Came in for Thanksgiving with family in Nashville. But got sick and didn't leave the RV. Site was small for 40' motorhome & jeep. All small rigs around us. Road in front of us was several inches of standing water the whole 4 days we were there and needed rubber boots to get into Jeeps passenger side. We did have a nice gentleman escort us to the site after dark because we were late arriving.

This was our second trip in our Airstream and our first KOA. Other than the cold weather, everything was great. The shuttle was so convenient, we took it into town almost every day. We would come back!

Disappointed...camp sites are not organized well and are very small. Paid an additional 10 a night for my son. 2 adults 1 child in our group. I have not had to pay this at other KOAs. Fire pit was located at the rear of our trailer, our trailer is only 22 feet. This is the only KOA so far we will not return to.

Wonderful campsite, we drove from Ohio to Florida and this was our first stop and by far the best. We stayed in a different site every evening on our drive, which weren't KOAs and wish they were. Highly recommend this KOA :)

Stayed on a patio site with a fire pit. The site was fairly level had about 2” L to R I had to use blocks for. The grounds were very well kept. Having the hot tub and open was very nice, the individual shower rooms were very nice and clean. Plenty of hot water. Only negative was the price per night, even for all the amenities, was a little on the steep side. Although, would stay again….

Very nice campground in a great location. Will definitely be back. Only 2 minor issues. Many people don’t clean up after their dogs, even in the dog area where a trash can and bags are right there! Also, some of the signs could use some up lights. For example, the exit sign is very hard to see after dark.

Very nice KOA. No highway noise despite unusually high volume of holiday traffic during our visit. Especially appreciate the tour bus!

The only issue we had was when we were leaving (parking was not an issue). We have a 44 foot tag axel diesel pusher…we had a really hard time leaving this am. Need better signage and a better map showing how to best exit park.

Not very friendly staff. Folks at desk acted like they were doing us a favor to wait on us. $15 extra to check in a little early….really? Our site held water when it rained. Good location for the Opry and other attractions.

The cabin was very nice and well stocked with linens, dishes, etc. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

No heat or hot water in the bathrooms near out campsite. Also propane service was not available until 10 am. We ran ou at 2 am and froze for a few hours. We found an off site propane supplier about 10 miles away. They were open much earlier !

On a 14 day road trip …. This was our 3rd stop. I was excited to finally check out a KOA as they normally have great reviews….. This being the most expensive (by far) place that we stayed at, I was highly disappointed in this place. We aren't members and it was VERY apparent…. The Showers were beyond disgusting with mold & days old trash… Hands down will NEVER visit a KOA again

$15 early check in fee for being 45 min. early is ridiculous. daily rate based on day of the week not length of stay. Internet was so bad my range extender couldn't even find it..... don't think i will be back

The grounds were well kept and plenty of outdoor activities for the kids. The staff was awesome and friendly. The reason for a notch down is how tight the area is to maneuver through and could use a little better markings for direction and exit. There is a Camping World within walking distance. The restaurant next door is well next door. We will definitely stay again in the future

Clean nice campground that makes late check in easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked the same cabin for our return trip home.

Very nice campground with beautiful mature trees! Sites are nice size, if anything I felt like the sites are on the big side.

Great location with very nice campsites. Everything is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Nashville

It was a very nice and clean campground. My stay was rather busy and quick but I will stay there again in the future. Always love staying with KOAs while traveling.

We'd requested an early check-in due to the fact that we were running a ½ marathon and needed to be in Nashville early. Not only did we not receive a response to our request, once we arrived we were told that we can't check in until 1:00 and then it was an additional $15.00. Rude, unfriendly staff...go elsewhere!

DELUX CABIN, WELL EQUIPED AND CLEAN. HOWEVER, MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK AND STOVE WOULD NOT STAY HOT ENOUGH TO COOK EGGS. CABIN R3. OVERALL NASHVILLE KOA IS REAL GOOD.

Park was in excellent shape. Sites very close together little tight for campfire in my opinion. Front desk and Outside operations employees were very helpful and kind. Will be back.

The site we had was to small for camper and truck to park. Could have used a bigger space since there was plenty available.

We truly love staying at KOA, but finding it harder and harder to do so. The people at Nashville were not the nicest and surely don't understand that without my wife and I as well as many travelers just like us they won't have their jobs.
