Everything was great, except being surrounded with water when it rained twice. Both times unable to get out or off the surrounding grounds without getting my feet and shoes wet. Ruined a nice pair of walking shoes.

This was the first time in Nashville and the stay was wonderful. The park is centrally located and easy access to the venues in the area and just down the road from Gatlinburg. The staff was very helpful and courtesy. Shaun took the time to come out and show us RV spots that were available to us when we first arrived and determined we wanted to move our location, excellent customer service!!

We had a great stay at the Nashville KOA. Very clean grounds, nice large lots. We loved our stay and we will be back.

Not a bad place to stay but… I’m assuming this place does well because of the proximity to Nashville because otherwise the staff would scare everyone away. Very unfriendly. Try waving to the guy driving around on the golf cart. He will glare at you like he hates you. The ladies at the counter are condescending and rude. There are no other options so I guess RVers gotta deal with it. Cheers!

The first impression, both on the phone and in person leaves something to be desired. The phone conversation was abrupt and she kept interrupting me. Made it sound like I was "lucky" to be talking to them and "lucky" they and a space for me. Maybe just having a bad day. The arrival was not much better. I was not made to feel like a "welcome guest"...more like a bother. Maybe having a bad day

It's a nice site, great location. Amenities look great, but we only use one, and that was not great. The WiFi is terrible. Which is not uncommon in campsites. Except this location has no excuse. It is an urban campground. Cell signal is great. But if you are paying for an urban campground, they should provide decent WiFi. It's really bad there. Signal strength is great, but drops out.

Nice location. But what makes this place great is the staff. Both the concierges were very helpful as we had never been to Nashville before. The desk personnel as well. Can recommend this KOA highly.

We had a great time. The property is beautiful with lots of things for kids and families to do. The people were friendly and most helpful.

The front office staff are not friendly. They are rude and condescending when you have a question. I dread calling them about changes to reservations, as they will talk down to you. They also are not flexible at all. Lastly, the $10 cancellation is ridiculous for all changes. There should be flexibility for it to be waived.

We had a great time and will be using this campsite again. I would just have to say that they need better lighting at the front where you check-in. But overall we had a great time.

Good location is the only positive. Expensive. Washrooms and showers need cleaning. Everything locked up at 7 pm including laundry, so no place to sit inside to access wifi that didn’t reach our site. I would camp next door next time.

This place is a rip off. Bathrooms were dirty, shower head was broken, our “escort” to our spot couldn’t even say hello, they charged us $15 to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm, check out is at 11am. When I asked why they needed 4 hours to turnover a parking spot they said they did maintenance on the spots daily, when we finally got to the spots they were all covered in leaves. Would not recom

It was the best KOA experience I’ve ever had. The staff was wonderful and the deluxe cabin was absolutely perfect!

Do not take a site at front… so loud with trafic…… no internet for 3 day.. i did report it..all 3 days and was told they would fix .. but no…we had the most expensive lots…if i come back i would pick cheap site at back

Both times we have stayed there there has been no firewood available. We were trying to obey the laws since we were coming from another state. Had a nice stone fire pit and no wood to burn.

This KAO is hands down the very best KOA we have ever seen and this is. It a slam on the other KOAs we have stayed at. KOA Nashville is truly a resort, not just your everyday campground.

We are more like “state park” kind of campers, but had a conference in Nashville, so KOA was most convenient. The facilities were very nice, everyone was friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if we needed to be close to Nashville. The ONLY issue had nothing to do with KOA… engine braking on the interstate was so very loud!

I would have scored the campground higher except the firepit on our Deluxe Patio Site was so close to our American Coach we couldn't use it--it was quite litterly right next to the coach about 1 foot from my extended slideout and almost below the slideout. Extremely poor site design for something that cost me over $110 per night. Otherwise a great campground. mw

The campground was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The Downtown Shuttle was fantastic for giving us access to downtown. However, it was very inconvenient not to have access to the laundry after 5:00. We were out and about exploring Nashville and weren’t back before the laundry closed. Other locations are open 24/7 which is very considerate and helpful.

I made a mistake and only booked my stay for 3 nights but thought I booked for 4 nights. I did not realize my mistake until they came by and asked when I was leaving as they had the next camper waiting for my spot. Management then extended my stay and upgraded the next camper so we both could stay with no disruption. Great job Thanks a lot. We will be back.

Excellent location with a wonderful and honest staff! We stayed for two weeks and love that they are not breed restrictive for our fur babies
