow and ice. Pitch black office not lighted or road yo office not lighted. No idea which direction to go in Motorhome. Went all over. Went up all building walking in snow til found office. Please put up bright lights at least to front of office

Sites were good. Came in late, after hours. No communication with us until we arrived and found our site map. Park was very dark. Did not find the shuttle to downtown, so used Lyft.

The site was good, level gravel. Had to run the shower for at least 20 min before you had any Luke warm water. Bathroom stalls were not super clean.

We’ve stayed at the Nashville KOA several times and it’s always been just about prefect. Great sites, great pool area, and great staff. Also, they have a reliable shuttle to get back and forth from downtown. This is one of our favorite campgrounds.

Came in on a Tuesday night, campground was not busy but they put us in an older section that we had trouble getting into and did not fit, our tow vehicle and front of the motorhome stuck out on the roads. Asked the employee why would they put us here when we don't fit, he made several excuses that the computer does that. We stayed here about a month before and had no issues.

Stayed 2 days. KOA was clean, lots of KOA activities In season, great lobby, pool, ect… staff was nice, gravel pull thru was level, mens restroom was clean and updated, with exception of the four shower stalls, old soap bars on top of tile wall, tile grout could use bleach scrub and a good steam clean, to get rid black mold, shower curtains time to change out Wife said women's was clean no issue
